Alyssa the MIT is the best asset this store has. She is always very sweet and friendly. She always make us customers feel important and makes everything about us. I can’t wait till she gets her own store so I can go to her store!!!

Not happy with this place at all. Lightly worn suede shoes 2mts old ripped. I asked for a refund or exchange and was told they were normal wear & tear- 2 mts, come on!!! Read your receipt as they consider wear-and-tear /worn definition something outside of what I consider normal. Not a satisfied customer & will Not be shopping there again. Im out done with them!!! Highly disappointed customer

I dont get why people have to give you attitude all the time you work there because you are willing to deal with customers. I dont think doing a return is a big deal but or is there need to talk to me like im an idiot. Atleast i got my money back but very disappointed in the quality of customer service that guy there sucks..
