Could have gone the extra mile but fell short. Disappointed.This is the company that the Toyota dealership used to replace my factory cloth seats to leather. the dealership would not give me any details on what I would be getting they just said it would look factory. so before my install date I contacted this company and asked them questions. I wanted leather but I didnt want to loose the flair or accents in the design that matched my truck. One guy said tough luck and then another employee contacted me and said it would not be a problem and was going to make sure he intercepted the order and make the corrections to make sure i was going to get what I was wanting. even if I had to pay some more money. I agreed I would. he made me feel good about my upgrading purchase at the time. and if he would have told me there was any kind of problem with it I would have delayed the install date or canceled to find somewhere else. But he assured me it would be no problem.a week later I drop my truck at the dealership. Car spa picked it up and installed my new seats. when I got my truck back and finally got to see my seats. My heart hit the floor.. instant disappointment. Now in their defense the seats looks installed well and nice. . but did not deliver the factory flair or accents. they look like plain Jane seats that could be in anything. if I knew this is what i would be stuck with I would have definitely cancel my order... get my money back from the dealership and found a company who wanted to do it the way I wanted.I am now going to have to live with these seats in my brand new truck for years and years. I have reached out to the company via email and phone to find out why happened and why they didnt do what they said they would do. and why didnt tell me they couldnt do it before my installation.Below is the pictures of my old factory seats and then the now leather. even though the leather is nice. it does not match the attitude that the original ones have. I wish I never changed them. they said is was going to be like factory..... but I have seen factory leather.... and it has the color. its a small detail that really make a big statement.But more importantly then just not getting what I want (which I was very clear about what I was looking for). is the customer service and the follow though. dont tell the customer that you are going to take care of them, and then once you have the money for the job, drop the ball not do what you said you were going to do.. and not even give me a heads up. and then afterwards when I inquire about why you didnt do what you said you were going to do. I get no any return calls or emails.

Replaced the radio in my husbands Prius. They were really helpful about explaining the options and reasonably priced compared to the dealer. I brought the car in a week early (got the dates mixed up) but they accommodated me anyway. Pleasant, helpful, competent.

Car Spa has expert technicians, they installed leather seats in my cars few months ago. They did awesome work. I showed the seats to my colleagues. and they were impressed and want to get their cars done too.They also do leather seats and entertainment gadgets on brand new cars for the dealerships.

Purchased a remote start and keyless entry for one of are vehicles. It stopped working while under warranty and Car Spa no longer services are area. Gave me 1-800 number to call for help who were disrespectful and not very helpful. I found another dealer unfortunately it’s going to cost me more than the system is worth to get it even looked at. Car Spas solution was I need to make appointment and bring the vehicle from chesterfield to Alexandria. They met me on site to install and refuse to come out repair. Not a good way to do business.

Dealer says it is un willing to install any product other than a product it has sold you. Unless you’re willing to buy from them at whatever markup they choose, go somewhere else.

I don t often ride reviews. You really need to WOW me. Sadly I bought a 2016 Honda CRV just before all the newest and greatest technology became main stream. I cant afford a new car, but I want to keep my wife safe and hopefully avoid any more future accidents. I bought myself a mobileeye not realizing how difficult it would be to install. I had these guys install it, plus they added blind spot detection, and proximity sensors to the front and back of my SUV. And they installed an awesome Alpine ILX-F309 . They did an amazing job, it looks great and all the technology works flawlessly.
