Not as big as some other beauty supply stores, but you can still find what you need.

The employees were very helpful in helping my wife find what she needed.

Just left the store and it appears they have prices on the shelf but it rings up more than whats listed on the shelf. I brought this to his attention and he acted like he didnt understand me. I pointed to the price and he pointed to the register and said its whats in here. I suggested he remove the incorrect price and he said it will ring up here. Be aware of what you think you are paying. I left everything on the counter and went to Jennys.

Waited for the “one” lady that was there to help with the hair/braid section. She preferred to chat about Facebook with someone else for 10m, so I kindly walked out! I prefer to spend my money elsewhere 🙄

Prices tend to be a little higher than most, went in today and the wig section was closed off because the only people there was one lady and security guard, so wigs couldnt be sold. Does that make any kind of sense? These people so scared somebody will steal from them that they are willing to lose a sell because they dont have eyes everywhere! Pathetic, welp Ill definitely take my business to Jennys theyre better anyway!

I have been shopping here for many years and the owners are very nice. I always have a great experience here. Good customer service and the prices are great too. I buy all types of hair and wigs and can always catch a clearance sale on the wigs o the table. A great variety of products. You cannot ask for more. I get compliments all the time on the wigs I wear. I always tell people to come here.

I love this place Ive been going here for at least 2 years and Ive always gotten friendly service from all the employees working there. I dont understand the other low ratings and comments; I wouldnt agree with them. Every time my family and I walk in we are warmly welcomed and our check out process is always great and fast. Would definitely recommend to come check this place out.

Sitting outside now on March 7 2021. They said they close at 8pm on Sundays. But theyre closed right now at 7:02pm. Waste of time and gas.

I come here all the time and never really need assistance but with everything going on i get not accepting returns BUT i explained that i bout the wrong color braiding hair literally the next day not even opened and they guy wouldn’t even let me exchange it ! No exceptions nothing . Definitely going back to Jenny’s in Arlington from now on.

Been going here for about a year, buying all kinds of products. Spent 45 mins in the store with the “extensions expert” trying to find the best product for me. Two weeks go by and my hair starts to tangle and look horrible. I return to the store To ask what to do, I’m told I need to purchase hair products to fix the problem. Another week goes by and still my hair is getting worse. So I go back to the store and now am told by someone else that I bought the wrong thing last time- and purchase even more products to help fix the expensive extensions. Now I’ve spent $45 trying to fix the hair. I go back in today asking for help, Spoke with yet another person in the store and she told me all of the products were the wrong thing and there is no way to fix this hair that she wishes she could have helped me the last two times I came in however she wasn’t at work so she shows me a hair that I Should have bought in the first place and tells me do not use any of those products on this hair throw those away. So I go to ask the managers for a discount on the new hair I’m having to purchase. After 48 minutes of discussing the problem and telling my story to three different people two of the people just leave the store. After they had asked me to go gather all the products that I had purchased so they can see what I put on my hair. When I finally got back up to the cash register they were gone! So I asked the two people left in the store what the names were of the people who were helping me… They didn’t know their names! Are you freaking kidding me?!? I will NEVER ever buy from this store again!!!! And I will tell all my friends about this experience so they don’t either!

Its ok if youre into wigs, weave & braids. I was there picking up items for someone else. My hair is natural.

I can never get enough time in here! The prices are much lower than Ulta, a drug store, or dept. Store. The selection is hood, especially if you like lipstick. They sell wigs, hair care, brushes, combs, hair pins, ribbons, bows, bobby pins, costume jewelry (much is about $1.00), a few trendy casual wear pieces (leggings, slip on shoes, scarves). There are usually no shopping carts. Might bring a shopping bag.

I DO NOT recommend anyone come to this store. I had an incident on Sept 12th, the store manager Grace was extremely rude. I was out the counter ready to check out and Grace was acting as if she was too busy to check me out. (All she was doing was stocking and training a new employee) I was the ONLY customer in the store... She thought it was acceptable to have me wait over 15 minutes while she goes behind the counter while Im right there and continue to stock and not even ask if I needed anything. I got so pissed I just ended up leaving the store, Grace needs to remember the customers are first and that she is not too good to help her customers.

Id shopped here for years however today is the last day Ill step in this business. The older lady assumed Id been walking around the store with merchandise Id requested to exchange. she told me You need to stop here first when you have an exchange and not go shopping first. Only problem is thats exactly what Id done I went directly to the line and had my daughter go get the items needed. First of all she should have greeted me first (they never do) 2nd she should not have assumed & she should have apologized. Instead she told me sine I had my daughter go get the items it was okay. I advised her this would be my last transaction so shed never have that concern about me. I just hate Id never read comments before tonight. I dont know about anyone else but I dont tolerate supporting businesses that are disrespectful to their customers. They thrive because of our dollar. Wake up people! No dollars = no business

I always shopped here for my hair products until a recent incident. I was looking for a particular type of hair they usually carry. I walked to the front cashier, showing the male (I dont know his name) a picture of the hair and asking if they have it. He would never look at the picture. He looked directly at me and shook his head indicating, no. Seeing that he wasnt looking at the picture from my phone, I politely asked him again. He kept shaking his head, still not looking at the picture and said, No, we dont have it. His nonchalant attitude made me furious. I walked off telling him hes rude and loudly stating, I see why you guys are getting so many negative reviews! Once I said that, he came to me trying to assist. Well, never mind the assistance at this point! Good customer service goes a long way. No one owes you anything. I just found out about a hair store located on Cooper called Bpolished; they will now get my business.

