I booked Hairs 2 the Bride to do the hair styling for my 7 bridesmaids and I and we had such a wonderful experience!!! All of the girls loved their hair styles and our stylists Crystal and Bazi were so much fun! They arrived to my hotel early to start setting up and were also extremely efficient with every unique style! I would definitely recommend them for any bride!!

Amazing! Loved working with them. I got makeup and hair for me and my bridesmaid. They are able to work with all skintones, skin types and hair! My make and hair lasted all day through hot humid weather. I didn’t have to do touch ups. Some of my bridesmaid did touch up their make up but very minimal. They use quality product and I had no reactions. They stick to the schedule and I had no problem with them being late or not being done on time! They were all able to recreate the pictures I had of what I wanted for me and the girls.

Hairs 2 the Bride was an amazing company to work with. They made the whole process with scheduling appointments super easy! It was definitely very low stress working with all the members of this team. I worked with Eva for makeup and she did an AMAZING job! I felt like I was still able to feel like myself since I usually dont wear a lot of makeup. The makeup stayed on all night even through the hot day (it was close to 90 on my wedding day!) Eva was quick and efficient the day off. My whole bridal party felt comfortable and satisfied with their services! The company helped out a lot with creating the makeup scheduling for me so the day of I didnt need to do anything but relax. Eva also gives the best facials for any bride wanting to pamper themselves before their day:) Would 10/10 recommend!

Kris and Bazi did such an incredible job! They started at 8:40 AM and were able to complete 14 hair/make-up items while staying on schedule and fulfillling all requests from my family and bridal party. I thought everyones hair and make-up was beautiful, but as the bride, I was especially thrilled with mine. Kris spent extra time perfecting my make-up so that it would last all day - even being out in the sun all day, it stayed on so well! I also loved the hair style - I made a last minute call to put it up, and I couldnt have imagined a more beautiful up-do. My only complaint is that there was a scheduling miscommunication with my trial (they missed it in the calendar), but everything went smoothly and beautifully otherwise. I would highly recommend!

My family and I had our hair and makeup done and the whole experience was awesome!! The make up artist and the owner who was our hair stylist came to our hotel and they did a wonderful job!!! They were super nice and professional to us and my niece and Daughter as well...we had so much fun with them!!! The 5 star reviews on here are totally FAKE! Did a bridal hair and makeup trial -JUST THE TRIAL. Was charged $240 for hair and makeup. Honestly, it is not about the price because Im that bride that will pay whatever you want me to pay as long as service provided was as promised and exceptional. Make-up was not of high quality came off 2 hours post application and all I did was have dinner at a restaurant with my girlfriends in an air conditioning building. Eyelash fell off my eyes 1 hour post application during dinner-HOW EMBARRASSING! Imagine if that happened during my wedding- absolutely unacceptable!Also was charge extra $80 for going over the 1 hour time limit per hair and makeup trial. First off- who puts a time limit on hair and makeup trials!? Brides want to look absolutely their best on their wedding day and to place a time pressure on service made me feel rush. It was not my fault the “time limit” was over-as their artist got side track with chatting too much. All I did was sit there and showed a photo of what I wanted my hair/makeup to look like. It’s not my fault your artist took longer than normal and it wasn’t from my being demanding. Customers should not be made to feel rush in something so important as bridal makeup and hair. Most other places offer a flat rate. Brides beware! You’ve been warned!

This company is the ABSOLUTE BEST. They will do whatever it takes to make sure you LOVE your look on your special day. The night before my wedding, I realized at 11:00 pm that I had made a critical scheduling error in our start time. I called Michelle at that late hour and she and her team had everything fixed for me within minutes. Our makeup team showed up about 2 hours earlier than previously planned with barely any notice. And thats only the beginning of the several extra miles Hairs 2 the Bride went to make sure my day was perfect. I so enjoyed working with the stylists and the owners and would 110% recommend them to anyone in the Chicagoland area. They are absolutely wonderful!

