Steven was SO HELPFUL and knowledgeable. I tried to go online to order a windshield wiper blade and it was the wrong one, he came out to my car to see which one was needed and made it right. My partner was stranded outside of the part store because of a dead battery, and went in to ask for some help. There were two people working, and one said the other would be out in about 10 minutes to help. After 30, my partner goes in to ask what the issue is - no one is at the counter and no one responded when he asked for help (politely, not as a Karen). As Im typing this, its been almost an hour. Hes sitting not even 100 feet from the store and they are not even remotely busy. We had to call roadside assistance to come help him because an auto parts store not even 100 feet away couldnt spare five minutes out of a monday morning to jump a car.Dont give them your business. Go literally anywhere else.

This is where I go if I can do it myself. However, when the mechanic is in, hes very helpful if you need something done or tips on how to get something done.

First sales agent not helpful with battery selection, second agent very helpful with selection, purchase and install.

Elsa (the store manager) and her team are awesome! I went in this morning to get a battery test and to get my battery replaced. They were honest and ethical with their testing (unlike some other unscrupulous auto shops I had gone to before them) and gave me great advice on what to do. Theyre very knowledgeable and were able to get me the right type of battery and replace it for me in an efficient manner. Great attitude and great customer service. Would highly recommend!

I have to wait at least 10 minutes for them to finish up with some jagoff on the phone before they ring me up. Im all about that. 5 star

I came in right when they open to replace a car battery in hopes I could still make it to work on time. They quickly got the right replacement, and when the manager noticed I had gotten there in a LYFT she offered to have someone drop me off at home (only a mile or so, but too far to lug a car battery). So grateful they were so considerate, and that I was able to get the battery swapped out and to work.

Went there the other night to pick up an online order. The order was ready even though I had placed the order 15 minutes before. Once there I discovered I needed another tool and the employee on duty help me find it quickly and I was on my way. A great experience. The store is in the back of the strip of shops - depending on the direction you are coming it might not be visible from the street.

In this place the battery of a Toyota car costs way more than in the Toyota dealership . Moreover, their tools are very expensive. Finally, I waited about 15 mins for the employee to find the right car battery for my Toyota Camry. Last, the employee tried to sell me a full set of 37$ while I needed just one part because he was out of that part, and he said “you are paying 170$ fir the battery anyways”. That is their level of kindness and understanding. I would not recommend it. The tools are way cheaper if bought online, and the battery way cheaper in the dealership.

Smaller location but always had the part I needed in stock. Retail selection of fluids, filters, cleaners is limited but not all of that is on the floor. They have more common items in the back, you just have to ask. Good place and excellent price/quality.

Great prices on a good selection of auto parts and supplies. The people who work here seem to know their stuff and will go out of their way to help customers. Last time I visited I observed an employee to outside with a customer to show where and how to replace a part in his car. At night. With a flashlight. Thats excellent service.

Their systems crashed while I was in the store. I had placed an online order that they were supposed to check through the system, but they quickly just let me take the item and leave. I was very appreciative that I didnt have to wait for their system to reboot! There is free parking too!

I came in with a few questions and requested that they help me put in my air filter that I bought from them. I knew that wasnt a service that they offered, but i figured it was pretty simple and i wanted to make sure it went in the right way so I wouldnt have to worry about it. Rod was happy to help even though it was the hottest day of the year and screwing the filter cover on took us several tries until he finally got it done. Great customer service and the price of the filter was about the same as anywhere else.

Like others, I also had a wonderful experience with the store manager. She was informative, extremely quick, sharp, and personable. Makes jokes, chats, and is very efficient at her job. Explained everything very well too! Helped me find the battery I needed and the tool to remove the battery clamp.Thank you!

So these guys are great. Ive enjoyed going to this store since I moved to the area a year ago. But the other day I parked my car in the Westmont Shopping Center parking lot and walked across the street to get a quick bite to eat before picking up some brake fluid and other things. In the 10 minutes I was across the road, the towing company the Center uses towed my car. They were waiting in the parking lot to prey on anyone who crossed the street. $135. My only recourse is to refuse to visit the shopping center again. Im sorry Carquest, its nothing personal at all. Thank you again for being so helpful.

They were able to order a cabin filter for me which was not orderable online. Because of this good service, I went back to them to get a battery for my Audi A4, but they claimed there was too much labor involved and refused to install it. I had to take the battery home to install, and then bring the core back for a core refund.

Ill be honest as I can: poor customer service, unfortunately for them, sure Im not coming back here.

I have seen a worst manager today. i did not ask the name of the manager like a Spanish lady. she was crazy and i never seen that kind of service before. i bought a headlight 4 days ago but no longer needed and tried return. she communicated me in a very bad mood and did not returned the item.

I have been going to the store for almost 20 year. The store is very small and chances are high that you wont find what youre looking for. HOWEVER, the people are so helpful and knowledgeable you will always come outta there with unexpected solution for your car problem. Forget the size of the store, just walk in there!

Five stars for the commitment and engagement of the staff. But these helpful guys managed to turn a simple muffler replacement into a nightmare 2 week ordeal -- 4 trips to the store, 1 to Autozone, and 1 to Home Depot to track down a TAILPIPE, MUFFLER, CONNECTOR PIPE, and 3 CLAMPS!Each of the four times I went to the store, they told me I had ordered the wrong parts, BUT THEY ORDERED THEM STRAIGHT OFF THE DATA SHEET! After finally getting all the parts and spending 4 hours under my truck, to my horror, fresh out of the box 2 OF THE 3 CLAMP ASSEMBLIES HAD BOLTS MISSING! Thank God I had another car with a functioning exhaust system available to drive to Home Depot to complete the sets. Absolutely unacceptable.I owe my gratitude to Elsa, the associate store manager (and sole woman associate I spoke with), who sorted out the whole insane mess in about 10 minutes of critical thought. The only reason these guys get 2 stars is because they were incredibly friendly... of course, they had no idea what they were doing but they were friendly.

Had a problem with my car early in the morning, did my research and found the part I needed, called them not even 5 minutes after opening and got a quick, friendly, and prompt reply from the lady working the desk this morning. In and out in less than a minute. Couldnt be happier with the service I got.
