My first time to visit this Armstrong store location. Same distance to other location but will return here because of service and information provided by Jennie. They had plenty of everything I needed and thats often not the case at other locations! This store will be my go to even though its not close to work! Same distance from home! Highly recommend!!

The people that work there are pretty awesome. What gets a 1 star (and only because it is the lowest possible score option) is the owner. Has zero people skills. Will reprimand you in front of staff and customers and talk at you as if the situation is your fault, when OBVIOUSLY it is not! I still go there only because of the staff. Otherwise, no way would I bother with this establishment@

Closed Early with no warning online or otherwise. It was 5 mins before close. If they close 5-10mins before 5:30 please let that be known 😊 other than that great!

Good prices, they have a lot to choose from. Neat, clean place. Personnel very nice and willing to help you.

If you are a license beautician this is definitely a place to come to. They have a great quality of. Color and and shampoos and conditioners.

Out of the two ladies the blonde is welcoming and knowledgeable the brunette was rude and kept harassing me while I was shopping. I was taking photos for future inspiration and she said I couldnt do that. OKAY? This is probably the worst Armstong Mccall ever that is rude

This was a great place.Unfortunately closed in Arlington Tx. You can still find it in Fort Worth Tx. Have great products there. You do need to be licensed to go.

Been going there for years. WILL NOT sell to anyone with out a license or expired one. Very thankful for that too. Lisa and the other girls are sweet too.

Hello, everyone! I have to give one star to Armstrong McCall so I can post it. Wish I do not have to. I had bad experiences about this businesss locations. Especially the managers. Horrible ladies! It looked like they had to pay money for their smiles, or liked we owed them somethings. Bad business ever!

I have to tell you that I am really pretty livid this morning and am getting really tired of this. First, lets start with Saturday. We know that Saturday is an early day for most stylists, meaning most of probably have our first appointments scheduled at 9 am or earlier. So it is beyond me why this Armstrong opens at 8:30 the rest of the week but not until 9 on Saturday. Second, I live in Burleson and love the Burleson location (which opens at 8:30 am on Saturday) but was forced to drive all the way here because after REPEATEDLY asking for MONTHS that they stock Matrix Bond Ultim8 (because this location is responsible for that locations supply) so that I dont have to drive to Arlington, they STILL do not stock the product there. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Youre honestly lucky I even gave 2 stars.

Helpful employees, when not having the product I was looking for, they told me where I could go to find it, after not finding it in the storage room.I was allowed to buy product for my mother who is a cosmetologist, but was too busy to go herself.
