The staff were very nice. They helped me find what I needed (an Aggie polo shirt) and did not try to push anything on me. I love Rally House!

That staff was so super friendly! I told them what I was looking for and they not only showed me where it is, but they also helped me find the size I needed. So helpful!

The selection was amazing!! We were there on Aug 13 around 8 pm and there appeared to be six employees, but only two young men appeared to be working and assisting the customers. Ryan and another guy helped us find the items and completed our purchase while four women employees stood at a desk talking loudly (often cursing loudly) the entire time we were in the store. The distribution of work was not equitable.

Applied a job application at their establishment I did everything to make it look presentable from paper and myself but nothing came up screw their job site it should’ve been an individual interview not a group interview! They lost me and will not be giving my time and money to them. Go look for a different job.

This is a great store if you are into the Dallas Cowboys, regional college teams, or any other local sports teams. I only came to the store to buy my wife some Texas Tech swag....#steelersforlife

Definitely a kid in a candy store experience for me; something in there for any college or local pro team fan. A lot of collectibles and memorabilia as well as hats and sportswear.

Elaina, Alexis, and Trina made my most recent visit there super pleasant. I went to exchange a Christmas gift that didn’t fit. Trina did everything possible to find the size I needed. The cashier who I believe was Alexis was very patient with the exchange process as I had picked out a different item altogether. She went into her inventory to check if the original item was available at a different store. Turns out they showed three at their location. Elaina went to hunt down the item and was successful. These three saved a Secret Santa gift for me that means a ton to me. Thank you ladies so very much. Wishing you the best this coming new year. Rally House will always have my business and it’s because of the attention I received and the service I received.

I love this store. They have amazing products. All things sports. I could spend hours in this store. You go in for one thing, but end up with a ton of other items. Its hard not to spend money in this store. I would strongly advise to set yourself a limit before you get inside.

The customer service is outstanding at this location. They were all attentive and kind. We were assisted with finding the perfect jersey for our dog, and found a fun Dallas skyline shirt for my husband. The selection is great, and we will be back before football season because the customer service was so wonderful.

Great place to spend sone time if your really into sporting merchandise. Was surprised to find out you could customize a jersey. Very pleased with the timely manner and results when picked up my jersey. Wish had a store in San Antonio....

I went there to buy Dallas Stars shirts. There were many selections to choose from.

I placed an online order from Rally House, recd the wrong item, even though the packing slip had my order correct! It came from another location. I was embarrassed and humiliated by what was in the pkg. The Arlington location, hopefully, is making it RIGHT! Thank you!

I has the worst experience at Rally House in the Highlands tonight June 6, 2016. The girl came up and asked me if I needed some help. I replied yes please help me find a red mens Ranger shirt and she said oh and walked off. She did not even help me. I got to the register and I told you didnt even help me when you offered to help and she oh Im sorry, Im having a bad day. I replied yea. She checked me out and hurriedly rushed me out. What kind of customer service is this? I am so disappointed, I have never had such rude treatment at Rally House. I asked her whos the manager and she exclaimed I am the manager all I could say was WOW. Ill think about coming in again to make a purchase if I see HER there. SO DISAPPOINTED!

This store has a wide selection many really a great store. However Customer service was non-existent was followed around the store but not once asked if I needed help.

LOTS of stuff. Prices are high. You’ll definitely find what you need but be careful - some items are poorly made, my $40 tank top ripped apart in the washer. Staff also very young and unhelpful...didn’t know what was on sale. Manager was not friendly or apologetic when I returned my purchase.

Place has a bunch of stuff. We where asked for our email and we did not want to give it. The lady seemed insulted and argued with us about giving it to her. It was very uncomfortable situation. We should not have to give someone our email if we dont want to.
