The customer service is - and was every time Ive been there - exceptional. However, I find myself finding similarly fittng shirts (just not the UntuckIt brand) much less expensively. I love the brand, but at approximately $100/for a short sleeved shirt, I only purchase when Im desperate or there is a sale... and as I mentioned, other stores have jumped on the shorter-tailed shirts at around $55 for something similar. Ship around.The gentleman on Saturday mornings at the UntuckIt at the Fashion Galleria at Pentagon City is very helpful and knows inventory, styles, colors, and fashion.
