This location is NOT as large as the Dallas location located off Cockrell Hill and Gannon Ln so do NOT assume this because you will be disappointed. Keep in mind the location in Dallas used to be a Target which gives them larger space than Arlington location which is in a smaller shopping center. I have bought a human hair wig before and it was 100% spent under $300 and it was 28 inches in length. The human hair wig selection is small about 15-20 wig styles and brands. The selection of synthetic wigs is bigger in volume but they are a bit over priced at $40 plus. The wig displays are not appealing at all it looks like they let people try them on and put the hair back on display themselves instead of going behind the customer and re-brushing back into attractive position. I have visited this location about 5 times within a 1 year period to test them out. I have NEVER seen their human hair bundles or tracks…hidden off or do not have selection which is unheard of for a beauty supply.There were 4 employees behind the register but they were not working just talking (personal conversation) The ladies in the back with the wigs were unhelpful and lazy literally just sitting around and two standing behind the employee door at the back talking. I spent a great amount of time looking for things myself. The customer service is bad. I would not go to this store so either buy online or go to a different beauty supply chain.

I love this store, but the cashiers that work there are rude with attitude. Every time I go here, it never fails. They need to get rid of them and replace them with people who talk to you and not just stare you down like theres a problem. They also mistreat your wig if its not a sealed wig. They flap it all over the place, careless to think that they are just tangling the wigs to look for a price tag thats just right there. No need to be extra. I havent gone off because I love this store its my favorite wig spot and I dont want to get banned. But, other than that issue, its an awesome store !

The two employees working the registers with green hair are very rude to customers. In the 5 minutes I was in line they had 2 different interactions with customers that I would classify as rude. Thankfully a nice man rang me up.

I am a regular customer of this store. Today I stopped by to get African black soap. Took two bars of soap and a brush to the front register. The kind lady with green bob cut rung me up and my bill came up to $39. I was confused since my soap said it was $4.99 and my brush was $1.99. I looked at the break down and to my surprise the soap was $7.99. I explained to the lady and said they are about 20 soaps all at the same prize and the big one is at $7.99. I can walk with you to show you. She called a chunky lady named Sharon who wore a red apron. The lady came and the green haired cashier told her to verify the price I showed her. I followed this heifer behind. Tell me why she didnt go verify the information she was given instead she went to price check it on the machine by the pole. I told her thats not what she was told. Told her to walk with me to the isle which she seemed annoyed by. I showed this heifer the soaps and the lazy heifer said, well they are placed under that prize because there is no space. I said, No, truth is someone isnt doing their job busy texting and not changing tags. She wanted to change the prize right infront of me. We walked back to the register, and she told the cashier that was the right price. After being taken for a fool I decided to go to Uptown or American beauty were they have the right prices on display and are not fat liars. My request is yall make sure pig nosed Sharon with ugly highlights in her hair does her job. She is too busy texting and not stocking nor putting the right prices on the merchandise. Its stuff like this why black women are creating their own beauty supplies being taken for fools or thieves.

They lack organization within management. Unknowledgeable about location and products. The management is unprofessional, disrespectful, and the HR person was presented in clothes that are inappropriate to the work-field. She was unprepared for the interview and was judge-mental but also lacked communication and compassion. She never introduced herself or discussed the job but only how she was unable to work with someone.

Great location and selection! found this store after visiting the Irving location. been coming to this location since, as they have a bigger selection on braiding hair and wigs. only issue, they dont have business cards. :(

If I could give no stars I would. The cashiers at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional. The quality of their products are sub par at best. I was given a new wig and the package was damaged and ripped. Their return policy is a joke, 7 days and it’s up to their discretion. I tried returning an item the next day and they said due to COVID they were unable to issue a return or exchange. I literally just needed a different item and accidentally purchased the wrong one. I let them know I was going to be unable to use the item I purchased and they said there was nothing I could do, but if I planned on throwing it away they would take it back. What you want me to give you the merchandise back and receive nothing in return so you can resale so much for COVID protocol. Terrible experience! There are way too many other beauty supplies to shop at I will never shop here again!

No stars should be an option. My mom, cousin, and I visited this location for the first and last time. The cashiers at this location are extremely rude and unprofessional and management is no better. The black chick who claims to be a manager, Melissa or Alyze, or something, is quite mouthy. Had the nerve to be extremely disrespectful to my mom claiming that she snatched a receipt from her and refused to give my mom her bag with items she’d purchased. Needless to say, I left my items behind, mom got a refund, and my cousin left hers too. We won’t be back because it’s obvious that our business isn’t appreciated.

I called today at12:48 to ask if they had a certain product, and the black girl that answered the phone made it clear she was there alone and busy, so she placed me on hold. I held on for a couple of minutes and hung up because I knew she was busy. I called back at 1:35, 2:15, and 3:30,and I was sent to voicemail all three times. I called my regular beauty supply store Uptown Beauty Supply on Green Oaks and not only did they answer, they had my product waiting for me when I arrived. Now that’s customer service! I refuse to spend my money where they don’t give the curtesy of answering your call.

THE GOOD- I love the variety of beauty products they offer. THE BAD- Theyve not bagged a paid item of mine and ive caught them double scanning my items. Most likely accidental but pay attention as they are ringing up your items and bagging them. Register may be SENSITIVE. THE UGLY- Have a feeling it would be hard to contest your grievances once youve left the store.

