Friendly environment and staff. The food is great. Drink selection is not hugh buy it is good. This is not an upscale and super fancy restaurant but a good place to get food. Or a quick bite to eat and a great alternative to fast food. The breakfast meals are the greatest choices. The cuisine is Mexican/Salvadoran/Colombian. The price is okay. This is a great place to get a meal if your passing by or visiting town.

Fantastic spot for empanadas and other latin dishes!

This is our go-to place for Latin American food. We never dine-in, always pick-up, but they are extremely nice, they’re bilingual, and the quality of the food for the price is great. We always get carne asada, sometimes pupusas, and the good is delicious. Not the kind of food that’s super heavy on grease or salt, just deliciously seasoned every time. They also decorate the place for special holidays, and we always love to see what they did to the place.

Friendly place, good food, Fair prices, right on the bike path. They have a comfortable new patio with shade and they even let us practice our Spanish. This is my new place to stop on the Four Mile Run or W&OD Trails by Columbia Pike!

Service was horrible, don’t recommend this place . They were not busy at all, the owner has no regard for customer service. We ordered a simple coffee and pastry it took forever . No one seemed to care. Took for ever to get everything. We had to ask several times for our order and even utensils. Very disappointed. Will not be back !!

The empanadas are in desparate need of help ASAP! Their menu says Empanadas Colombianas but they are not authentic Colombian style empanadas. With a few small changes & A LOT OF LOVE, Cafe Sazon can take their food from just good/basic to AMAZING 😁

Im not a coffee drinker at all. Like never. I dont see the hype. But this place might have sold me. I had the coco mocha drink since I have a sweet tooth and it was delicious. Hardcore coffee drinkers might think its too sweet but I say bring on the sugar!This place is tucked away in between two buildings and I would have never noticed it if I was just driving by. The ambiance is like Starbucks and there is different types of seating all around. Very cozy and intimate place to hang and have a chat with friends.

Authentic and delicious Latin American restaurant! I wouldnt really call this a bakery, as they didnt have a huge variety of baked goods, but they definitely have delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Coffee was a little weak but my steak sandwich and sweet plantains were delicious. Overall price was inexpensive and a great family environment.

The owner is fake and rude and I can’t stand FAKE PEOPLE. She was friendly the first few times and then she was a rude and seemed off and then also she is very sarcastic I wouldn’t go to the salon next door either cause it’s her family either way blah food inflated bill and fake two faced South American who thinks she is above other races but acts like she is cool with everyone.i will never spend my hard earned money at a rude two faced persons establishment.

We are so lucky to have this gem in Northern Virginia. The menu has great variety - salads, steak & cheese, fajitas, pupusas, empanadas, vegetarian dishes, and delicious desserts. I enjoyed the chocolate flan, the puff pastry cream horns, and fresh pineapple juice. The staff and owners are friendly and welcoming. Some nights there is a deejay. Its a great little getaway during a workday or staycation, too!
