I had bought my wedding dress when I lived out of state and then moved during the pandemic. Finding someone to press my dress when I hadnt purchased it at their store was a bit of a struggle, but Maggie stepped up without any push back.Her store is beautiful with a vast selection, and I will certainly recommend the store to any of my engaged friends. Even with a dress in hand, my Mom and I found ourselves wandering the store because of how great the selection was.Maggie was kind, incredibly responsive, and gave good and clear directions on dress transportation and care. She instilled trust early and delivered.

Loved my experience there on 10/09/21. They actually listened to me and really put all the pieces of what I was looking for together to find my dream wedding dress. Friendly ladies that worked as a team. It only took a couple dresses and I found the ONE! The team was amazing at helping me find the perfect dress that we could guarantee in time for my October wedding. I fully recommend and trust Maggie for your wedding gown needs-- she truly wants what is best for the bride. I was town between two gowns, and Maggie helped me decide what would look best for me--she even encouraged me to buy the more economical dress (practically unheard of--so I knew it was the right one for me)! Maggie was such a big help in helping me find my perfect dress. I was very nervous because dress shopping was always my least favorite activity but surprisingly there were so many dresses at this boutique that I ended up loving that it was such a struggle to just pick 1! Luckily, I did find my perfect dress and placed an order in Feb, by May I received an email from Maggie letting me know that my dress would be here middle of August, and my dress arrived even before the expected date. The customer service was amazing and I highly recommend this boutique for your wedding dress needs.

I highly recommend this bridal shop. The dresses are beautiful and very affordable. The ladies working there are very artistic with a great sense of style, very professional, on time, very good at what they do and are sweethearts. I also had my dress altered at the shop and couldnt be happier with the end result.

Where do I begin? The customer service is THE best you will experience throughout your whole wedding. I wasn’t sure the exact style I wanted for my dress and Atelier Igar made the choice so much easier. They found the perfect dress for my figure and in moments a stunning veil!! *BRIDE BEWARE*(PART 1)This is my review of my deeply disappointing experience at this bridal shop and encounter with Maggie the owner. To summarize if you are a bride looking to buy a dress at this bridal shop look for another bridal shop. Honestly, if I could leave NO STARS I would, unfortunately that is not an option.*My review is too lengthy for one posting so my post are two parts.PART 1: WEDDING DRESS APPOINTMENTTo begin with I will discuss my first encounter with this bridal shop. I found this bridal shop via the Maggie Sotero website. On their website it listed Atelier Igar Bridal (“Bridal Shop”) as one of the bridal shops that carried the various Maggie Sotreo wedding dresses I wanted to try on. This Bridal Shop was the closest to me and so I scheduled an appointment.Maggie sent me a questionnaire regarding the type of dress I was looking for. I already knew the designer and name of the dresses I wanted to try on and so I listed those dresses in the questionnaire. I should have realized it was a red flag, because when I arrived at my appointment Maggie said she had not pulled any dresses for me because I had not listed any in my questionnaire. I advised her that I had filled out the questionnaire and listed the specific dresses I was looking for. She then pulled up my questionnaire and pulled my dresses accordingly.I ultimately found a dress that I loved, and I went ahead and purchased the dress. It was a beautiful moment I shared with my mom, sister, and family present via FaceTime. Second red flag, Maggie claimed that she “forgot” to place the champagne in her car and so she had no champagne for us to celebrate with. In reality, I do not think she believed I was going to purchase a dress. Regardless, I did not allow Maggie’s lack of professionalism and lack of preparedness impede me from enjoying my magical moment. In sum, I paid for the first installment of my dress and would return upon notice that my dress had arrived.

I am posting as Ed but this his fiancee, Alli B:I had a lovely appointment at Atelier Igar: the dress selection is superb and the staff are kind, positive-energy people who made the experience delightful. I did not but my dress from them, in the end, but I highly recommend making an appointment here: I wish I had gone to them sooner than I did in the process.

