Very good customer service. This is one of my favorite shoe stores.

Love it but need to keep different sizes cause not all people wear same

Bought a pair of shoes here only to have them start rubbing so bad on the backside of both ankles, that it caused them to start bleeding from the shoes cutting in. Surely this must be a shoe defect because no other pair of shoes I have bought have ever done this. I went back to the store to try and get a replacement or refund but they simply refused due to them being used already saying it was company policy. For a $100 pair of shoes, you would think thered be a better return policy in place. Now Im stuck with a pair of shoes that literally cause harm. I get it, shoes can sometimes come out defective, but their return policy doesnt justify it. For that reason, I wouldnt recommend you shop here.

Very low stock. They order so little for women. Its more kids shoes & men. and 5 times been in stores no ladies 9 or 9.5 shoes at all. Wanted SketchersTons of size 7s for ladies to the hilt. Mgr on the phone the entire time of 20/25 mins. I stood there 10 mins to ask her size 9 sketchers to be ordered....kept her private call going and I left. Shall not be back to Arlington store.

Found a couple of Fila sneakers Id never seen before. I check in there every couple months for new styles. Prices are pretty good.

The prices and selection are good, no complaints there. However, don’t lose your receipt. I have previously bought 4 other pairs of shoes for my husband and boys.We recently bought a pair of shoes for a birthday present for my nephew. The shoes were too small. We tried to exchange them but I lost the receipt. Without the receipt they will not exchange. They will give you some money back but only $19.99 we bought the shoes for $86.39. We showed them the back account transaction and date and even then they won’t exchange the shoes. So now we are stuck with shoes that no one can wear and have to buy another pair of shoes for my nephew. We will not shop at WSS again. So buyer be careful with your receipt. Don’t misplace your receipt!

I visited this store about a week before Christmas and it was a little upsetting they had nothing in my size. Due to the holidays Im sure. Still their policies about buying a shoe upfront and having it delivered to you in your size, like Foot Locker or Finish Line would do. Isnt appealing to me as a customer. I also even went on the website for this company to order the shoes that I wanted. Still it was also another issue. Im displeased with my service. Im just hoping that this company grows these policies will be dealt with accordingly.

Love this place! Only thing is .. If your getting your child light up shoes, make sure the lights work first! Saw the most prettiest shoes I was going to get for my 6 year old and only some of the lights worked and not even a pair. Had to get some other shoes but I’m still satisfied! Got all three of my kids a pair of shoes for 70$!

This was the first time I shopped here and it was a pleasant experience with the help of one of the ladies there. I didnt get her name but she was very informative and courteous. You hardly find great customer service like that anymore!

Overly priced just like any store and they dont carry womens sizes past a 10. Not everyone has small feet and I was very disappointed. Thats a big thing for me when I go shopping for shoes. If you dont have my size I wont buy.

Back to school time. Got some decent deals. Shopped that back wall first. 60 percent off select styles. We got a $25 off card and signed up for the rewards program. I saw some Adidas womens that I liked, pretty good deal! I may go back and get them with the $25 off card. Convenient location in Arlington at Park Row and Collins.

Love love love this place

The prices are OK. They can be reasonable but there are some shoes that cost more than Nike Outlet. Sale prices are not always sales either. Customer service is good at this location.

Good selection of shoes, clothes and gear, but for the pair of shoes I bought one of them was the wrong size. The dude who checked me out (the supervisor didnt check) When I came back to the store to get the correct size, he didnt acknowledge the mistake that was made, he had someone else check in the back while he went back over to sorting clothes. Check youre shoes while when you buy them and youll be good.

Nice n easy place to get in and out for some jordan or nike slides and/or shoes for the kids on short notice. Clean store 👍

This store has everything, the prices are perfect! They carry everything that you can ask for! This is yet the best store ive been to. Wish theres more stores around here.

This place does not help their customers we were there for at least 40 minutes before being checked on...they didnt have mates to the shoes then when we asked them to find the mates to the shoes we wanted they stated they dont have the shoes yet they were on display and on the floor...what did somebody walk out with one left shoe or one right shoe

Theyve got all name brands for shoes clothes and the prices are incredibly cheap. Like I got my Nike 270 for 119 dollars and even earned points.

Not very knowledgeable staff. Asked if they had a pair of Asics Kayanos and the employee asked if Im talking about Nikes. Needless to say I didnt get any help.
