I was at the store 15 min before it closed, I was outside picking out a flag when I went to pay the doors were locked. A customer came out but I couldn’t pay. You guys close at 4 pm what’s up??! Poor customer service. The store was closed before 4pm!!!

So I was super disappointed in my visit to this boutique. My friend and I were out for a drive through town and we decided to stop in, I can never resist a boutique. I’m giving them 2 stars because they did have some really cute things, BUT I thought their employees were unlike the 5 stars others have given them. No one acknowledged us the entire time that we were in the store and we were met with nasty looks the entire time we were there. I acknowledged one of their workers who I think was the manager and she actually turned around and walked away after giving me an unkind look after rolling her eyes. What kind of customer service is that?? We’re college students at HPU and I am always known to recommend local spots as I’m also a tour guide on campus. I will most certainly NOT be recommending this store to anyone.

I had to get a quick personal gift. Customer service was excellent! I was in and out quickly and even got gift wrapping!

Fun and exciting items to buy. Always wish I had more money and time to shop. The items are unique and prices are good. They have a great selection of gift items and they are always bringing in new items. Good parking and in a good small shopping center with coffee, and pastries, hair salon and other shops.

Love love love this store and have for years. Its fun to go and see all the fun girlie things they have and perfect place to buy ladies gifts. Ive also bought bunches of clothes here. They have a nice kids section with fun gift stuff too.

Love the selection of clothing, and purses. Absolutely love the fact that they carry rainbow flipflops. And all the newest styles too! My only complaint to why I didnt put 5 stars is that the younger female employees arent as friendly and approaching as the older female employees Ive encountered. Respect your customers more please. Dont be afraid to talk to someone.

This store is always one of my favorites. Its jam packed with a variety of nice items and jewelry. Great for gifts. Its a bit pricy. While I really enjoy the items they market they are unnecessarily on the high end. Quality is meh. The staff is super friendly. Its family owned.

Great local shop with lots of glitz and bling! :) My teen girls love getting little trinkets and Origami Owl charms and picking out their friends gifts for b-day parties or special occasions. Its the only shop in Archdale that carries the Willow Tree Angel collection, which I like to gift to people. The staff is always professional, kind and helpful.
