Stopped for a candle and ended up woth two and a throw blanket with large knit style. I love these items. Store is beautiful and clean.
Would never buy anything from PB again. Horrible experience shopping. Order was damaged on arrival and the replacement is supposedly coming months later. Waiting for 6 months for basic thing to get delivered is unacceptable. I can order international and it would arrive faster. Similar complaints online all over if you do a search. Keep this businesses model up PB if you want to see your company go under.
I had a horrible experience with my online purchase. The estimated time of my delivery was before Christmas (it was a gift), and the website was using an “order now to receive before Christmas” promotion. After I ordered they then let me know the gift would be late (arriving in get this...March). I complained and they didn’t act like they even cared. Their answer was sorry, but we will give you 20% off your next purchase. Why would I spend more money if you can’t get my original order right. I will never order from them again.
Same thing with its sister store Williams Sonoma at this mall-Its unwelcoming. I was waiting for help. I eventually asked for help bc only two people were on the floor around 1PM. They radioed for help and told me it might take a while so I walked out and returned later. There were more SAs at 3PM and one lady was welcoming, greeted me and offered to help me but like WS the SAs are just only friendly with people who look a certain way. I did get the print ups and estimates of something I was interested in buying but now that Ive returned home and reflected on my experience there Id rather buy my furniture from other stores where I feel welcome.
Very different items for your home,if your looking for bigger flameless candles they have it.
Went into store to order light for Christmas gift, the photographer tripod. After 30 minutes or more of employee looking for it on Web site I was informed it was free to house but 28 to store. Then after all the time had passed figuring this out ship date changed from December 9 to January 23. No offer to check other stores, Appleton store could use some training.
Courtney in the Appleton store was extremely helpful in offering a variety of options on a furniture purchase. She also sent me home with a fabric swatch to help with other shopping. I cant imagine buying furniture online when you can get such great, personalized service in the store.
