I went in thinking I would need speaker repair. Not only did they clean the speaker, they did not charge. No expensive repair needed! I would definitely recommend this place. The rep was knowledgeable and they worked quickly.
Customer service was great. I came in with a broken screen on my iPhone 11. There was a small crack in the top corner which caused the LCD display to stop working. I went to go pick up my phone and my Face ID wasn’t working anymore. I asked the guy why that was and he tried telling me my Face ID was already broken when I brought it in even though it wasn’t. They didn’t even do anything to try to fix it, even though they took it to the back. They had the phone for less than 5 minutes so I doubt they really looked into it. My screen looks good but now my Face ID doesn’t work and it is frustrating.
Timeliness, good customer services, give it to them. Happy I made use of there services. My phone is back and working efficiently. Excellent phone fix service.
Dont bother going here, take your device to a better repair shop. Theyll waste your time by not telling you that they wont work on your popular and mainstream device (seriously, one plus and Microsoft surface pros both cant be worked on?) Until you take the time out of your day to go to the shop to get it fixed. Its incredibly unprofessional to allow someone to make an appointment and take the time out of their day to get their devices fixed only to turn them away at the shop because you dont have the forethought to tell them you dont work on their devices.

Certified to work on Apple and Google peoducts. They were polite, professional, and scheduling was easy. They, unfortunately, have more work than they have technicians, so repairs can take a little longer than preferable. That being said, they do a terrific job.
Went to uBreakiFix with iPhone 6S, thinking the chargin port was bad, it had stop taking a charge, the Tech took it to the back worked his skills on it, ( cleaned it out of the stuff I missed) Ut is working like a charm now, Great service, quick fix, friendly. I will be going back if I have future issues with my phones.

I worked with Jeremy - I was very happy with their services. There was a 9 hour wait and possibility they wouldnt get to it until the next day. I went to the grand prairie location first and they said there was nothing they could do. I went to Arlington and he immediately said he will do whatever he can to work me in if they had time and he did. A few hours later it was ready. It made things so much easier for me and was very thankful.

Made an appointment over 2 hours before closing just to be told they were no longer taking anymore repairs when I got there. They were also more expensive than the other repair shop in Arlington Highlands who were professional and quick.
I made an appointment a week ago to get my phone screen fixed at 5pm so I could get it fixed after work. I sit in traffic for an hour, show up at 5, and they tell me it takes 2 to 4 HOURS (doubt) to replace a phone screen and that I wont be able to pick it up until the next morning (who in the world has that convenience?) and that You should come back in the morning so I can get it done faster, because I have a couple other things Im working on right now. What was the point in scheduling an appointment then? And it would have been nice to know it takes that long to replace a screen before showing up. What a joke.
Samsung directed me to them to take care of a charging port issue. Went in to store and Arthur tested and confirmed my issue. Took phone to the back removed something from the port. They did this very quickly and at no charge. Very prompt and professional in this situation. Highly recommend their services.

I wish this review could be 5 stars but ultimately Im left without a phone, let me explain. I took my PIxel 3 to get a screen repair and the gentlemen at the front was very honest, super helpful, and trustworthy. After my phone screen was fixed I took it home and when the audio played the speaker sounded horrific. This never happened previous to the repair. So I took it back showing them how bad it was. They took a look at it and ordered another speaker. It took many trips back and forth to the store but to make the long story short after 2 weeks I got my Pixel 3 finally back in excellent condition, so I thought. Everything was great for only 1 Month till my phone got some sand on it. I tried shaking it off but i couldnt get in the crevices of the phone. So I ran it under some water for 30 sec in the sink, which Ive done before in the past with no issue because the Pixel 3 has a water resistance rating of IPX8 under IEC standard 60529(which can withstand an immersion in over one meter of water). After letting my phone dry completely overnight, the next morning I put my phone to charge and I came back 30 min to check on it and the screen is spazzing out of control with green lines flashing vigorously everywhere on the screen. I take it off the charger and I can see condensation INSIDE my phone near the front and rear camera lens. I knew water got inside and my phone was fried. It has not turned on since that day. Im writing this review to warn other people that if you get your phone repaired the water resistance of your phone may not be the same. Thank you for reading my experience.

SAM the manager was the best very informative. I had a problem with my I watch, that he fixed plus he yet me use his charger because I left mine home. He did what T-MOBILE couldn’t even do because T-Mobile is a lazy company if you’re not purchasing anything right then and there. Sam was Awesome!
I went in as soon as the store opened to get my screen replaced on an assurion claim and they told me I had to wait 9 hours before they could fix my phone. They then checked for parts which I already knew they had because I was told by an assurion rep. After that they proceeded to take off my otter box phone case but he just ripped off right in front of me and ended up breaking the inside of my phone case. The guy then said that it wasnt his problem and that ubreakifix is not responsible for breaking my case even though it happened by one of their employees in the store. I will never return to this store and I recommend everyone go to the one in Grand Prairie like did after this happened. They dont even deserve 1 star. This happened 3 weeks ago.

