I really wanted to invest in a marble fireplace for my new home and had to convince my husband it was worth the investment. Im in Florida and began searching all over the USA for different fireplace surround manufacturers. I had never worked in fireplaces before, so this was a new experience for me. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to replace two ventless fireplaces that the developer installed with direct vented ones, as well as make the fireplaces more substantial in appearance with stone surrounds. After putting in time and due diligence in searching online I came across Artisan Kraft, and very luckily, They happen to be located just outside of Chicago. This enabled us to visit their showroom, discuss our vision of what we wanted and see directly the natural stove and cast stone options. A gentleman named Mark helped us along every step of the way and provided invaluable recommendations. The pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of stone and craftsmanship of their cast stone, and their fabrication time table for customized pieces, which we wound up deciding on, was spot on.The final result of our first fireplace replacement was superb and we can’t thank Mark and his associates at Artisan Kraft enough. Wouldn’t look anywhere else if I were you!

Very nice showroom, with many options in display. They also have dozens of fireplaces in stock ready for delivery (very convenient if you dont want to wait weeks or even months with other distributors). They even have bathtubs and marble sinks. Staff was very knowledgeable of their product and provided us with very valuable advise. Thanks guys!

I live in California and bought columns for my house. I also bought a fireplace surround. I had concerns with ordering from another state and shipping it to California. They helped guide my installers with the fireplace installation. Everything turned out great. I highly recommend working with them.

I purchased a cast stone fireplace mantel and a couple cast stone columns from Artisan. The turnaround time was super quick and the material looks almost exactly like stone. The quality of this material is so much better than samples I got from other companies.