Hairs 2 the Bride was fabulous to work with! They were a recommendation from someone my sister knew who had them for their wedding, and I am very glad we knew about them! I had an initial consultation over facetime with Michelle and felt very comfortable moving forward with them as she was responsive, knowledgable, fairly priced, and had (and her team) great expertise in the business. I did with my trial with Lisa at Michelles salon a few months before my wedding and loved my hair and makeup. I showed Lisa a few ideas of what I wanted, and she styled my hair perfectly! I also chose to buy extensions to make my hair fuller/hold all day, and they colored them perfectly before the wedding. Michelle also called me the week of to do a quick timeline review of the morning (in total my bridal party and I were getting about 9 hair styles done and 9 makeup styles!).The day of the wedding, Lisa and her 2 counterparts (I will get their names shortly, they did great!) were promptly on time to set up and ready to go at 645 am. All 3 ladies were also so nice and personable during our time together. Everyone loved their hair and makeup! I especially loved mine. :) My hair looked exactly as Lisa did it at the trial, and my makeup was done perfectly (especially since I was more tan in the summer for my wedding). I wanted to look like a more elevated version of myself from my wedding and not too different than my normal self, and Lisa did an INCREDIBLE job of doing just that! I was so in love with my makeup and hair all day and received so many compliments. Everyone else loved their services as well and our hair and makeup lasted all night and into the next morning, haha! After talking with multiple on-site hair and makeup teams - I knew Hairs 2 the Bride was the best choice . They worked with my schedule when I was traveling into town to book my trial (even before I booked) so I didnt have to worry. Michelle was wonderful to work with. All the prices were given to me up front, so it was very transparent the entire time. I very rarely wear makeup, so I told Michelle I just wanted to look natural, and I wanted a simple yet elegant hairstyle. Everything was perfect. My bridesmaids and I all looked great! Mike and Michelle were a pleasure to work with throughout the process of preparing for our wedding. After conducting the trial, my wife decided to have Michelle dye her hair. Our wedding was on April 27, 2019 and I really wanted a service that would do on-site. I am beyond happy that I found Hairs 2 The Bride, I needed hair and makeup done for myself and 3 of my ladies and loved that we could all be at my venue having our hair and makeup done without the stress of time and travel. Kris was our makeup artist and she was the sweetest and did beautiful work. After my trial I knew I wanted a few things to be different with my makeup and the day-of, I let Kris know and she listened and executed my makeup beautifully. Lena was our hair girl and she was honest and a perfectionist which I loved. She took the look I was going for above and beyond and I trusted her opinion 110%. Lena even stayed until after I put my wedding gown on not only because she cared about seeing me as a bride but in case any hair had fallen out of place. Given our April snow storm, both ladies arrived to our venue earlier to set up and did not make us feel rushed in any way. I feel so lucky that I had these two talented and fun ladies to share my morning with. Michelle was awesome. At our initial consult she was very informative regarding makeup coverage, I had some acne scarring. We met a year from the date. I was notified a few weeks before the date of coverage, I was asked to confirm the number of bridal guests needing coverage and was confirmed a total payment for everything minus gratuity. Michelle was honest and friendly throughout.On the wedding day, she showed up early to our wedding suit, prepared and ready to start. As she did all of our makeup, me the bride, she asked what we liked and did as requested and or provided ideas and gave her suggestions. She even gave me advice (I hired another hair person prior to booking her, not knowing her full services). She was professional and quite humorous. She was even accommodating when we added 2 additional ladies.I, as the bride, will definitely hire her again for another event!!!!She even does basic makeup for special events, if shes available.

I can not say enough good things about Hairs to the Bride, they were simply wonderful! Lisa, Gia, and Nichole were impeccable! The day of my wedding they came to my hotel and setup in the bridesmaids rooms. In total 13 people had their hair and makeup done and everyone looked stunning! Hair and makeup trial with Lisa! She is like a fairy godmother! I am the mother of the bride and I cant stress how valuable this hair and make up trial was for me. I am always super happy and in love with everything she does ranging from drastic color to shaving the side of my head. My husband also loves going to her and we are regulars. Hairs to the Bride came to the Renaissance OHare Hotel last Saturday, 7/21/18, for my daughters wedding day hair and make up. Let me tell you there were nine bridesmaids, the mother in law, mother of the bride, me, and the bride herself to take care. The three young ladies that helped us get beautiful that day were the best. Their names were Lisa, Lena and Daisy. I can not say enough about the three of them. Each one of them were professional, friendly and did an awesome job of hair and make-up on all of us. They arrived on time and ready to go with everything they needed to beautify us. They made the morning of the wedding fun for all of us and I can not say enough about each one of them. Daisy did the make up and listened to the requests each one of us asked for in a look. she did full make up for some of us and just lashes for others. Awesome job, Daisy. Lena did hair on several of us and again, blew us away. No pun intended on the blow outs!! Most of us did half up and half down either curls or straight and one of the girls did a side up do. Lena you did beautiful creations on us all. Lisa also did hair on several of the girls and again, I cant say enough about how beautiful the hair looked. I actually found H2TB through the knot and just by reading the reviews and seeing all the awards the company has won throughout the year, it was a no-brainer that I would be trusting them to do hair and makeup for me and my girls on one of the most important days of my life!Michelle, owner of H2TB, is such an amazing hair stylist and makeup artist to work with. Michelle and I did a couple trials for hair and makeup, and from the first to the last trial, she made me feel so comfortable and at home, while making sure I was liking what she was doing every step of the way.Michelle and her team came to my parents house the morning of my wedding with positivity and energy, ready to make us all look beautiful! Everyones hair turned out beautiful, makeup was gorgeous and flawless, and the vision everyone had for their hairstyle was successfully accomplished by each team member. Because I love to dance so much, one of my biggest concerns was my hair not falling out throughout the night; sure enough, Michelle made sure my up-do wasnt going anywhere and it didnt! Where do i even begin? They were amazing! I dont generally wear a lot of foundation or make up so I wanted a natural look for my wedding that would still photograph well. Michelle and Lisa achieved that goal for me! They were fun, professional and very good at their jobs. They were fast to responding to my email and all of my questions! They made my entire bridal party look incredible on my wedding day! My whole bridal party raved about her the rest of the night! I went to Hairs 2 The Bride for my Trail before my wedding so I had full faith in her and her ability that she would make us all look amazing on the wedding day! I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone! Lisa with Hairs 2 the Bride is great!! After doing the initial hair and makeup trial with her, I knew that I needed to book her. Lisa really listened to what I wanted and was able to make great recommendations. I tried out three different makeup artists before finding Hairs 2 the bride - none of them could pull off a neutral look, but Lisa rocked it. She made my entire bridal party look amazing and was fun to talk to.

