Horrible store with a horrible PML. Animal abuse case! They threw a helpless cat outside instead of trying to find their owner. Absolute garbage person. PML is there Targets glorified janitor handyman. They should be fired and thrown out of there job. No effort was made to call a shelter or animal control. The store should take accountability!

Stopped by this place to get a gift bag, a gift card, and a gift for my daughters friends birthday party. We also got a card. They had everything that we needed. We were in and out quickly. We found the last item of acrylic nails in blue on the shelf, not in the right place. It was exactly what my daughter was looking for. Thank God as HE was listening to her prayers.

Clean and good Target. Super Target, so has more items. Has all the good name brand items but also target-branded items. Has pizza hut items in the deli section. Highly recommend

I went shopping at Super Target market today, when I entered the market I found that the items on the shelves were quite enough. Today the market is on display for Christmas too, and there are plenty to choose from. The market is also quite neat and clean. I am satisfied with what I have seen today. Super Target tries to keep the market like this.

Target has worked hard to build a strong brand. They offer brands specific to their store with a well thought out presentation.This location has a great layout and all the perks of combining a grocery market with a department store. You can get all your shopping done in one place while enjoying competitive prices.Target even has collectible figures back by the Blu rays, as well as a growing supply of vinyl records for audiophiles.

I make a weekly trip to Target. It is actually one of my families favorite outings. I actually remember being a kid and my mom letting me get a Slurpee when I would go. I miss that covid has taken away the food court, but it is understandable. My review today is just to let you know that I have been very put off my the bathrooms. They are often dirty. Paper towels on the floor, stalls are filled with water. It has become each time I have used the bathrooms that I am aware of how little they are actually maintained. I hope you will work on this issue as I purposely try my best to have me and my kiddo go before we make it to your store so we dont have to use the facilities. Please make this right:)

The companys security guard follows black and brown people around the store. I had a bad experience with the security guard (who himself is Hispanic) who followed me around even thou I have been shopping at the same Arlington, TX Target store for 6 years. I think after 40 something years of being on this earth that I would not have to experience discrimination just for shopping.

There are many retailers and yes, there are many Target Stores. But very few fall under the title of exceptional. The store is aesthetically pleasing at first glance but what sets this store apart from all the other is the professionally trained staff that goes above and beyond for their customers. I got that experience first hand when I had to return a television that was given as a gift. I called the day before and spoke to the manager (Rhonda). I explained the situation to her and with a friendly smile that I sensed over phone, she instructed me to come in and exchange the product. Once in the store I met with Karen, another manager working the mornings shift. Her along with to other associates Marissa and Dehiana working the service desk were so helpful and committed to ensuring that I was 100% satisfied that it took me by surprise their level of commitment. We should all expect that kind of service and I’m happy to say that they have earned a customer for life. Thank you for being awesome! I hope all who reads this review take a moment and visit this store in south Arlington!

Ive never had any issue at target rather if I was shopping online or in the store. I love the fact that you rarely see anyone working standing around. Someone is always asking if I need help with anything and would let me know where they would be if I didnt at the time.

I do business with this Target at least 4 times a week. Their curbside option is a massive perk for me, especially since my toy-obsessed 4 year old makes visits to the store very difficult. Youll notice theres a lot less staff turnover than other stores if you visit regularly long-term. Ive never seen a manager speak negatively or rudely to an employee or customer, and they are actually present on the selling floor. The employees themselves seem relaxed and comfortable with their job. Everything is handled with professionalism and genuine politeness. The store is well stocked, and even when things go out of stock, they seem to be restocked in a very quick manner. The parking lot is easy to deal with, its an easy location to get to, and overall, I just feel very good dealing with this store.

Employees are unhappy and rude. Mansfield location is SO much better. I’ll drive out of my way to avoid this location.

Target has fast friendly service that I can count on.

Target. Wish their price was a bit cheaper but I liked that there are little or no hood rats that go there due to the prove difference. Makes it better.

My last trip to Target was very good. I needed a wide variety of items, from lipstick to pillow covers, and I was able to get everything I needed quickly. The store was clean and employees helpful, so I thought it was a very good experience.

The workers are always friendly and not always helpful because they appear to be so manic-busy. Hopefully, managers take good care of such hard workers. I love this store! Always has what I need and more than I want.

This target is typically clean and neat however staff - especially on the front end is not friendly. Asset protection and customer service supervisors stand by watching customers, chit chatting and disregarding their needs. Most people are honest and trying to pay and leave, so a quick and friendly check out experience would be helpful. Restroom was dirty, and a lot of the items I purchase regularly are often just gone - no longer carry. This Dial soap I Purchased for my husband has been out of stock for six weeks. Six weeks! The only way this can happen is a complete lack of leadership engagement. This causes me to make an extra trip somewhere else that is a complete and total inconvenience to me. We purchased Tillamook yogurt every week for three months then suddenly, it is gone, completely gone. They just stop selling stuff. It’s convenient so I keep going.. for now

I like that you have baskets all over the store. I have many times went to a store for one thing so I thought I didnt need one. I end up wanting to buy several things on impulse but I dont because I dont feel like walking to the front of the store. But you plant them everywhere so Im never very far from a basket.When I checked out my debit card was declined. I called to get my balance and I was only short by $22. Brianna our cashier paid the difference out of her own pocket! If she doesnt get a promotion, Ill never come back!

