This store is very nice has a lot of stylish items. I was out looking for shoes and was about to give up until I came across this store. It was a life savor, I found exactly what I was looking for & at a very reasonable price. I also found a Necklace & earrings to go with the shoes as well. This is a go to store for any occasion. ✔

14 day return policy... not good.Try on what youre purchasing before buying, if you buy clearance, cant return either. Also the clerks are not very customer service focus. They basically dont care about customer service at all. They will give you a look like you are a bother to them. Young high school girls... but hey teach them young right or theyll never learn.

I went here with my sister for her to look at prom dresses. All the dresses were cute but not going to lie a little trashy. One of them had double slits that went up to the waistline on the dress. All that was fine, but the customer service was terrible. There was an employee that was only wearing a bra?!? She yelled at my for pulling my mask up (not off) for maybe ten seconds to get a drink of water. (It was also super hot in the store? And there were no signs that I saw saying water was not allowed) I wish I got the employee’s name because she was very rude. In addition to that she ignored another customer that asked her a question... but service by the fitting rooms. Was cool that the fitting rooms open in the first place I suppose.

Great place to find bachelorette party dresses/bridal shower dresses! Very reasonable priced! Dressing rooms open!

The dressing room situation is crazy....now have waited 1 hour to get a room. After letting girls go in with a ton of clothes to try on, they tell others on line we can only take in 6 items.... this should have been the policy all day 🙁

Daughter drove 2.5 hours to shop for a prom dress, spent a half hour picking out dresses to try on, got to the fitting room to have security called and told to leave because they didnt follow the mask rule even though all 4 of them had masks on. The associate then proceeded to pull down her own mask while telling them to leave. So needless to say a complete waste of a trip, and a major disappointment. But I guess we should have read the reviews before going to see that their isnt a positive review in the last year. Corporate will be getting a call!!!!

I had a very nasty experience in there. i was shopping for some shoes for my graduation and i had to run out of the store to grab money from my dad. when i went back in there the girl was holding the shoes as if i was wasting her time and then the girl who checked me out was just super short with me. i didnt appreciate being treated like i was a waste of space when me but something contributes to their paychecks. definitely shopping online next time

Can I leave 0 stars? Worst customer service I have ever received. I have never left less than 4 stars somewhere but wow... this place was bad. I got there while the store was open and found several dresses planning to buy one. They told me they closed the fitting room early to clean (so they could get done and get off work right away) so I asked if I could purchase, try it on then return if it doesn’t fit and they said sorry all sales are final. So I went to try it on over my clothes and the lady said “no that’s how the dresses get ruined. The only option was to hold the dresses and drive all the way back when the fitting room is open. Yea no thanks wow. How can you be a dress store if girls can try them on or even return if they don’t fit!!

Today we came to this store, we drove 2 and a half hours to get here. to purchase prom dresses, Upon entering the store an employee asked us to pull our masks up in which we did because we understood that that was their policy. We were in the store for roughly 30 minutes picking out dresses. While talking our mask obviously slipped in which we pulled them back up constantly. As we went to go try on our dresses the employee snatched the dresses out of both mine and my friends hands rudely telling us that we did not do as she had asked. As we tried to explain the situation she called security down to make sure we stayed out of the store. After the fact the security guard talked to us and asked about the situation. He ultimately told us that if it were up to him he’d let us to continue our shopping because he understood the whole fact that masks slip, and that ultimately they were still covering our mouths and noses.

Nice clothes, employees were not bad but not nice. Store was a bit messy.

I love the clothes there! But the attitude of the sales associates are not nice! They don’t even greet you or even ask if you need help! They look mad and annoyed every time I shop there. I guess I’m not the only one who had this issues with the girls who worked there!

I came into this store with my friend to help with dress shopping, we werent greeted or even acknowledged only eye roles from girl with no name tag and ripped jeans. When we checked out, not a single word was said from the girl with no name tag and ripped jeans, as she handled our merchandise with complete disrespect. This happened our previous visit with the same girl, but we decided to let it go. Hire employees who can treat people with dignity and respect. Clearly these complaints arent taken seriously due to the fact that this is our second poor customer service visit and I know others have the same issue at this store. Not shopping here again since acting like a toddler towards customers must be the trend at this store from what it seems like.