Hairs 2 the Bride was great to work with! Michelle was super easy to communicate with and I truly felt that she wanted to make my ideal wedding look come to life. It was super convenient to have Michelle and her crew come to my moms house so that we could get ready in a familiar location. I needed hair and makeup done for my wedding in June and Michelle and Stephanie did an AMAZING job. Everyone looked beautiful and they even brought accessories in case any of the bridesmaids wanted clips in their hair!Stephanie was even able to get all of three of the flower girls (ages 2, 2.5, and 5) to sit still while she did their hair! It was miraculous. They were also flexible with the scheduling. At the last minute my future mother in law wasnt able to come until later in the day so they re-arranged all the time slots on site to fit everybody in. No big deal.I would recommend them to anyone looking for hair and makeup services. They came to our hotel room (for no extra charge!!) and everyone looked gorgeous!!

I had a wonderful experience with Hairs 2 the Bride! Mike and Michelle were easy to work with when we were setting up the appointments. I asked to change my start time and they were able to do it with no questions asked.I loved all they had to offer. I liked having my trial done in privacy, I was able to spend time with Michelle and play around with my head piece so that it looked just right. I was able to try on a few different colors of make up to make sure I had the right look. You cannot get this service in a salon.The day of my wedding, my 4 bridesmaids and I were greeted and warmly welcomed by Michelle and Natasha. They were there on time and quickly set up all they had. As we were getting our hair and make up done, we were able to talk, laugh, snack, and listen to music all in the comfort of a hotel suite-a definite plus! With all the stress on your wedding day, its nice to be with who you know in an quiet setting instead of a busy and loud salon.My girls and I all looked AMAZING and we got everything we asked for and more!I highly recommend Michelle and her crew for your next event. She was friendly, fun to work with, and you get a lot for what you pay for.Thank you again for making my wedding day a special day.

I used Hairs 2 the Bride for my hair and makeup for my wedding on 25 August 2018. My sister and mother also had their hair and makeup done. We were so impressed with the professionalism and talent of the artists. It was very easy to work with Hairs 2 the Bride and we had a great experience. Thank you for being part of our wedding!

I chose H2B because of the great reviews. However,I would not use this company again. I should have cancelled when my first trials didnt go well but Michelle worked with me and we did the trial again (hair was free but I paid for make-up again). Hair 2nd time around went real well, make up turned out better than the 1st time but I still felt my foundation did not match my face. Michelle once again worked with me and stated an artist with more make up options would do my foundation day of, I was fine with this because if I cancelled now, I would still have to pay for everything.Few days before the wedding, I was sent a schedule with name, time and stylist for the day of. Day of, 3 stylists show up as planned. H2B was well aware I had to be done by 2pm from initial email conversations. I was not done till about 2:20ish, I leave the rest of the wedding party at the hotel to head to the venue to change and meet the photographer. As I do the final look I realize they DID NOT even put mascara on me and the next day I realized I paid extra for the Bride Package and I NEVER received the glam bag and whatever else the package included.Being late and forgetting to put mascara on me irritated me. Being late delayed pictures, stressed me and the wedding party which just irritated me more. I paid for a certain caliber of service and I do not think it was upheld.

Absolutely love Hairs 2 theBride. Michelle and her team are the best. They are very compassionate, understanding, passionate and patience. They are great listeners and visionaries. They take your thoughts and ideas and bring them to life. Highly recommend.

Michelle and her team did an amazing job and I couldnt have asked for better. She called me within an hour of completing her online form and was very accommodating and had great suggestions. She offered a wide variety of services and helped me make great choices. At my trial, she did my makeup and hair like I wanted and when I changed my mind on the hair, she immediately scheduled a retrial. The day of, she was amazing. I had 4 people and myself getting hair and makeup done. Michelle kept everyone on schedule and the hair and makeup turned out better than I could have ever imagined. When I saw myself in the mirror, I was speechless and amazed at how wonderful it all turned out. My hair and makeup lasted the entire night and I never needed to touch up. I would highly recommend her and her team to anyone.

