The counter man was a nice guy. Whomever the guy from the office in the back was...he was very rude and would walk away in either direction for no apparent reason while I was speaking to him or he speaking to me. I felt as if I could not trust his words just by his actions and he would not look me in the eye.I did not buy anything from that store because how rude he was.Have a 1500 lease approval from Tempoe.com...his attitude made him loose $1500 today.Wonder who his Regional Manager is??

Great customer service. Wide selection of equipment, and appliances. If they dont have the product youre looking for can order the equipment for you. Love working with this staff when ordering equipment for lawn work.

All I can say is the previous owner was amazing. Went in a few months ago and got the worst customer service. I stood patiently waiting for at least 15 minutes and wasnt even acknowledged/existed. From now on Im going to Malvern.
