I needed a hose for my pool. A team member named Virginia welcomed me with a smile and got me exactly what I needed. From there she asked me if there was anything else I needed. Being a pool and hot tub owner you always need something. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable about all things they had to offer. Great to have this place in the Appleton area. Great store, great facility, and great people! Highly recommend!

I am super happy with the service at Juniper Pools in Appleton. It all started with my brother going in there to get a cover for his pool. While he was there, he knew I was starting to look at getting a hot tub for our house so he got me some information. He came home with a bunch of brochures for me to look at and said “you have to deal with Ryan, he’s awesome”. From there we texted Ryan on his cell phone to ask for some photos and extra information on some tubs. He promptly responded. I then got his number and text him a few days later and we found the right hot tub for my needs. He got me the color and layout I wanted as well as helped explain all the differences to me. Ryan is very knowledgeable and I am excited for my hot tub to arrive in November!!!!! I like the relaxed feel at Juniper and appreciate the low pressure. It makes it fun. Thank you Ryan! You’re the GOAT !

I’m giving Juniper Pool and Spa a five star rating today. I came in previously and left very disappointed with the customer service and experience. Recently I decided to give Juniper a second chance, because I really needed supplies for our swimming pool. I was absolutely thrilled with my experience with Virginia. Virginia was attentive, polite, professional, and a joy to work with. I will only be asking for Virginia from now on!

My family just purchased our first hot tub and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire service we received from Ryan. He listened to our wants and found us the perfect one in a timely manner!

We ordered a Frankford umbrella from the staff at the Appleton location. Jeff was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. As timing would have it - we got stung by the supply chain issues we have all experienced. Our umbrella finally arrived - and the team from the store personally delivered, set-up and fully explained how to use our umbrella. Could not be happier with how it looks and shades our patio. We highly recommend that you consider using them for your next patio or pool purchase.

Just wanted to write a review about the wonderful service we received from Virginia. We were just browsing not sure of what we wanted. Virginia was very informative and just wonderful to work with. Employees like that are hard to find these days. Thanks for a great experience.

I would NEVER recommend Juniper Pools. We have 2 major issues with the way they do business.First, they do not communicate issues or delays. Our pump and filter were back ordered. When I called to follow up, I was told it was in. We went in to pick it up but it turns out it was not in and someone told us wrong. While we were there, we were told we could buy our own and were quoted a return price of the pump and filter for $748 which we wrote down and Nicole, a sales person, signed. When we called and told them we purchased our own pump and filter, Jeff, the owner, REFUSED to honor the price we were quoted as a return. Instead Jeff said Nicole looked at it wrong and were going to get $649 which was the real price we paid. However, we have no way to verify that because the list of what is included in a package deal does not include prices for each item.When we brought up the lack of communication, Jeff said they have a person calling each customer if there are issues or delays. We never got a phone call. He said they hired a person in April. It is the end of July. We have not received 1 phone call from Juniper since we purchased our pool at the end of April 2021.Our second issue is they recommend a pool installer, Dan, who does not show up for jobs and does not return phone calls. In my opinion, a business should know the people they are recommending for jobs. Clearly, they do not or they would know Dans poor reputation in the area.If you want to enjoy purchasing a pool, shop anywhere but Juniper.

I’m a new pool owner and I was looking for stuff to decorate and add to my pool scene. Someone told me about this place, I went there and I was amazed at all the things this store had. Not only was it clean they had things I loved. Virginia helped and assisted me and helped me buy my pool chemicals for the summer there.

I have been in twice. Never had that great experience. Curious on what the 10 people in past 2 days where offered to provide to leave 5 star reviews? Maybe I would be offered that with a response to my post…. Thank you

Bought a hottub from there two weeks ago.We have a leak issue that has been ingored after 5 phone calls.Each time we call there is a problem with the Scheduler. If you call the main number you cant transfer to the store.It goes to a answering service.I asked to speak to a Manager and they say theres no way to transfer my call.Guess the next step is Better Business Bureau.

Everyone seems confused. Under new ownership I believe. It looks like they’re trying to sell everything here and no one has a clue what’s going on. Leadership issues.Update 7/8: Hi Jeff. It must have taken you 15 minutes to write this post. If you could have spent this time talking to me maybe we could have resolved this. Lesson learned for you.As also a small business owner, I understand that value and need for policy. What you don’t know is, I always honored your return policy of 30% return fee. Yes. Completely understood. It’s commission driven and Chris sold it. He can’t lose his commission. I don’t think you actually know what the original ask was. It was not to refund anything. It was an ask that he is not competent of understanding from a business perspective. That’s why I asked for you. But apparently, you’re too good to talk to customers. You should ask him what actually went down. I’m interested??

We were given inaccurate information time and again regarding the status of our pool. Then we were told that the pool and everything we ordered had arrived only to find out on one phone call that the pump/filter had not arrived and at the trip to the store to pick everything up that the liner was on backorder! Poor customer service/poor communication

Horrible customer service! Has not returned a voicemail for service request. They were then very defensive and rude over the phone towards my wife. Lead times for service were incredibly far out. Last and final straw for me was when they forgot to leave one of the U-Haul truck rental keys in the lockbox for an online after hours pickup. We had to change our U-Haul rental pickup to another location last minute. This place seems to have too many irons in the fire, are stretched too thin, and do not take care of their core business. It shows through their poor customer service and response. We will be taking our business elsewhere.

We went to Juniter pools to order a pool liner. They said someone had to come measure our pool before they would order. That was 6 weeks ago and we are still waiting on that call. I even called the store again to let them know that we hadn’t been contacted and all they said was “ok”. Very poor customer service.

Confusing store. Are they a pool and spa store, a backyard shed store?Really need to move the Uhaul equipment. It makes it difficult to even see the store!Product knowledge would be helpful.It really looks like someone just dumped a semi trailer in the building.
