I was greeted warmly, and helped out promptly. There may be a line up to get inside, but be patient.I was nervous about using the fitting rooms but I was happy to see them taking COVID19 procedures seriously, It was a relief. My change room was cleaned and sanitized prior to use.Thanks Will for helping me out. I was able to get the jeans I wanted at a great price. Looking forward to coming back. You guys did great!

Staff are very friendly and helpful! The store wasnt that crowded and the covid guidelines are well labelled. Lots of different stuff here and a huge range of size options which is really nice. Great for preteen-adult women.

HORRIBLE colors and styles this season... Prices are up and you cant find anything decent in the store... Just a waste of time.

Filipino lady I believed named Aida was very helpful and friendly.

Had to return an online order here. This latina brown haired woman starts berating me at the cashier about their membership and seemed upset when I said no. She asked me 3 times about the membership. She was not friendly nor polite when she was processing my return. Next time Ill return my products by shipping over in-store.

Large selection and lots of size choices. I am a curvier girl and I can find it hard to find bottoms that fit. AE jeans are the only jeans that fit me (size 16) that are also long enough (I’m 5’10”). I also love the aerie underwear. I got 6 pairs for 36$ (including tax). That means 6$ a pair! They’re so stylish, comfortable, and they last a LONG time. It’s my go to spot for underwear.

Awesome experience and they try their best to take care of you. They warrantied my jeans I bought from them months ago. I ripped the pelvic/buttocks area squatting. Unusual for them to rip, but even more unusual for such good service 😁

Staff is VERY friendly. The girls are so nice and will come talk to me the second I stepped in the store. I have been going to this location several times now and their customer service has been consistent. Great selections and awesome customer service :)

Went in to exchange a bra today, and the woman working the Aerie section was incredibly helpful and offered some great suggestions. All other sales associates I spoke too were very friendly as well.

Bought a hoodie and a legging, back home my bag was ripped in thousand pieces.

Ive not been to this shop before. This store had cheerful, laid back staff that didnt bug me constantly. I cant stand a pushy sales pitch. The staff gave me a good experience at the counter and some tips to get the best deals before I left.

Great selection, good sales, friendly staff. In addition to the American Eagle Outfitters line there is an Aerie line of comfortable womens clothing. Great selection of AEO clothing for both men and women. Lots of styles and colours of jeans and other casual pants.

Ive been shopping here since 2008, and this might be one of my favorite retail stores in all of Metrotown. In fact, I still have my hoodie I bought from 2009- in excellent condition! Its expensive, but I really think it is eclipsed by the exceptional customer service.Every single time I enter the store I get warmly greeted. Not only that, but I was helped by a young guy who took almost half an hour helping me choose my jeans.So many staff were helpful I lost count of their names. I can only remember Cory and Dennis names so far. But the other employees were super nice and patient with my indecisiveness.I witnessed even seeing a manager training a newbie. I didnt see a single angry or impatient look from the supervisor. (At least when I was there).Not only that, AE has the best return exchange policy EVER! Lifetime exchange or return WITH the tag on and original receipt. I am so impressed with their (honor) system, its almost too good to be true.

Clothes are a little pricey for selling t shirts and jeans but very comfortable clothing and there are always lots of staff working to help you. They are all zoned so someone in each section so you dont have to look for anyone. Also have neat little help buttons in the fitting rooms to call someone over to get sizes for you.

Always will be loyal to American eagle. I love how the jeans feel, soft. Employees are polite

I had a lady in the aerie section with long blonde hair who was super helpful. She took the time to explain the bras for me and she knew thw product very well. She recommended some greats bras for me. She made the bra shopping I was dreading a grwat experience.

The promotion information was not clear when I shopped at American Eagles, the sales lady told me that the T shirts are buy one get one free so I chose 2. When I pay, the cashier told me that it was buy one the next one 50% discount which is different from what I heard before. In fact, for the price of one plain t shirt selling at around $30+, it is expensive! With the second T shirt at 50%, I still dont think that it was a bargain!

I phoned the Metrotown AE and Aerie shop to discuss return options after having little success with the AE live chat option on their website and phoning the central AE line. Becks answered the phone even before the store was opened (I am sure she was busy preparing the floor for the day and so appreciate that someone answered the phone). She explained to me that I could make returns and exchanges for online purchases in the store. Becks even took time to search the store for the items I requested.I went to the Metrotown location today (June 30, 2018) and successfully exchanged items I had ordered online. They did not have the exact items I hoped for in the store but Becks was most expertise and helpful at connecting me with the items I hoped for. There were some complications with the system but she stayed calm, friendly and professional the whole time. Becks is the best! I had such a lovely experience and will certainly be going to the Metrotown (Burnaby, Canada) AE soon!Thanks Becks!

I had a good experience in the store. The jeans are of quality despite being more expensive than the more generic brands. The promotions are good so if you love to pay cheap it is still worth going to the store and looking deep into the promotions. If youre buying jeans, its worth buying two to take advantage of their promotion where two come out at a discount. The service for me was good and efficient.

The clothes in this shop are beautiful and the prices are good. I like them very much. I bought several clothes today.
