I looked at 5 different stores for knobs to match our kitchen cabinets on our new home and had NO luck. I was referred to The Knobbery and upon arrival they matched the knob in LESS than 5 minutes! The knobs had to be ordered and they exceeded my expectations in getting my items in stock. The staff is unbelievably amazing. They are so friendly and a pleasure to work with. If I need any knobs in the future, even if its a common knob, I will drive the extra 20 minutes from my home because that is how good of an impression they have given me! Thank you very much!

I had a great experience here. We had gotten a paneled refrigerator and realized 4 days before that we needed to have a handle there at the time of delivery. None of the online places were an option due to delivery. I was referred to this place and they helped me out in this last minute emergency situation! I was able to see handles there in person and quickly decide on couple that I liked. The sales person made calls to the vendors and was able to expedite and ship the handle and get it delivered on time to us. We did have to pay hefty expediting fee for shipping, but it was totally reasonable as we ordered it just 4 days before. They had also offered for me to take any of the handles that were present on display if I needed it right away that day. All in all, I was very happy with the service and their willingness to solve the problem at hand and find a solution.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERIVE . We built a new house about four years ago. We ordered all of our hardware form The Knobbery. Everything we went well, the service was excellent and the pricing was very fair. Fast forward to today, we need to replace one of the door handles coming in and out of our garage. We email the Knobbery late night outlining our issue. We got a response first thing in the morning to help us fix our issue and Tom has been awesome in his communication and service to help us get things repaired. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Knobbery.

This place is such an amazing hidden gem!!Every time I go here I find something else amazing and unique that makes my trip Always worthwhile and gives my home many a conversation piece for any level.Plus they have fantastic staff that really cares about what you are looking for as well as helping you save money at the same time! I needed new hardware for my refurbished kitchen cabinets and was referred to the Knobbery. The owner, Tom, was extremely helpful. He took his time helping me find handles and cups that would fit the original holes in the doors and drawers. The variety was great and the store very well organized. After two visits, I settled on the hardware I needed. I also ordered hinges that were about the same price as the big box stores. I preferred to order everything from a local shop where I knew I could get great service and quality materials. My cabinets look great all decked out with their new hardware. Thanks Tom and staff!!!

This place was very professional! The staff helped choose the hard-to-find part that we have been looking for the past week.

We went looking for kitchen cabinet handles. There are many to choose from and the selections have everything you could be looking for. Our experience sent us out the door within 10 minutes. The salesperson who finally asked us for help seemed very put off to help us. When we told her we were looking for brushed silver she made a comment that made us look at each other. She took us around the store to show us a few ideas and then pointed with her foot instead of bending down to show us. Thats when we decided to leave. Found what we were looking for at the next store we went to. We needed 50 handles and they missed out on our business because of the service.

This company will mislead you by saying items are in stock. I was told their inventory is only updated monthly. They are a drop shipper, they dont actually have stock as the website states. Ive now been waiting for over two weeks. If youre limited on time, look elsewhere.