I was there yesterday, and not only did the older Asian gentleman behind the counter was extremely rude, but he raised his voice at me to ask me if I understood! I looked at him and I said are you having a bad day? I am customer here spending good money and he was treating me that way. I tried to put his attitude aside and I purchased a product, and the product is garbage! Do not waste your time shopping at the establishment, not only are they rude but their products is garbage.

The absolute worst customer service. I will never spend another dime in any of their stores. The Asian workers seem like your bothersome when you have any questions about the products. The black girls try to be helpful but you have to wait a while before theyre available. I will gladly spend my money elsewhere

I returned some hair to this beauty supply store.The lady that completed the transaction was obviously bothered because I was returning an item. She kept asking me questions that she could have easily found on the receipt. After she gave me my money back and kept my receipt saying That is all without even looking at me. I asked her for my reciept back and she said You were only returning the one item. You already used the rest. I still wanted my receipt. But I did not want to argue. You are still supposed to give the customer a copy of their receipt for their records. Will be taking my business elsewhere.There are too many beauty supply stores to put up with that kind of disrespect from one.

I used to go here ever since they opened many years ago... however, within the past 4-5 years their staff has changed and management has become extremely rude. I’ve gone back a few times as an attempt to say maybe they were just having some bad days but nope, this is who they are now. Everytime I tried to go back, I ended up leaving to go to a totally different supply store. They will never have my business again. It’s crazy how these people treat their customers who are feeding them and their families. There are so many supply stores, businesses need to learn that customer service is important. Consumers needs to stop settling and accepting less than. Go where you are respected and your business is appreciated.

Be careful here because they will ring things up at a higher price than is posted. My Wifeup a bought some lip gloss and when she arrived home she discovered it was dried up. When she went to exchange it she found out they had overcharged her and the other lip glosses they were dried up also. She has been shopping here since they opened but after today she wont spend another dime in this store. Just beware of their thieving practices.

I love this place. Everything I want or need to glam up or maintain is here for the right price. EVERYTHING...today I went for Eco Styling gel - black castor oil and flaxseed. The jumbo tub with the flip top was $3.99. I always get nail polish, $1.99 and I got hair razors for my tapered fro (in a set) and a comb. Total $10.39. Yes! I actually needed to walk today and their location was the distance I wanted to add to my log. Win win win all the way around. In the past Ive bought wigs, pedicure products, of course, hair products (for the product junky in me), lipstick....and Ill be back.

The Male owner is confrontational and argumentative which made for a most unpleasant experience I will not be shopping at this store again it doesnt make sense to argue with someone on any level to have to purchase their products no I will be taking my money elsewhere two people that are respectful and appreciative this guy is neither

Terrible! I bought a package of hair that says 100% human hair. Installed the hair and followed heating instructions to only find out hair is completely synthetic. They refused to refund me with money or merchandise.

Ive read the reviews and Im not the only person who is experienced very rude customer service. Lets just make a long story short,I went into the store at first looking for a particular type of African Shea butter soap, they didnt have it but I wasnt stressed I decided to look around they may have something I like right, well they did, I bought some eyelashes and right before I was going to leave a customer had came in after me and wanted to exchange some eyelashes she bought I didnt know that was their policy because most places dont let you exchange them once theyve been opened. I tried them on and there were three lashes that I wanted to exchange out I bought 7 and total. I go to the eyelashes start picking out 3 that I would like and the manager of the store snatches the bag out of my hand and tells me Im stealing and I need to leave.we start arguing because Im offended that she would think I would steal even after I had already bought the productanother store associate comes up and the security guard comes up and they demand to see my receipt even though I had just bought from them not even 10 minutes ago.I show them my receipt and they say if I want to continue to shop I need to keep my bag at the register cuz theyre not sure if Im going to steal or not.and if I dont leave my bag at the register theyre going to call the cops and kick me out the store. Embarrassed and belittled by these rude and prejudiced workers I tell them Im not leaving the store until I get to exchange my eyelashes.after about 20 minutes of us arguing back and forth and them telling me constantly that I cannot exchange the eyelashes even though I have my receipt and I just saw a customer before me exchange them they finally let me exchange the eyelashes and tell me to never come back to the store again. I WONT but its NOT because they told me but because I was disrespected and targeted. They will never get my business again. NOT ALL BLACK PEOPLE STEAL!!!!

Called to ask how much something was so I would bring enough cash with me and was told they cant give the out over the phone. Makes me wonder are they going to change the price when I get there.

They had the price marked on a contour palette and instead of giving it to me for the price they had all of them marked, they refused. They should have given it to me, because they messed up. Poor customer service!

This place is terrible. I live in louisiana and was down visiting family.....i went in to get braid hair and they had a box full of Marley hair in a box labeled 3.99. I get to the register and they charge me 5.99. Once i point out the price difference to the worker and walk her to the back where she clearly sees that the box has the hair i was purchasing in it. Her response was im sorry someone moved it. I then told her she can see the box still has more packs of the hair in it and they need to fix it. She apologized didnt fix the problem and proceeded to the front to charge me the 5.99 a pack. Terrible customer service.