The whole team at Atelier Igar Bridal made buying my dress a breeze. The dress was beautiful and the alterations were amazing. They even steamed my veil that I didnt purchase from them after the final fitting. A great experience!

Maggie is simply the best! I had gone to about 5 other shops and did not have nearly as great of an experience as I did at Atelier Igar Bridal. She pulled some gorgeous gowns - a few that were exactly what I described and a few that were a bit more unexpected but so fun to try on. Maggie found me my absolute dream dress and I said YES! I am an out of state bride and Maggie was nothing but accommodating and helpful. I felt so comfortable here as well. I just came to pick it up this week and I am still blown away by this dress and how well it fits. She measured me perfectly. Thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of my heart, Maggie!!

The best place to find your wedding dress, Maggie was very patient and her experience helped me find the dress I had in mind. She is an expert with measurements, I tried the dress on today and couldn’t be happier with the selection. I highly recommend Atelier Igar for your wedding dress.

Maggie at Atelier Igar Bridal was great. She jumped right in and picked out a ton of dresses for me based off of what I described to her. She also pulled some dresses that I may not have picked myself that I really enjoyed, too! She was very patient with me and was sweet and pleasant during the whole process. They have a great selection of dresses and accessories to choose from. Although I did not quite find my dress at Igar Bridal, I wish I did because Maggie was just that fantastic during my dress fitting experience. Do not sleep on this place! Maggie was great! Back in august I had gone to another bridal salon that was terrible. I figured since I was in the area I would try Atelier Igar. Maggie was able to fit me in on a busy Saturday where I ultimately found my perfect dress! I just picked it up today after having it ordered and the dress came early and looked just as beautiful as I remembered!

I absolutely loved working with Maggie and her team. After learning the store carried my favorite designer, Pronovias, I found my dress during my first visit and try on. I returned in less than a month to purchase that first dress and have not looked back.

I felt like I should write this review for this store after they went out of their way to help me. I tried on my dream dress (Pronovias) in a size far too large for me locally. However, since it was new to the line, they didnt have any other options for me in my area, AND I could not order the dress by my wedding date. I reached out to this store since they had a trunk show for the designer coming. They offered me a dress that was just slightly too small, but also tried the dress on a live person close to my measurements and sent me pictures to give me an idea of what I would have to do alterations wise.Ultimately, I was able to find a dress much closer to my actual size but this store went out of their way knowing that I could have other options in ensuring that I could have my dream dress. Good luck in your search, you will be in good hands with this staff.

I had a wonderful experience at Atelier Igar Bridal. Maggie and her team were very knowledgeable about the dresses, and listened to the type of dress I was looking for. I ended up finding my dream dress and staying in budget! My dress came in on time and I was happy to find a store with such friendly and kind people to help me every step of the way.

I just purchased my dress at this bridal shop on Black Friday and I literally had the best experience here!! I wish this was my first stop instead of my 3rd. I walked out paying half price for a beautiful dress that made me feel like the most beautiful girl in the world! The owner was so sweet and helpful! I loved her personality and she made the experience feel like she was a friend rather than someone I just met! She is skilled at what she does, she paid attention to my facial expressions and comments and knew exactly what I wanted. I would DEFINITELY refer someone here! I drove 40 mins here and initially I was skeptical because I didn’t want to drive that far but I am so glad I did!! ❤️

Maggie and Igar bridal are AMAZING. She has a large collection of quality dresses. I went in with a budget of $1000-$1500 and Maggie was able to work within this budget comfortably for me (most bridal shops in the area couldn’t). I found a beautiful dress that I absolutely love. Beyond the great selection, I also had an individual appointment. The only people in the store at the time were my party and Maggie. It was so nice to have a private viewing experience without others around. I cannot recommend enough.

Love this shop. After many stores and even more dresses I finally found the one after only trying on two dresses here. Maggie is so knowledgeable, and was even able to change my veil for me literally 2 weeks before my wedding because I wanted to go with another style. Everyone is so accommodating and easy to work with. The women that did my alterations was a miracle worker as I had her cut about 5 inches out of the middle of my dress and it came out PERFECT. If you are looking for something more then just the average dress at your typical bridal store chain then I definitely recommend.

