I kept a storage unit here for over 4 years and was always satisfied with the service and cleanliness. Kazem at the front office helped me find an appropriate sized unit twice and was delightful to work with over the years. I genuinely enjoyed greeting him in the office and even when he was indisposed for a short time, other staff did a great job meeting my needs during the last year. Genuinely a satisfied customer!

I really love this storage place as a returning customer from previous years! Particularly, this place is a very clean facility as if your stuff is in your own home. No bugs, insects, or spider webs to worry about as I have seen in other facilities! It’s always kept very tidy! And to top it off, the customer service is the best! I also like to mention Kazim is an awesome person! His greetings are always courteous, extremely kind and helpful to answer any questions! He goes above and beyond to accommodate every customer as I have seen him work over the years! Nice and clean... friendly employees

Disappointing. I rented a unit next to the elevator because I have to limit walking due to recovering from a broken foot. I arrive on the first day with my first load and the elevator is not working. No idea when it would be.Helpful suggestions were to carry everything up the stairs or walk to the other end of the building to the elevator and walk back with every load. Not a great first time experience.

Nice! Did everything over the phone for social distancing. Quick easy, they even have an alarm on my unit and great security. Month to month lease do I can change up it down any time. Very cool.

The manager, Jenny, was very unprofessional.She decided she didn’t like me because I parked outside and had to go back through the office a couple times. I’d been moving my mom and was quite stressed, and driving an old junker car too.I was out in the car figuring out pay for my moving guys and writing checks. She yelled at me when I tried to walk through the office to get to my unit and told me I was unwelcome in the office ever again!!

Jennifer was very helpful getting me set up with a unit. No problems at all. The place is clean and the security of the units seems more than sufficient. Prices are better than other places I looked at. I’d recommend them to anyone.

I had storage in Arcadia 210 & moved out 8/11/19,never get a chance appreciate Mr. Kazem for fantastic customer service. He is one of special person. merry Christmas I recommended this place to everyone.

Clean, climate controlled, sprayed for bugs every month so I dont have to worry about my stuff getting messed up. Staff is good. A little pricey.

Great storage facility with an easy and upfront way of doing business. No hidden fees. Clean, new looking units with free carts and even a moving truck for free within the first week or so. Highly recommended.