Working with Hairs 2 the Bride for me and my bridesmaids/mother of the bride/mother of the groom was so easy and fun. They had the perfect package that fit my needs and they even used my favorite brand of makeup! All of my girls loved their hair and makeup, and we all got compliments all throughout the evening. I had fun at the trial, and they even helped ease the jitters the day of. :) They provided professionalism throughout and even offered their expertise and advice throughout.

Hairs 2 the Bride was amazing on my wedding day! Lisa started hair and makeup at our house bright and early in the morning and continued until 1pm, completing a total of seven services. Everything was done on time, Lisa was super friendly and accommodating, and everyone loved the way their hair and makeup turned out. I would absolutely recommend this vendor!

This is the must have vendor for your wedding hair and makeup. They literally worked magic and gave me a sophisticated bridal look that lasted all day. Scheduling, contract, and pricing are all up front and hassle-free. Really I cant say enough good things about their work!

I was straggling to write this review and didnt want to do it at all but I probably need to add my comment and explain why it is not a well rated review. First of all, I got lucky to have my friend who was basically telling Liz (the woman who did my makeup and hair) how she needs to do it and what she needs to change/add, it was not very clean makeup at all. She was not very creative at all, one of my friend is Asian and she requires a different approach with her makeup, she didnt think about it at all and the color of lipstick she used for my bridesmaids....one of them went to the bathroom right away to take it off...too bright and crazy....my photographer was at this moment with us and even she told me that I need to correct my eyes because it looks uneven. The worse part of this service was the eye makeup that she did to my mom. I asked her to do a very light makeup, when I looked in 5 min at my mom, I didnt know what to say at all....it was ridiculous. I was not able to handle it and told her right away that she needs to redo it!!! I wish I have a picture of this disaster. Last part: my hair. I did a trial and it was good, on the day of the wedding she was not organize and in a hurry to finish with me so she didnt do a good job with making sure that it is fixed and would be able to stay as it is for the whole day. Unfortunately, I couldnt attached the picture where you can see that after 10-15 min of me walking out of the room it is not perfect and ruined. My friend who is getting married next year was planning to use them for her wedding told me next day that she changed her opinion and I am happy with this decision, dont want her to have the same experience.

Michelle is fantastic! I brought in one photo as inspiration, showed her a photo of my dress and mentioned that I planned to wear an orchid in my hair and she came up with a perfect hairstyle for my wedding. Since it was just me (no bridesmaids or anything) I went to her studio and everything worked out perfectly. I would hire Michelle again in a heartbeat!

I really cant say enough about Michelle and Jenny from hairz 2 the bride. They did an amazing job on my bridal hair and makeup, as well as the hair for my bridal party and my mother. We all looked and felt absolutely beautiful. They were also very professional and did a great job of sticking to our schedule so everyone got done on time and we never felt stressed/rushed . OMG where do I begin. I originally hired a different company to do my hair and makeup for me and 7 other adults. Just to have them back out on me just over a week from my wedding. I should have saw that coming when I found myself in someones kitchen doing my trial. A friend mentioned Hairs 2 the Bride. All I have to say is the Michelle and her team are a bunch of superheros. I told her my story and with out hesitation she made availability. She got me in for a trial within that time because she went over and beyond to schedule me outside her normal business hours do to being completely booked already. I really wish I would have found her and her team in the first place. It would have be nice not to go through all the stress the other company put me through. The Hairs 2 the Bride team did such a great job on all of us and made us look and feel beautiful. They are organized, skilled, and clearly talented. Thank you Hairs 2 the Bride!

Used them for my wedding on August 18th. The process of setting up the makeup and everything was awesome. Michelle was super accommodating. But they day of the wedding when we got our makeup done. Everyone disliked there makeup including me. It did not match my skin tone at all! Everyone who got there make up done ending up fixing there makeup.

Hairs 2 the Bride did an awesome job on me and my bridal party. They are so organized and it shows that they have been doing this for a long time. I would highly recommend them.

Michelle was amazing. On-time, professional and made all the changes I need for my wedding. Hair stayed from 11 am to 1 am and didnt hurt my head or anything. She did extensions and even colored them to my hair color. Thanks Michelle!

But she stands out because she is so CREATIVE with her hairstyles, so beautiful and a touch of uniqueness for each girl. Each style slightly similar, creating a unified look, but each girl had something her own that made her stand out. She knows what looks good with your hair type and face shape, a real artist! We added extra people at the very last minute, and more unique jewelry touches for everyone at the last minute, and she came through on time and with flying colors!
