We went to every single shoe store in this mall! This was the only one where people actually wanted to help you. I left SEVERAL other stores without what i wanted to purchase because of poor customer service. Go to this place.

Poor sad customer service .Had 1 cashier only and there was several employees just walking around and talking to each other not offering any help at all..

The employees are very helpful! They constantly check on you. Very personable and have knowledge about when new products will be available. On a couple of occasions the young ladies working the register have been a bit abrasive but most times I give them a pass because they have to deal with people when its time to pay! You can find a great sale every once in a while.

I went in looking for a specific shoe. And Cash made sure i left with what i was looking for, she came through with excellent customer service skills.I will be shopping there again.

These guys never let me down. Went in today to get the Jordan 32s and I was there about 30 min early. I told the guy opening I had to be at work at ten and he let me go ahead and purchase them and was also cool as hell and took his time with me. I go here for all my new sneaks and not once have I been let down or had a bad experience.

The experience was horrible. We waited in line for literally 15 min. There were 2 pair of shoes that we tried to buy that had sale tags inside them. Once we got to the register, the employees said that people were sticking the sale stickers inside the shoes and that was not the correct price. One of the other employees went to look at other shoes and found multiple shoes with sales tags on them. The manager, Christain, would not honor the price that was on the shoe. If they already know that people are putting sales tags inside shoes that are not on sale they should either have their employees checking the shoes regularly or honoring the price when there are multiple shoes with sales tags.

Bunch of a**holes. Everyone was extremely rude. Accused me of wearing shoes that I havent worn and tried exchanging/returning the shoes the next day. If you hate your job, then LEAVE. Dont take your anger out on customers. I wish I couldve given a 0 rating.

I prefer footlocker but this isnt too bad a little pricey
