I turned to Ivan Smith Furniture for some new living room pieces after ordering from a Little Rock store that promised they could deliver the pieces I ordered within 2-3 weeks. Two months later, I still had no furniture, and the wait time had been extended by at least another two months. I found some great pieces at Ivan Smith that I actually liked better than those I originally selected. I paid $1800 less, had the pieces delivered by the next week, and also saved the $300 delivery fee the LR store was going to charge! Ill shop local from now on. The staff at Ivan Smith was also friendly and accommodating!

Great very friendly and helpful Family atmosphere

I been to & called around to several other furniture stores looking for a big man reclining lift chair for my grandpa, who was involved in a car accident & he had some health issues and was having trouble getting up & down from his old worn out chair at home. The other furnture stores, did not have reclining lift chairs in stock or if they did have some in stock, they were made for a small built person, and the couldnt get the bigger style in to the store till 3-6 weeks or if they were in stock the prices were way overpriced. My cousin & Aunt refered us to Ivan Smith because this is where they got my aunts lift chair after her surgery. And she loves her chair! We needed that reclining lift chair as soon as possible for my grandpa to use to help him get up & down easy with out any of us kids having to be on call to help him 24/7. Ivan Smith had the best prices, quality of merchandise, customer service, & dont have to wait 3 or more weeks for the furniture to cime in! They told us we could take the display or wait till there truck runs from the warehouse, which runs 2 times a week. We looked the display over & took it my grandpas house that same evening. Hes been sleeping in it and it has been a life saver for all of us in the family since he got this chair & he loves it! My husband and I, is needing some new furniture and we will be going back to Ivan Smith Furniture in the near future & we will recommend anybody to go check them out!

I went to the store in Arkadelphia to get my daughter who is in college a sofa for her new apartment. The sales associate was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. When they delivered the sofa to her apartment, they brought it in and left it on its side. They didnt unwrap or put the legs on it and sit it up. I have never had that kind of experience with Ivan Smith and I have bought all my furniture from them. Im very disappointed in the delivery.

Our sales lady was soooooooooo awesome!She was so helpful and patient w my 18 yr old daughter who was making the big purchase! She helped her work out the monthly cost so that my daughtercould see if it would fit in her budget!She showed my daughter all the pieces that came w the set or matched the set and then gave her total costs for the 2 different sets my daughter was looking at.I love when I come in I am not attacked like hungry wolves going in for the kill! 1 sales person introduces themselves and lets me look at my own pace.