Overall visit was OK. Place was nice, good selection of dresses. However the seamstress was rude & was mad because I didnt get my alterations done with her...I wanted to look at my options and this was made clear when booking appointment to get a quote for alterations. Ended up finding a different seamstress that did a wonderful job within my budget.

I had a fantastic experience at IGAR Bridal! My mom, sister and I had a great time!! Ms. Maggie was so kind, warm and patient, and she could tell what dresses to pull for me based on what would fit my shape! Atelier Igar Bridal is a small dress shop with a pretty large selection of wedding dresses. I went there feeling a little disappointed from my first appointment at a different salon where they didn’t seem to understand my vision. Maggie understood my vision right away! Plus, she’s so sweet and really cares about the brides. She also understood what would suit my figure and pulled dresses that looked amazing. I think I only tried on 4 dresses before I found the one. Working with Mirka was also a breeze considering it was anticipated to be difficult with my small stature. Would absolutely recommend this bridal salon!

Such a great collection of dresses I was barely in the front door and I think I had 10 dresses in my hand! The owner and her assistant were so helpful and did a wonderful job clipping me into the dresses so that I could get a realistic idea of what I would look like. We had such a great experience here and I am glad I said ‘yes to the dress’ at this store!

Maggie was great I loved her she is very knowledgeable. Best customer service ever she is really honest with what looks good and what she gives great opinions. I drove 2 hours to go to this bridal shop but it was definitely worth it I would not recommend another place. Maggie made my family feel really welcomed and she made me feel like I was the most important bride ever. She inspected my wedding dress to make sure it was perfect my first fitting she noticed a small button on the inside was not perfect. Honestly if she didnt notice I wouldnt have, she made sure to get it fixed. After my wedding she followed back with me to see how the wedding went and to ask for a picture for her board; which I still havent done sorry Maggie.

My entire experience at Atelier Igar Bridal was absolutely amazing. The boutique is so beautiful, cozy, and quaint, and Maggie makes sure you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I did not feel pressured at all throughout the entire process of choosing my dress, but also felt the support from Maggie and felt that she had my best interest in mind. She was helpful with finding the perfect accessories, and made sure that the head piece I fell in love with (all the way from Spain) came in on time. The dress selection Maggie has is also beautiful, I love the Pronovias gowns from Spain!! After visiting several bridal stores I finally found my dream wedding dress at Igar Bridal. I really like the design of the wedding dresses there, they are mostly european designs, very beautiful and unique. Maggie is a wonderful person, very organized and experienced and she provided a great help for me. She was able to work with my budget and time and bridal dream!She gave very good advices when I had hesitation for choosing a matching veil and other accessories. She was available any time I needed her through text message, email and phone. Every time I went to the store for alteration or other matters, Maggie spent a lot of time making sure I am getting everything I need. I feel that her purpose is not selling a dress but to help you find YOUR dress and be happy with it.I needed a special bolero to match my dress for our traditional ceremony and I couldnt find anything in stores or online. The alteration lady, Elizabeth, suggested to make the bolero for me. I I am truly amazed by the result. She did a great job, patiently working on all the details and caring so much about my satisfaction.Discovering Atelier Igar was one of the best things that happened to me in my wedding and I have both Maggie and Elizabeth to thank for it. I definitely recommend this bridal store because it will save you from the stress of spending a lot of money but not being sure about how your wedding dress will turn out at the end.

