The online store is really good! the prices could be a bit lower, but other than that i have no problems with it! shipping isnt too much/is free a good amount of the time! it also ships super fast! i really enjoy the online store!

Cute very pricey but employees can be very snobby

Im told by my teenage daughter that all the trending stuff starts here. She makes straight As so what do I know.

I love the clothes they have in stock and they bring in new products pretty frequently so you’re never bored. Though some things can be pricey, there’s always sales and coupons.

The experience with the employees here has inspired me to never shop at a Pacsun again.Walking into the store I could immediately tell the employee didnt want to be there with the way she explained the measures they have in place (which I really do appreciate). But while in there for the next 30 minutes I wasnt approached or asked if there was anything I needed help with by either of the employees, and we were the only ones in the store, standing directly next to the counter.Then when going to check out they asked to see my fiances ID before he even went to pay. He was using his family members card and didnt have his on him, which he has done before (they have the same last name), and NEVER had an issue. I also have personally never been asked for my ID at Pacsun. Then when I went up to pay for it they suddenly had no need to check my ID? So I asked if checking IDs is a new policy or something and she rudely responded, its just to make sure someone doesnt take someones card and spend 1000s of dollars. Which is pretty condescending (I know why an ID is checked) and she though he was stealing. I wouldve been ok if she had asked everyone for their ID (indicating it was actual policy), or maybe if she politely explained it, or if she maybe had shown some decent customer service in the 30 minutes we were there. It was a 50 dollar purchase, for reference.We both shopped at Pacsun for years and made purchases north of 500 dollars and never were treated as if we were committing credit card fraud before. But we can just keep that money in our pockets in the future.Just go shop at CottonOn, their clothes are pretty much the same, cheaper, and Ive loved every single employee Ive met there.

My teenage daughter made a return 8 days ago and they still have not credited her debit account. Make sure to teach your child or yourself to check their accounts after a return. They say they have 15 days to credit your account but whats the point of holding money thats already been paid? I bet they count on people never checking and contacting their bank.

Such a nice looking store the SM there works really hard to make the store look so great from the looks of it!

As someone who religiously buys and wears pac sun I’m really disappointed to say the employees at this store were extremely disrespectful to me. If it wasn’t for the fact that I love the clothes I wouldn’t come back. Israel and Janet should check their attitude at the door when at work. Really didn’t appreciate the way I was treated.

Awesome clothes, not to expensive, perfect lighting, overall perfect store.

Don’t go here. They’re completely rude.

The young man who. Attend there is very good people, if I return to buy there although it is very expensive I think I get a little treat from time to time.
