Miss their austin warehouse, but get a decent deal each time!

I ordered tire machines, balances and didn’t get all the pieces or arms to either machine.I can’t get an email back, a phone call or any type of response.... don’t get ripped off.... go somewhere else to get your equipment!!!!

I was having problems with my older 2 post lift. Art and Travis went out of their way to get me the parts I needed to get my lift working again. Between Art determining what I needed, and giving me a really excellent price, and Travis processing the order and setting up very fast shipping, they turned my bad situation into a pleasant one. Many thanks to them and the entire team.

Terrible customer service. do not give these crooks your money. if something is wrong with your lift they will lead you through a weeks long waste of your time taking & sending them pictures of their junk lift & still not fix their junk product. base was welded on one of the posts so crooked it was needing over 1/2 of shims. (not safe) After taking multiple pictures of a framing square on it showing how bad it was off they still tried to blame it on my concrete. the junk quality lift was still on a crate so how could it be the concrete? CROOKS. Avoid these cons. Youve been warned!