Every time I come here, there’s some issue. I got followed by the security for buying stuff. Okay, I’ll let that pass, but when it happens two times I’m there? I also talked to the front on 2/14 about some chocolate that got left at the front and they refused to refund me the money. Staff also fails to do their job and remove old promotions causing me to overpay for a bunch of things until I return them. I’m driving farther away to get great customer service, no racist security, and stockers who won’t fail to remove promotional stickers.

I always order for drive up these days and tonight only half of my order was there in my trunk when I got home. I was disappointed but when I got through to customer I spoke with Rhonda and she assured me this wouldnt happen again. Gave me a 20$ gift card for my inconvenience and was standing outside waiting for me when I pulled up. I think the customer service here is exceptional and im very pleased with how I was treated by her. Thank you maam!

The attribute that is the most important to me is that Target is so consistent. There has not been a time that I have been in Target and it is not well stocked and organized. This alone is the number one reason that I shop Target.

The worst Target Ive literally ever been to in my entire life and I have been to a lot of different targets All Over America. The staff is rude they ignore you nobody can literally help you with anything. I had a cashier ring me up a $25 gift card and she didnt ring it up right and they couldnt do anything to help me so I lost out on 25. The target is dirty and they dont put up the shopping carts at all and well stack him up to the point to where theyre reaching other cars I wouldnt recommend this target to anybody and they should close it down and make it a Walmart

Horrible. Hate this target so much. I did a drive up order but it was not ready in time so I asked if I could get the product which was formula and come back so they could verify it as the same product and process it as done but insisted no I could not do that. I don’t see how when the one in Mansfield has done this for me plenty of times. So I had to cancel the item and go buy another container of formula so my daughter could have milk. Her formula is $40 a container by the way. Ridiculous. I have never been THIS mad at target. This one is horrible. Will never shop here.

Great store

This Target has been recently renovated and its absolutely beautiful. I used to work at this target, part time on weekends. It looks nothing like it used to! From the fitting rooms to the bakery over to electronics and even the check lanes up front - everything is new. The only thing that has not been renovated is the shell of the building, but even that can fool you because of the new paint and exterior signage thats been added thanks to the CVS merger with Target Pharmacy. I truly enjoy shopping at this location, not just because its fast, fun and friendly but because the guest love this location too - its nice to shop somewhere everyone loves being!

No problem with returns

The managers do not care about their employees. They tell their employees to not enforce the mask mandate even though its one of their policies. Target has also announced that they will still require mask when the mandate is lifted

Great customer service. I needed a bicycle, and it was brought to me very quickly. The young man helped me get it to my car, all while maintaining a safe distance. It was even raining!

Ms. Laura is awesome. She’s a greeter at the front door. She’s constant & always polite. I appreciate anyone who takes pride in what they do!

Parking lot needs larger space for my no environmental friendly suv

I like target for the atmosphere. But target needs to teach the employees that the customer is always right. When i say i want to exchange an item, i mean give you back the merchandise i purchased in exchange for something else. That is equal or lesser value.... i do not want a refund and wait 3 days for a credit. I said what I wanted. That is too much of an inconvenience driving back and forth. Especially with COVID 19. I only go to the store every 2 weeks.

Always watched at self-checkout as if I’m a criminal in this target. They have a small vegan section in the produce, and beyond burgers, but I’d rather shop somewhere I feel safe. Self checkout lady literally walked up to watch me checkout (and only me) stood right behind me watching the entire time. When I finished paying she walked to the cafe to talk. Great experience, loved being sneezed on. Thanks.

I Love Target cakes, so I tell everyone if they ask or dont that Target has mouth watering cake. They melt in your mouth!

Says they are not doing returns at this time for a reason I believe it was as she said To limit the number of people in the store as I stood there the ONLY person there,I said im the only person here and she comes back at me with Its for both our protection I tell here I dont intend to hold your hand whilst you make my return and to boot those gloves and mask look like they should keep you pretty safe. So finally a Manager comes out and says that all the other companies are doing it this way which is a lie! Poor excuse of a Manager, you can do better Target.

Everything about Target is amazing. Target is an experience that should be shared. I have never had a bad experience with a worker or customer service. Their policies are clearly stated and I love the calmness of the stores. The only place that makes me happier is Disney World.

Beverly who works at the self service station near by the Starbuck area in Target. She is so friendly, and always asks about how my family is doing, and is genuinely interested. She was gone for 2 days and I freaked out! So glad to see her again. It makes going to Target worth it.

I love this target they have everything you need when other stores are out of stock. The only thing i dislike is that alot of the workers here aren’t friendly or willing to assist without you asking, like other stores. This is the only target I’ve been to where the employees are unfriendly maybe it’s just the area they aren’t humble. Bleh

Another lane was opened up to decrease wait times. Target always has what I need in stock (unlike the otherMart). An associate who was stocking the juice/tea section went out of his way to see if you had the size of fruit punch I wanted. He didnt have to, but he did.Ive never left my Target unhappy. This target is super clean. The layout is really easy to get around the store. The staff is super friendly. I love that it is a super target with a cage, starbucks, and grocery store. I love it....

Great customer service

It was relatively easy to find what I needed and get in and out of the store quickly. I did have issue finding the exact product I was looking for but I found a suitable alternative. I was also able to save money on the cold and flu medicine I bought by using Target Cartwheel, Manufacturers coupons and the $5 coupon I got from getting my flu shot at Target. I love this Target. Everyone is always helpful and friendly.