Had my phone (Note 20 Ultra) break over easter sunday so no one was open, on monday had an appointment with best buy, and went there just to find out they didnt have anyone to certified to repair it. Tues went to a different ubreakifix and they didnt have the parts and wouldnt get them in till sat. wed made an appointment with a different best buy for thurs. Thurs they called me to cancel the appointment cause they also didnt have anyone certified to fix my phone. I then called 6 other Bestbuy locations where according to their website, have certified techs who can work on samsung phones, but behold none of them have any on staff. Called this location of UbreakIfix and they said they could install a different color screen on it (white screen on black phone). I was fine with that, went and dropped it off and picked it up to find out they had some difficulties on the screws. Left it over night so they could fix it on Friday. Came in friday evening to find my phone was fix with black screen cause of Samsung policy of same color as original. Come to find out, they sent one of their employees to 2 different stores in other cities to get the parts for my phone. I cant thank Arturo and Jeremy enough to have a functional phone. Thanks again guys.

First of all Ive come here to this business before and received mild to almost rude treatment no big deal get the phone fixed get out and get on with life, today I come in to get my phone fixed with an insurance claim immediately upon entering the door when I present my phone and claim number to the associate he laughs and says Ive never seen anything like this before I didnt think that was funny maybe he did, furthermore he gets frustrated with his system blames it on the fact that something was done wrong on my account claims he cant find me in the system Im going to have to go elsewhere when I call him out on it and let him know that Ive done business here before he says he cant find me in the computer I call him out and tell him its BS then the manager comes from around the corner to ask whats going on I let him know what was going on and instead of him trying to fix the problem he says theres nothing he can do and invites me to leave when I start trying to talk to him sensibly he realizes maybe he messed up yet continues to defend the poor customer service that his partner gave yeah devonte and Arturo horrible customer service horrible way to take care of a customer and I will never use you guys or recommend anybody to use you all ever again as Im a professional I can deal with customers you guys need to be able to deal with customers a lot better than getting frustrated with your system and then blaming it on the customer just to make it clear I have insurance on one phone and they said oh it must be another phone which I dont have another phone on the account thats that iPhone so rather than them trying to fix it with their company asurion they tell me theres nothing they can do but they try to do that last time I came here as well Dont waste your time and coming to this business they have no interest in helping you every time I come in theres nobody in here and you have to call out for somebody to come to the front and on 2:00 on Sunday they didnt have the open sign on because they dont want business

IF I COULD RATE THEM BELOW ONE STAR, I WOULD!I took my Chromebook in for service on a Thursday; upon speaking with a service member at the South Arlington location, I was informed that a diagnostic would take 2 days, and UBIF would call me to let me know what the issue is, with a plan of action. Two days went by and I did not receive a call; I decided to give them an extra day (this being on Monday) as I understand that businesses can get busy. When I did not receive a call by Tuesday, I decided to call and check on the progress, hoping that they had just forgotten to call me back. I was informed by an associate that my laptop was just sitting there and no diagnostic had been done on it, but he assured me that he would do that immediately and contact me within the next 2-3 hours. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! The gentleman just placed blame on a new associate and assured me that he would do his due diligence to reverse this terrible experience. Frustrated, I called the store the next morning and conversed with a different gentleman who again informed me that no work had been done and proceeded to place blame on the other associates. I informed then that no work was to be done on this laptop and that I would be picking it up --- they lost my business right there --- Disappointed, I retrieved my laptop and decided to never do business with them again.As if that was not enough, after getting into my laptop, I found that the associates at this store had used MY laptop for PERSONAL SEARCHES!! WHAT?!!! They did not have the time to work on it and figure out what was going on, but they had all the time to browse stocks and ps5 prices??? I have never seen anything like it. They are unprofessional, untrustworthy and I DO NOT recommend them whatsoever. I did speak with a manager who apologized for this, however, could not find a way to resolve this. I cant help but think about the possibility of compromised personal information. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. 0 STARS!

Very poor service for $300.00 repair even when they called me and say my phone was ready they make me comeback 4 times in 3 days.They were blaming each other for each mistake and when I was finally ready to pay their cheap machine did not read my card and they send me to get cash to nearest ATM I paid $305.00 included a $50.00 discount I was super disappointed and frustrated.
Took my new phone to that Best place to get the screen replaced. (Big Oops!!!) They dont stock the parts for the new phones yet so the Sales Associate sent me to uBreakiFix. I called, the nice young man gave me an estimate of cost and time to make the repair. Dropped it off, 2 hours later it was ready and the cost was exactly what he quoted. Phone is perfect. This is my new favorite certified repair place for phones and computers....any electronic with a power button. And they are really nice!!!

I visited your Arlington, TX store and didnt have the best first time visit. When I picked up my switch console I didnt notice that the controllers were not attached. I immediately called them, but they were closed so I left a message because I was leaving for vacation the next day. I never received a call back and when I called upon my return to follow up they argued with me and said they would never let a console leave the store without the controllers per policy. They did let it leave the store and instead of trying to make it right they were so rude and unprofessional. I will never ever ever use them again and now Im out controller money because they lost or stole them. I should mention that i had to leave my console, charger, and controllers that I had to go home and get so they could even repair the console. He couldnt imagine how one of his techs would let the console leave the store without the controllers. Well imagine it boy because it happened!!! UPDATE: I am happy to say that the manager reached out within an hour of my post to apologize and remedy my unfortunate situation. I am happy to say that his kindness and understanding to the situation sincerely changed my view of the store and I will use them again the next time I am in need because of his willingness to help make it right. A great example of customer service and follow up on their behalf.