Customer service is terrible and they DISCRIMINATE against folks with health issues that cant wear a mask... they will call security and kick you out... will NEVER SHOP here..

I went in the store on Friday to get an outfit it didn’t take long. While I was checking out I noticed the cashier huffing and puffing. She was so unfriendly and didn’t have a name tag. I didn’t know why she was upset. Her actions were weird and actually humorous. Well, the pants didn’t fit so I returned them. I show up and she’s there again! *sad face* Again, with the same attitude, she was clearly mad as hell. I don’t know what her problem was but she was terrible!! She didn’t have a name tag but I’ll never go there again. Short, skinny, with highlights, looked Latina.

Poor service from a staff that would rather be anywhere but doing their job!

EXTREMELY poor service at the Appleton, WI location. My mom and I were there recently and all 4 employees did not greet, smile, or acknowledge us. Just very miserable employees/people. I had to return a dress for my mom and the girl at the counter did not say one word, eventually threw the money on the counter. We also asked an employee for a dressing room and the girl gave me the hand and said I am not working as she went back and forth from the back to the front. I also read all the comments below and I agree with most of the negative comments. The worst service and employees Ive ever come across. I tried to contact the district manager 2 times already and left voicemails wanting to inform her of the poor service I received because I feel a business should always be aware. No response means you dont care about your business and that is unfortunate. I will never return back to any Windsor stores and I will never have anything good to say about this company again. Please provide better customer service training or management for this Appleton location.

Never coming here again. Rude tan girl was very disrespectful and it felt as I was doing her job for her by greeting her while she just stood there and ignored me. The whole time I was shopping, I felt watched, judged and targeted. Especially when I got to counter and she proceeded to shove (not fold) shove my clothes into my bag, and denied making eye contact. Seems like a lot of the stores in this mall have employees who don’t wanna be there and take it out in their customers. DONT come here.

Overcrowded no staff

All I can say is WOW. For Windsor being one of my absolute favorite stores, I will never step foot into the Appleton store again. Nobody greeted me when walking in, I had to ask MORE than once for a fitting room, and when I asked for a different size in a shoe the employee tossed the shoe box at me and said, “I don’t know where you want me to put these so here.” By far the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Very, very disappointed.

Found my prom dress, graduation dress and jewelry for under 200$! (My prom dress had pockets!!!!) And it only took 20 min to find. Definitely go as soon as the mall opens for no lines or go on a weekday. It does get really busy in the afternoon.

They made my daughter leave for not wearing a mask when she provided a written medical exemption. The store Clerk was rude and the product was cheap and overpriced.

My autistic daughter was thrown out of the store because of her disabilities. My 19 year old daughter has never been treated so poorly by the staff as she was at 2:15 pm on Saturday, January 25, 2020. We tried to get their names and their corporate contact info but we’re refused. If you are from corporate, please respond to this review and contact me. It was truly disgusting how your employees handled the situation.

Went in to get shoes for nieces homecoming and the girl was short with us and auoer rude. When asked about a shoe on a manican she said well I need the shoe. It was on a manican i cant just take the leg off to bring you the shoe. Lol. Evrytime we asked something she would use one word responses then walk away from us. Not ever coming back here. I believe I caught her name amd it was Stephanie.

I have always loved Windsor and it, along with the employees, have always made me feel comfortable and confident to choose the past 6 dresses for homecoming and prom. Today was an exact opposite. I came in with a few friends and we were choosing dresses for options for homecoming l, that way when we came during hoco season we new what to chose from. We were having fun and laughing and one of the workers interrupted us and said excuse me ladys but are you just here for fun or are you actually going to buy something? And to which I responded were just here for fun and options and she responded okay well then you need to limit your options. We proceed to the back to try on dresses and were continuously being checked on and had multiple glares from the specific employee. All we were doing was SHOPPING and looking for options. I didnt know that was a bad thing? Thank you for such an experience, Fox River Malls Windsor.

Came in to find a homecoming dress for my granddaughter..had such good luck we bought 2..the prices and selection was great!! We live in wausau and come to appleton for all her dresses!!

We went to go to this store for a formal dress for me it said it closed at 7:00 pm on both the website and their store door, we walk to the store about at like 6:25 the doors aren’t open and 2 teenage girls are sitting at the counter so we call the store they look us dead in the eye and run into the back giggling and laughing.
