Nice merchandise presentations and sales floor arrangement. The biggest problem I have is why the button does not work for someone who is physically disabled is out of service. Does Zara welcome patrons who are in a wheelchair in to shop?

Wish i could do zero stars. only good thing about this place is the clothes. anything regarding the staff or policies is horrific, it makes me never want to shop here but i like the clothes too much. apparently the staff isn’t aloud to take clothes off the mannequins, makes absolutely no sense. staff is always rude and doesn’t care about your shopping experience whatsoever.

This location obviously doesnt care about its customers time. Ive been in line for 15 mins to return a garment. Even though there are others working in the store, theres only 1 cashier and hes having a problem processing someones coupon.Whats worse, this is the mens dept., which is usually the quickest. I wont be back!

If I could give it 0 star I definitely would. I bought something on zara and paid with gift card and credit card. When I did the return they refund me wrong. They gave me a new gift card saying that was about my old one refund and that I was going to receive also a credit card refund. My they did a huge mistake and put my refund in two gifts card, but they give me only one. And now I am almost one month trying to have my money back in my bank account and not in a gift card, and they just keep saying that they will call me in 48 hours, but they never call me back. And I still don’t have my money back.

PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION! I love Zara and Im a pretty patient person. I have worked in retail before and trust me I GET IT. People can be much at times BUT the costumer service at this location is ABYSMAL to say the least. I asked for clarification on a price and the employee seemed so irritated and stated its F$$$ annoying right in front of me and other people. It was odd and made us feel uncomfortable, we did not know what to say. He was so upset we had dared to asked a question. The lines are long and there are never enough registers open. I will not be returning to this location.

The store itself has great clothing and is one of the top Zara’s around. You just have to wait in super long lines because they never have enough cashiers. The line will literally make you put down that great outfit and leave because it’s not worth the wait.

AVOID!! Hoped it was a fluke the first trip bc I love ZARA but its been consistently awful...this location has given up and does not want to stay in business. The checkout/return line takes an hour?!...temperature runs very warm...almost passed out. Surrounding shoppers are all angry (understandably)....the two staff members on the floor couldnt care less! Wont be returning.

My girlfriend came into this Pentagon City Mall location to return some items and the employees (all of them) were extremely rude and unhelpful across numerous phone calls to both your store and customer service number. $50 of the purchase was made with a gift card and over $170 was made with a credit card. Instead of returning the $170 to the CC, the store employee created a new gift card and put the money on there. We had no idea because the store employee told us it was for the $50 gift card being returned. Now Zara will not refund the $170 even though they know they messed up. We know the store is capable of making this right but the experience thus far has been one of horrible customer service in the context of employee ignorance/bigotry. This extends to store management. Stop cheating your customers and correct your mistake.

The worst Zara I’ve ever been to. The lines are a nightmare and the store manager doesn’t seem to mind and only opens 2 registers at a time. I came here twice and both times I waited at least 30 minutes to pay. They also don’t have a line dedicated to returns but at the same time they don’t have a fitting room. So the whole thing is a logistical nightmare. Will not return.

*Note to self: Don’t shop at Zara in Pentagon City Mall. Well... unless you want to waste your time.This location is terribly managed and understaffed. I bought some stuff at a different location in NY and since you can’t try it on I had to exchange it. I came to this location three different days at different times and there was one cashier and a huge line. I ended up going on a Monday right before closure and it still took me 1 hr to get a return.Don’t go to this location, seriously I ended up returning because I feared having to go back and exchange it again. It is not worth the time and it is disrespectful with costumers.

As a zara customer and someone that use to work at this location, I can tell you that this is as far the worst place to work and shop. Management and customer services being a big issue, overworking employees and lack of support staff members, understaff, managers spending little to no time training their employees. I can feel the rage of a lot of the customer concerns and issues they experience when coming to this location and is easy to blame the staff members working at the floor or register, but what are the managers and the corporate itself doing to fix this problems? Nothing absolutely nothing. I won’t be surprised if this location closes in a few years.

