Im very thankful to have found Top Hat, I had them install a flue to my two story A-frame (very steep roof) home. They did a fantastic job. It had a very small leak after a really tough rain but they came out the very next day and fixed it for free and its been 2-3 years now with zero problems with it. Now I bought a new stove that required some changes to the flue on the first floor to make the connection complete and at first they were only going to be able to come out after 4-5 weeks, multiple people reached out to me to get to me as soon as possible even though Im sure they are very busy at this time of the year. They imidiately filled me into an appointment that was canceled by someone else and gave me a very reasonable estimate. I didnt have service on my phone while I was at work and they happened to show up earlier than I expected. Aaron waited on me for a hour to respond back. I just dont think I could ever go with a different company for my chimney stove needs. This place is truly top notch with amazing service. Thank you Top Hat!

I contacted Top Hat Chimney Sweeps regarding a problem I was having with my wood burning fireplace, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the customer service I received. After listening to my concern, his wife took the time to explain to me several factors of what could be causing my venting problem, and how to check the creosote level myself. The way she explained everything was extremely easy to understand, and did it with the intention of helping spread awareness to keep families safe during the winter wood burning months. This will certainly be the only company I will use for future fireplace needs.

Lon came out and cleaned my fireplace. Did a great job. He gave me a lesson on fireplaces and saved me about $500.00. I would highly recommend him. Mine hadnt been cleaned in over 35 years so there was a lot of soot. Even though he has a HEPA vacuum there was still soot in my den/kitchen but its worth having to wipe everything off in order to be safe. Call him. Hes good.

I cannot recommend highly enough - TOP HAT CHIMNEY SWEEP. They came out and did our dryer vent about two months ago. The wife took my appointment and prayed for provision to cover the cost, since my husband had lost his job, before hanging up with me. He spent a good bit of time cleaning really well and helped us get the dryer venting shaped properly behind the dryer! While he was here my husband had him check our fireplace since we had lived in the house for 10 years and had never had it cleaned but he said we didnt need anything done and if our usage stayed about the same, he didnt think we would need a cleaning for about another 3 years. I have never had such a great experience with a repair person as I did with them. They kind of restored my hope that there are good repair people still out there. ;-)BTW, did I mention that they were absolutely WONDERFUL? ;-)
