Im content with my purchase and the seller.However, pretty much everytime I had my routine maintenance package check in there was a new scuff inside the car in the floor board (one time it was dislodged) and oil on my door handle and steering wheel buttons. They definitely tried to be polite and professional, but this happpened at least 3 times.I even had the stains and scuffs blamed on me after confronting them about it. Glad not to be stuck in that maintenance package anymore. Pretty inconsiderate customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of taking my 2020 Camry to get the first 10k mile service and Ivan was my advisor. He was extremely professional and helped me out. While I was there he also helped me with a headlight moisture problem in my front headlight and get it changed out. I definitely recomend Family Toyota over the other dealerships in the DFW!