I Was Ok With Jenny’s until yesterday! The guy with the glasses is rude and it’s ridiculous! I purchased some expressions braid hair and it had a horrible smell and was also bleeding dye onto my clothes and pillow cases! I spoke to the lady yesterday and clearly stated I didn’t care about money back or exchange I just wanted them to see what they sold me before somebody else comes in and have a worse attitude than me!! She told me to speak with him and he wouldn’t even listen he instantly starts circle the date on my receipt and speaking of that when I told him and her if I couldn’t get my money back I didn’t care!! The lady I spoke with was understanding and tried to explain to him and he wouldn’t listen to her either. I was really just speaking “business owner to business owner” others have also stated how rude he is to black ppl and that’s sad because we keep them in business. DO BETTER! I won’t be taking my hard earned money there anymore and I hope others see how rude and nasty his attitude is and do the same!Btw it was the Expression 58’ 1b/30 braid hair!! Love this store! Its smaller than the one in Duncanville but lots of products to choose from. The staff is always helpful and friendly especially the Asian lady, forgive me I dont know her name, in the wig dept.

The ladies who worked in the wig department on 12/11/20 (Friday) around 3 pm, have wonderful customer service skills. They were greeting all the customers and asking customers if they have any questions or need any help. I like stuff like that, keep it up. You barely see stuff like that nowadays. I like this beauty supply better than the one in the Cliff, it seems like they always have wigs you like in stock.

I just went to the store today January 13th 2020 and experienced the same greate service from the lady in the wigs department. I finally learned her name Rosaria. she is the manager over it. Shes so warm and inviting. Im glad that has not changed. I really appreciate that especially after past bad experiences with other women in the wig section ...not at this particular location though just to clarify. Anyway i bought three wigs and furry slides. I was online shopping earlier for the slides and thought I know jenny has GOT to have these ...so sure enough they had them for 14.99 instead of $30-$50 and upwards online. I got 1 of the last few pairs thankfully so Im very pleased with my visit today. -----> previous review from last year 2019. Recently opened location. I wish i knew the ladys name but she was an older Asian lady in the back helping with wigs. She was so warm and inviting and friendly. I really felt important. Like my business really mattered. I live much closer to another jenny location but its nice to have this one to visit as well. I like it better because its larger.

I visited this store 12/21 and I was assisted by TJ in the wig department. This employee has great customer service skills and she was extremely patient with me. She gave suggestions and she offered advice from her own experiences. She was very honest about everything and I would definitely suggest her when needing help in this department.

I love going to Jennys have been going for years and thankful they have a location closer to my house than driving to Dallas. But I will say the girls that work in the wig department are the absolute laziest workers i have ever seen. The Asian lady with the glasses and bob hair cut is the only worker back there that actually goes around and ask if you need help or help you in general. The other workers just sit on the counters talking to one another not even acknowledging the customers walking around in the department. The big light skinned girl with the tattoos she just their collecting a check she never gets up to help all she do is sit and talk.

This is the BEST beauty supply store hands down. I live in Irving so driving to this location takes me almost 30 mins one way but its worth the trip. They have THE BEST prices of any beauty supply store hands down. They have a huge selection of hair, wigs, hair products, etc and also carry ethnic themed jewelry, clothes, and purses. The owners are very nice and everyone treats you with respect. I truly feel like a valued customer every time I visit. Theres always someone there to help you if you need assistance and they dont follow you around or watch you like some of the other beauty stores. What I love most about this location, aside from the owners being Christians, is that they truly show an interest in what their clientele likes and what their preferences are. You can hear them asking their black associates for insight and wanting to learn. THATs impressive!**Id also like to mention that THEY ARE allowing customers to try on wigs. The associates are very friendly and have great customer service. The managers do not possess great people skills. I love Jenny’s products but I’ll stick to going where I usually go. BO hair/beauty supply.

Huge selection, their prices are good compared to a local beauty supply store. They have great deals on hand knot laces and 360 laces.

There were three cashiers and no customers at the front. So I walked up and they were talking, no one acknowledged my presence for a few minutes. Finally one girl said that she can help me, with a tone that made me feel like I was an inconvenience. I walked up to the counter and she continued to have her conversation like I wasnt there. She put my receipt in the bag and push the bag toward me on the counter. This was my first time at this location because I normally go to the no in Fort Worth. Horrible customer service!

And claiming on your income tax?  thats double-dippingYour policy states that you wont take back personal items that includes ear piercings, body piercings, earrings, stuff like that...displayed on the board in front of your store but then you told me No refund.  I will not be shopping at that store

Lots of products. Lots of variety. This store can be overwhelming if you have never shopped here. Also, they put lots of tape on products to try to prevent stealing. Its hard to open your products because of all the tape.

I called to ask if they had a product and they kept me on hold for 16:32 minutes. How do I know? Because I had enough time to drive there while I was still on hold. I spoke with the manager about it. He apologized but didn’t seem to care about the horrible customer service experience so here I am taking time to write a bad review just like how they wasted my time placing me on hold.

This is the first beauty supply store for all my hair need in Tx.I had a wonderful experienceI found 2 wigs and Im going back for more.The store manager, Erica and Bictoria were very helpful. The only thing is I wish I could inspect the wigs out of the box before purchasing . The more expensive one had a part that wasnt processed correctly.