The cloth that I was going to buy didnt have tag but i did show them price tag with same cloth type and the only difference was size and they added $10 extra on the main price just because of tag. The manager was not friendly and has poor customer service.

Actually I love Zara, but I have experienced irresponsibility and disrespect to customer and that made me share this post. I had store pick-up, 4 days I came to store after work and every time their security ignored me saying that they are close though google was showing that they close in an hour. I was asking to call the manager, but the female security said that the manager wouldnt even come for this call. 4th day the same thing happened and I really got crazy, one of the sales girls talked to the manager and he immediately solved the issue and in 3 minutes I got my order and left. But due to Irresponsible and lazy security members I had to run to that store 4 days after work!

I’ve lost hours of my life trying to exchange 4 items. I’ve come at all hours, every day of the week, waited in line for 30-45 minutes each time before they opened more registers. Last time I waited for 45min, got to the front of the line and was informed that my cashier was taking returns/exchanges. About 30min ago, there were 15 people in front of me, they only managed to ring up 6 people. This is absolutely ridiculous! I know this is the last time I set foot at this location. I would need to plan ahead and request time off from work if I ever decided I ever needed to visit this location again.Horrible customer service and there always people walking around with their masks pulled down with no repercussions. Disrespectful and puts people at risks.

This review is not for this store, but for their online shopping. Ive placed 2 orders in the past and both times Ive had shipping issues. They delivered it to a wrong house and claimed the delivery was to a correct address. Luckily I was able to look up the photo of the delivery and walk around the neighborhood, found the house and retrieved my package. They use a company called laser something for delivery, which they dont do a good job. Amazon used to use them back in the day. They did offer free shipping and returns which is a huge plus.

This Zara is the worst Zara I’ve ever been. It’s dirty, messy and the stuff is outrageously rude. I’ve never been treated in such way. I am from Italy and I traveled everywhere in the word but I’ve never revived such a treatment! Never. Literally two white girls passed me in the line and the cashier let them even after I complained! I’ve waited 15 minutes but after that I was so mad I left!! SO RUDE! Please find another Zara.

HORRIBLE STORE. Staff is rude and not helpful. I purchased an item which I was unable to try on in the store and then when I went to return the item after 1 week and they informed me that I could not return it, exchange it, or even receive store credit without the receipt. I was not made aware of this policy in the first place and I’m pretty sure I didn’t even receive a receipt in the first place. On top of all that, the pants were marked incorrectly and were the complete wrong size. Zero chance I’ll ever shop at Zara again after this experience.

The store has a huge selection of mens, womens, and childrens clothing between 2 floors. However, its obvious that there are staffing challenges from the lack of presence at the lease line of the store, to the ransacked clothing racks, to the enormous lines of overheated and grouchy customers spanning halfway through the store.Last week, my Husband and I took an hour find the items we found online in the store. After the tiring search, we took our place in line with the other sullen socially distanced customers. After realizing there were only two registers for ringing sales and one for returns in the entire store, we placed items on the end of a four way fixture that looked at if it had become the mod podge of items on the Island of misfit clothes or the point where customers surrendered before reaching the point of no return.Still designs the items we passed up last week, we decided to go back again today. While the condition of the store looked a tad shabbier than last week, we were able to find a few of the items we had last week. We passed by the items we had placed done last week, except they had moved from the four way fixture and now helped form what looked like the Volcano of erupted clothes on top of a table... We were able to make it out with the items we went back for and experienced a speedier checked since they opened up the two registers in the mens section for credit card purchases. We even found one of the blouses I had my eyes set on in my size on the way out of the store. We went back to the mens department and quickly checked out and left.If you have the time to rummage through clothes, stand in long lines in a hot store, where no one who works there acknowledges you (maybe because of the overwhelming work environment), then Zara in Pentagon City is a great place to shop.

One of my favorite stores overall and the only store that can make me enter a mall these days. This store, of all in the area, is always tidy, unless a major sale has occurred. I always manage to find something I need. This location and my experiences would be five stars if the store representatives provided better customer service. They never greet the customers and they barely open their mouths when you check out at the cash-wrap. Theyre definitely not looking to give you any advice on fashions or even ask if youre looking for anything in particular. Put it this way, the security guard at the door is the friendliest face and most customer service you will get at this location. For some this may be a positive, because you never have to worry about being bothered on your shopping trip.

