The store is well equipped with great selection fue the average size store that it is. Although the gentleman was not 100% knowledgeable in the product question I asked, the store is staffed with friendly and helpful people. I plan on returning.

Big company name. Local friendly service. Needed a derailleur installed after someone kicked in my kids chain. In and out fast on a random weekday. Just charged for the part.

Techs don’t try to upsell you on their services and are very knowledgeable on their products. Got a basic wash and deep clean of my bike and the bike looked brand new as if I just bought it. Very thorough job by the team at Trek!

Andrew in the parts and service department was awesome!!! Probably one of the most helpful people Ive ever encountered in any retail establishment. They didnt even have the part I needed but he still helped me figure out what it was I needed and I was able to take that information and find it. Top notch customer service

I found Trek Bicycle to be friendly and professional. The service techs were very knowledgeable and willing to answer questions from a bike novice. The store is large and clean with a lot of great bikes and other associated products. I had broken a spoke and needed a new chain and a level two tune up. The service on my bike was great and done and ahead of schedule.

I came in to buy cycling shoes and really knew nothing about what I needed. Justin was AMAZING - he was patient, asked me questions about my riding habits and goals, and seemed much more interested in building a relationship before attempting to make a sale. I felt very confident about my purchase, and told one of my training buddies she needed to get to the store to see him to buy her shoes. They also put on my cleats and pedals, which I really appreciated. Justin talked to me about group rides, and ways to get plugged into the local riding community. I felt like I was welcomed into a family that I didnt even know existed! Ill definitely be coming back to this store for all my cycling needs.

Marlin6 My review is just based on an email to locate a bike, and to purchase it. The bike has not arrived yet so can’t speak on that yet. I will say dealing with Angi was great. She responded to my question very quick and informed. After a few emails I decided this store was going to be our store. Purchasing this bike so quick was the direct reflection of customer service and care.

Good selection of new bikes in stock (which is saying a lot given the current state of demand in the industry). Super helpful staff who were willing to go above and beyond despite being short handed on the day I came in to purchase a new bike. During installation of a kickstand, they found that my rear rotor was rubbing and corrected the issue before I took my new bike home. Great store, just wish I lived closer!

Excellent Customer Service!Spent some time with an associate there named Devine, she was awesome! I went in with my research being done and she was really good about confirming my research while providing additional points that was helpful. I really wished I would have been able to purchase the bike there however they did not have it in stock. Devine was great at locating the bike at another location (Keller), calling to confirm and to have held for me to go look at. I did purchase the 2021 Trek FX3 and have already put over 30 miles on it and couldnt be happier. Thanks Devine for your time and patience and not trying to upsell me on something I didnt want. I was most impressed with the bike technician Justin who helped me with adjusting my bike. I explained to him that I’m new to bike riding and Trek bikes and he took time to explain what he was doing and what caused the damage he was repairing. He also explained how to maintain my bike. I was just very impressed that he was so kind and willing to help me with my questions. Thank you for your excellent customer service Justin. I hope the rest of the staff there is very much like him.

The only thing stopping me for giving them 5 stars is the quantity or selection of bikes to look, you have to pre order if you want to see the bike and try it. Great place to get info on bikes. I went in to inquire about a bike I am new to biking, the lady was very helpful and went over the detail of the bikes she recommended. They are not in stock at the moment but she check what was coming and showed me photos of what they would look like.

I love my Checkpoint SL5. The Staff did a great job guiding me to the cycle that would suit my needs.I dont love that I had to spend an hour and a half doing a full set up on the rear derailleur that had a loose cable and threw the chain in a modest 5 mile ride at River Legacy.I have ridden for many years and am just now getting back into the sport, but I know how to do the set up. Some one who was raw new into this would have had no inkling why it was throwing the chain.Even though it shifts like silk now I should not have needed to set up the derailleur on a new bicycle.

The services were pretty cheap, and the guy was really helpful. They didnt just fix it, they also told me how I could fix it in the future if I needed because it was a pretty simple problem.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. If the person helping you doesn’t know or is unsure of something they will find someone who does. If you don’t see your size they will check to make sure there aren’t any more in the back. They also talked me through a problem I was having with an indoor trainer that I purchased elsewhere and showed me on a bike in the shop what I could do to fix it. I’m very pleased with them. I will definitely go back as the need arises while in the area.

Staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, they took the time to explain differences between models and encouraged a test ride in the parking lot once our options were narrowed down. These guys know they’re selling for a top quality brand...so they don’t “sell” as hard as some other shops. The Trek team is more focused on fitting riders with the best option possible so they’re biking experience will be a positive one. My girlfriend and I can’t wait to do business with them again.

Both the staff and the service are amazing. I took two 4 series bikes in for a level two service and got them back looking like new the next day. Thats faster than any shop I have taken them to before. They even fixed a few things other shops missed or did wrong. Do yourself a favor and visit Trek Bikes of Arlington.
