Left my car to get tire fix while watching went inside n did some browsing and shopping! Work out fine.

The guy that helped me took the time to explain things and make sure I got exactly what I wanted..

The employees stood and watched an older woman push a ban because it wasnt working and not one man offered to help

I made an appointment for yesterday and when i got there they said it would be a 3 hour wait and i said i had appointment why would there be ab3 hour wait then they said i will be back and the never came back so i have to leave very poor service. So i went to discount tire in Portland i bought 4 new tires.

Ive never met anyone with more excuses on why they couldnt do there job. we dont have enough oil for your truck, we have 9 tires that fit your truck. Wait we cant sell those to you, we change valve stems but we cant do ram trucks. Waisted an hour of my time just telling me we cant .

If you have a truck with big tires dont waste your time going there, the guy started crying and making up lies saying he cant do it because his machine to small that the most it could do was a rim size 22 and I told him my rim size is a 22 and the look on his face was priceless and still didnt want to do it saying he didnt want to mess up the tire and rim and bringing up hurricane Harvey then says as he walks away he not from here. I told him Im near to popping this tire and just need it replace I got my own tire to put it on and he still refused to work on it, dont waste your time traveling here to work on your truck

I thought patching a hole in a tire would be a simple job but couldnt even get the tire off without breaking a lug nut stud as well as other suspension parts; causing $1,500 worth of damage. I had submitted a claim to Claim Management, its been over a month since ive seen my car or the check to give to the shop my car is at. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this situation. Please save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Went when no cars were in line. They told me 2 hour wait. Came back two hours later they said additional hour. I cancelled the tire repair so all i got done was an oil change. Dont understand why it would take so long. He even said 2 cars were in front of me and one was an appointment. I didnt know walmart does appointments.

Slowest possible. Checked my vehicle in at 3:45 to change 2 front tires was told 45 min. Went in store walked around come back 45 min later to find a vehicle that wasnt here when I got here in tire lane getting its tires done. Not to mention its been over an hour and they havent even pulled my car in. What pisses me off the most is Im standing here looking at 1 person working and 5 standing around. Is absolutely the worst and slowest experience yet.

Went to Wal-Mart after i spoke to Jason from automotive for tire rotation n balancing, they tell me my tires are no good and will not balance or rotate them. What does balance have to do with rotation? If my tires are so bad....why did they pass inspection? And they guy that drove my truck moced my seat so far down that it will not go up again.Still .....why refuse to rotate them?They offered to sell me tires....bullcrap!!! If my tires passed inspection 2 months ago why are they not good enough to balance and rotate???

The first couple times I went here for an oil change I noticed little things missing (change, a useless check that had already been deposited I had in my console...) and I had tried not to go again but unfortunately had to before a road trip and everything else around was closed (believe me, I tried)...well anyway first of all I was one of two waiting and it took almost an hour and a half. Secondly, there was a HUGE, dark oil footprint on my TAN drivers floormat. Bottom line they kinda suck.

They said that I would have to wait 2:30 for 1 car in front of me to get tires 5 mechanics on duty but only 1 can do tires. Then they tell me they have no floor Jacks so they cant jack up my trailer. They act like its a inconvenience for me to be there

After oil change two days later, oil light indicated little to no oil at all and was bone dry. 2 hour wait and a 30 dollar charge.

Called today looking for a battery when i asked for details the answer was i dont know really? this person have time working there to give an answer like that? Looks like is not happy working there.