This location has thieves working there I order a pair of pants on a Monday to get them ship to the store cause it was quicker then sending to my house the pants arrived Wednesday I went to pick up on Thursday my order was not in the system they told me I had to re purchase the pants if I wanted them and call customer service which was closed at the time I finally get a hold to them on Friday they say my package was picked up and signed off on with out my email confirmation nor with my ID present and they dont want to give me my refund

I enjoyed my experience at the Zara, Arlington, VA. The Associates were rather helpful in assisting me finding my sizes and had many items in which I did not see in the Atlanta Zara. I love where this store is situated on the corner of the entry of the Mall.

Terrible customer service. There was a sale rack with about 9 black coats on it and the price advertised in big red letters was $99. We grabbed one of the coats as we loved it and thought it was a great deal. Got to the register and the coat was coming up as $199. We explained to the manager where we got the coat exactly and even walked down with her to show her. Once she saw it she was very rude and condescending and kept trying to show us the coat we grabbed had been placed on the wrong rack. I’ve worked in retail/ customer service for years so I know this happens a lot. However when there are 9 coats on a rack and 5 out of those 9 are the wrong coat, obviously that is not the customers fault. We asked could we get the coat for the price it was being advertised for and the rude manager said no, turned her back and walked away. Based on the other reviews obviously customer service is a very weak area for this location.

I visited the store today and tried to buy pay for the items I bought for my kid and there was nobody at kid’s section to check out. So I went to the ladies check out and there is a big line as always and someone came and sent me to kids section, I said there was no body there and she said you can check out downstairs and when I came downstairs, the staff there refused to check out saying that checkout is upstairs. Would you at least communicate with your staff at all holding those speakers and if it was that busy, you should be helping to check out instead of just standing there. Worst customer service ever.

This place has the worst customer service. I called the store today Nov. 1st 2019, for one simple request and that was to see if they had one item in stock. The first lady left me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, the second lady act like she couldnt hear me and hung up on me. The third time was a charm, the next woman that answered the phone, looked up my item right away with no problem. It shouldnt have taken 3 phone calls to see if ONE item was in stock at that location. Pathetic!!!!

Went to Zara baby. They have a very nice collection for babies and kids and they are priced fairly reasonable. Some items were higher then the market, which is expected at this type of stores, but most of the items were inline with market price. Got several things for our little one and he looks really cool and stylish!

I shop at zara more often than any other store. Zara has all the in style clothes and their clothes also fit very well. I think the prices are fair though the jeans tend to be a little higher priced than Id like. They offer a ton of European styled clothing for the slimmer or fit individuals. This is definitely my favorite place to shop for clothing.

Ive received the worse customer service from these people especially management. I was trying to exchange Medium for a Large Bomber Jacket. I just bought it yesterday The store manager wouldnt let me exchange it because she thought it was scam when I clearly have a receipt and the same debit card I had used. Disappointed at the behaviour of the manager!! She was probably in a hurry and rudely shut my request for a return down. May 9, 2018. Details: I shopped for around $400 couple of months ago and then Traveled internationally for a month. One of the shirts didn’t fit me and I could only come back to store for a return and ... more shopping past 30 days. All this while the shirt stayed in a Zara’s bag in my closet and for few weeks in the trunk of my car and may have been wrinkled. The Manager looked at the shirt and quickly said, ... I AM SORRY... I CAN NOT TAKE THIS ITEM AS THIS USED and walked away... I tried to get her attention again as she was probably getting ready to close down for the day and seemed busy, and assured her that it was never used and from a shopping of $400, why would I just return one item unless it was a genuine reason. The answer: I AM SORRY I CANNOT TAKE THIS ITEM BACK as it’s not in the original state it was sold.

They almost never have a cashier in the mens department and there was only one in the womens with a long line. I shop here 2 to 3 times a month and its always the same. And sometime the credit card machine doesnt work. Good clothing, great prices, but service, not so much.
