This is my second purchase from Sleep Experts this year. I returned for the second purchase because I was so pleased with the service of Tony Martinez. In May, he helped me select a mattress that I needed to replace after my cousin passed away. He was kind, no pressure and helped me select a perfect, affordable mattress for the guest bedroom. This time I needed a mattress for my master bedroom. Again, he was very helpful and did not try to pressure me. We bought a new mattress from Sleep Experts a few days ago. We are so glad we stopped into the store in Arlington. The service Jonathan and Tony Martinez provided was second to none.Prior to purchasing our Beautyrest Mattress from Sleep Experts we attempted to buy one from Macy’s, Rooms to Go and Mattress Firm. They didn’t come close to the level of service we received at Sleep Experts in Arlington.We spoke with Jonathan over the phone, he invited us to come to the store and Tony helped us when we arrived. The store was very clean. Tony was very helpful. He made us feel very comfortable and he also explained every detail about the mattress and how it compared to others. He also offered us a bottled water, which was nice on a hot day. He also gave us a better price than Mattress form down the road and they had it delivered to our home in 2 days. (Macy’s was gonna have us wait 10 weeks!)They delivered it on time and the delivery guys were great too.We will buy from this store again and we will also recommend Tony and Jonathan to our friends and family.

I’m leaving five stars! I’ve been looking for a nice twin mattress for my kiddo and went to a mom and pop shop where my son and I were treated badly. I decided they definitely weren’t getting my money.I came to sleep experts and my son and I were both greeted with a nice warm welcome. Tony gave us lots of options for a twin mattress and we decided to go with the “Snug” memory foam for my son. He gave us a Mattress test where the machine checks your pressure points and gives you listing of recommendations of mattresses. We tested them all and chose the one we liked. Sleep Experts was 1st on my list of mattress stores to visit in my area. After working and talking to the GM Christina she gave us great convenient options as far as the delivery date for the mattress and what we didnt know at the time a great deal! I left this store and went to others in the area. The lack of customer service and willingness to make a fair deal brought me back into Sleep Experts. Arriving back into Sleep Experts Christina had unfortunately left for the day. It didnt matter though the other sales associates remembered us, and also remembered what mattress we had looked at. The staff at Sleep Experts close attention to details, friendliness, and great customer service made both of my visits better than any other place I had been by far. Id argue that this is the best store and sales team in the Arlington area!!!

My fiancée and I came into the store, and the first thing i noticed was the clean and fresh smell in the building. Everything was organized and well laid out. We were promptly greeted by Johnathon and from that point on, our experience at this particular Sleep Experts location went from routine to exceptionally remarkable. Johnathan guided us every step of the way, starting with the evaluation of both mine and hers body support needs. Once the computer finished it then recommends a handful of mattresses based on all the data taken from us.We looked at 5 beds, 3 adjustable frames and not one time was Johnathan unable to answer our questions, he was straightforward and professional, but also very friendly and down to earth. We made our purchase and left and it was probably one the best customer service experiences Ive ever had.6 out of 5 stars in my humble opinion.

Tony from Sleep Experts was great. There was a misprint in the flyer which had a king mattress marked at the queen price. Tony honored the lowest price from the ad and also included the free adjustable base. Originally I opted to pick up the mattress myself on Sunday and was told the warehouse would be open. Tony called me personally to tell me the warehouse would not actually be open. When I chose to switch to delivery, he easily switched to delivery and didnt charge me the difference. Great experience. Love the mattress so far.

They went above and behind to meet our budget and delivery timeline needs. The store is in Arlington and we were able to get our mattresses delivered to our home in Houston. The store management has a lot of flexibility. I highly recommend this store and their team.Lastly, the store is very sanitary and clean, they provided us our own disposable pillow coverings when we tried out each bed. Mattress firm did not do this. I also love that they recycle your old beds and deliver to someone else that can use it instead of sending the beds out to a landfill!
