I rented a wheel bearing puller for $125 from this location a few months ago. It was missing parts, so I put missing parts in the kit out of my own spare parts I had sitting around. When you return rental items after use they give you $ back. I made sure to ask the girl if I could get cash back before I paid for the rental since I was using a prepaid card that doesnt allow reloading of funds. I returned the item, asked for cash back, and they said No, it will go back on the card. And, that it was not their problem. I have not received any $$$ back from Aransas Pass AutoZone in any form. Not even store credit.2 other times I tried to purchase items with cash at this location and was told I would have to wait because the manager was on break. Sorry, but I dont have time to wait for your manager to take a break.Last week I asked them if they had any RCA splitters to go from 1 RCA out to 2 RCA connectors. The guy said no they did not. I walked back to the audio section and found 2 right by the RCA cables.

Missing many helpful parts not in Texas line up of approved vehicles, but has some tools so 3 stars to me.

Good selection of parts for auto repair and maintenance. Some of the employees dont do their job well. Took my car battery to get it checked out. The kid said they needed to charge it up to test it and he would call me in about an hour. Never called. Tried to call and check on it after 2 hours and no one answered the phone. Went by and the kid was not even working. The other employee help find the battery I left but they have no follow up skills. If your a service oriented company instill that value in your employees.

They had all parts we needed in stock and they were very helpful with info about repairs for our truck. Not to mention they were very courteous and a lot less expensive then that “other” auto parts store. They have my business from now on

Ran into one of the Lost boys this last trip. Had to tell him where his break lines were located at. He seemed trainable and demonstrated knowledge of operating a barcode scanner and the register.

Visited store on New Years Day.. In need of Headlight... Employees were great, provided great service. Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable in changing light bulb...

Came in handy late at night when my light bulb in my headlights went out they were helpful friendly and it was almost closing time.

I wanted to give them no stars. It was a waste of my time. I was there to buy one quart of oil and got passed up in line. While I waited they just talked about nonsense seems they rather hang out and BS than work. Dont waste your money or time just go to OReilly. I got helped right way.

Lazy employees. Went to get a diagnostic scan on my car. Asked the man if he could do a diagnostic scan on my car. Heard a sigh come from him. Dude was lazy. Went back to get my alternator checked. Kid that did it was more worried about his hair blowing in the wind after half hearted tries to get the cables on my battery. He just stopped unexpectedly and said he cant do it and gave up. Went to orielys down the road told the dude about the customer service at auto zone. He laughed and said it was to hot for them outside. Dude at orielys just popped on the cables on my battery with no problem and checked my alternator. So lazy employees bad customer service. Wish i could give them negative stars.

Havent seen more than two people working...services are very service own.
