I had my things in storage for more than 7 yrs, no problems and they have always been polit, courteous and helpful.

The customer services is amazing the facility it self is super clean.

This place is a scam with disrespectful lying customer service save your time and money

Angie, the on-site supervisor is fantastic. She explained everything I needed to know in a clear concise way with all cost clear so there were no surprises. She took the time to show me units so I could find the perfect fit and the. Personally cleaned out the unit before I came back to move in. Great staff, clean site easy access. Couldnt ask for more.

I don’t normally write a lot of reviews however I just had to share… I just rented a space at Foothill Mini Storage. This place is amazing. Angie, the manager was friendly and so very helpful made my first time renting a storage unit a really easy experience. After sharing a bit about my needs, she made a few suggestions and showed me a unit she thought would work. -It was perfect! Foothill Mini Storage was a life saver! We were in the process of selling one house and buying another and it was taking longer than anticipated. We have three motorcycles that I needed to be able to store for three months. Most of the storage facilities that I contacted either were lacking available space or were too expensive.However, Foothill Mini Storage were very accommodating and were able to find a good spot for us to use at a very reasonable price. The three bikes were out of the elements and we had access to them during the day. We would definitely use Foothill Mini Storage again if the need were to arise.

This is the best self storage place around no question. The staff is super nice and helpful and its open 7 days a week from 7-7 so doing a after/before work run to storage is easy . Drive right up to the units and they are very clean. VERY FAIR pricing as well!

Ive been storing my items here for a few years now and all I can say is. . BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE hands down!! Manager is a pleasure to deal with and is always on her game. Foothill Mini Storage is tucked neatly away under the 210 Fwy and offers a secure and private location to store your items. Angie really knows her stuff makes doing business here a snap. They also offer paper shredding services as well, just inquire for details. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a secure place to store their belongings.