They worked with my budget to find a dress I would love. When I was there they also had some sales going on so I had a lot to choose form.Maggie was my consultant, and she was wonderful to work with. I am naturally a very indecisive person. I went to them twice before making my final decision. In-between my visits they were aware that I am looking at dresses at other places. They never made me feel pressured to make a quick purchase or decision, which I really appreciated.All of the staff at Igar Bridal is very experienced and they know what they are doing. They listened to everything I had to say and any concerns I might have had. They also gave me their professional opinion whenever I asked for it. Because of that, it was very easy to collaborate with everyone on any decision-making. Overall, I had a really GREAT experience there! I said YES to the dress, at Atelier Igar Bridal!! Maggie was my consultant and she was above and beyond wonderful to work with!I was the crazy bride that tried on over one hundred dresses before I finally said yes. I have had many consultants previously, and Maggie is definitely the best! I couldnt have said yes in a better bridal salon.When I arrived at Atelier Igar Bridal, this was already my hundredth stop for the right wedding dress. I was very discouraged at this point. Maggie did not pressure me into buying a dress on my first day. This was such a relief. Maggie was very sweet and optimistic and let me, my mom, and maid of honor hand pick dresses that caught our eyes and made suggestions based on the styles we liked. She was sweet and optimistic the entire time.The dress that I said yes to was ultimately not even in the store. One of the first dresses I tried on was at a sample sale boutique. Every store I contacted, said that they were unable to order the dress for me, except Atelier Igar Bridal. Maggie contacted the designer directly and found out the dress was still available for a few weeks before it would be discontinued. She let me go home and sleep on it and kept in touch with me throughout the weeks. She kept me well informed about my deadlines for ordering the dress in time.Ultimately, I took so long to say yes, that Maggie had to bend over backwards to order the dress the last night (literally during store closing) before it was discontinued forever. She also contacted the designer to order extra fabric for a custom veil and even though it was too late and past the deadline, she was able to get the extra fabric for me!5 stars definitely! I dont have enough wonderful things to say!

I recently purchased my wedding dress from Atelier Igar Bridal Collection. Words cant explain what a wonderful experience I had. Maggie was wonderful, she really goes out of her way to make you feel like a true bride. She made picking a wedding dress a memorable and exciting experience, I honestly was sad when I left after my final fitting with my wedding dress because I knew I wouldnt have a reason to return to the salon. I was helped with every decision that came with making my dress perfect.I didnt feel pressured into purchasing things that I was not interested in and I really appreciated Maggies honest opinion. She really made sure I look perfect on my wedding day. I highly recommend doing your wedding dress alterations here as well, they will make sure your dress is absolutely perfect ( to the point Maggie inspected every stitch on my dress to make sure its flawless lol ) before you take it home. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this salon.

I got married last year and haven’t had a chance to write a review since, but today I was reflecting on my experience and I’m so happy I got my dress from here. I probably went to 10 different dress shops before coming across this place and it was a blessing. The shop is smaller than many I had gone to, but there is no shortage of dresses. I must have tried on 50 dresses at other shops, and nothing even came close to what I wanted. When I got there, I met Maggie, the owner, described what I was looking for, and she pulled 3 dresses, all of which were incredible and one ended up being my dress! Maggie really listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t love. A family tragedy struck during the wedding planning process and I became overwhelmed and forgetful. Things that were supposed to be exciting for a new bride became a burden. I found my dream dress, but I remember crying at my first fitting, thinking about the loss my family and I had experienced. I also forgot about appointments, forgot to bring shoes to the fitting where they planned to hem my dress and threw in last minute adjustments...I was a real mess, but Maggie was so patient. I imagine she must have been frustrated with me, (I know I would have been) But she never showed it. She was so patient and comforting and it felt so good to know this was one area of the wedding I didn’t have to worry about. It is shocking for me to see anything but positive reviews on here because even as difficult as I was, I received nothing but kindness from Maggie. As I reflect on the difficult year I had, I’m still so touched when I think about my experience. I don’t know if everyone can speak so positively of the person who sold them their wedding dress, but I can honestly say, I will always remember Maggie. The shop is elegant and perfect for pictures. You will absolutely not regret going here.

The shopping experience was fine. Only problem I found that they have the same dresses as all the other bridal salons I visited, yet on their website they claimed that the very same dresses were made in Europe. I was hoping to find something different there. Very misleading and disappointing.
