I went into their store to buy a sauna. I say a sauna marked $6799. I asked what the selling price was? He said $6500. Then I stated your website says 25% off Saunas. He said yes we can honor that. He lost my business right there. If your not honest to me upfront. Im moving on.

This place has always been a pleasure to deal with. They had the parts on hand that no one else had at a much better price. Anything over 99 dollars shipps free to your house. Special thanks to Pat for the great customer service today! Would definitely go back.

I bought my hot tub 5 years ago. The first 2 months the hot tub was not working correctly. They told us it may be the filters we purchased new ones for $200. Come to find out it was a pump. Covered under warranty but the dont tell you about a trip charge. They sell the spas in green bay at a expo event but dont tell you warranty or not they charge you 90$ to come look at it. My hot tub had to be replaced 2 years ago as the acrylic had bubbles. Couple months later the heater went out. I was told if I could bring it in it was covered under warranty. Drove to Appleton where they charged me $300 for a new one was told the other person did not know what they were talking about. Now there are more bubbles in the acrylic. I contacted them in November still no luck. The receptionist told me they forgot. Today the manager Ben told me they will charge me $90 to come look at it. And that he has no intentions of backing the warrant. I filed a complaint with the better business bureau today.

We are just starting the journey of purchasing a swim spa with a ton of research on the internet from reading company reviews and customer compaints. Master Spa based on all of our research came out on top. I emailed this company and within 24 hours received a call back from Ben. He invited us in to do a test swim. It took us a couple of weeks to get it scheduled but so glad we did. A nice gentleman by the name of Pat greated us as we walked in and answered all of our questions including taking the pannels off so we could see under the hood on how it was constructed. The owner Keith stopped in and took a really long time with us providing us with more education. Including inviting us to his house to look at a roll top cover but we ran short of time which I wish we had more time. Just as we were leaving Pat shared with me that one of their customer who purchased a spa from them FaceTime him with her PH strips and Pat helps her with her chemical needs for her pool. What excellent customer service. Very impressed with our first experience and excited to move forward with purchasing a swim spa from them

I would give them 0 stars if i could. 6 months ago I went into store with old jet part. Not a master spa so they ordered different but close jet from their supplier. I have part number from bag and receipt. They never entered my info into their computer even though they said they would. So now I need a few more jets. I have them part number which is on bag of other ones and receipt. Im told that that part number is not theirs and to call manufacturer of my spa. Really? You sold these to me. So after numerous calls and e mails, yes Im a little upset at this point, I call manager. He gave me lecture about being rude and their helping other customers. Arent I a customer?! And he wouldnt order them for me so thats ok I will take business somewhere else. Oh and the 6 months ago I ordered filter. They were going to send it to my house as I live 50 min away. Guess what? Never saw that either

I had purchased Healthy Living 7.5 Hot Tub in October of 2016 and was installed by Master Spas of Northern Wisconsin. We have been using it fairly regularly with our grandchildren. It has served us well. No problems until this Spring.The cover became heavy and the Lever that lifts the cover broke.We called the company and they scheduled to replace the cover and install the device to left it. Since these parts are not covered by warranty, I will have to pay for these items. It will be installed in four days. I am pleased with the quick response. Looking forward to a good service similar to the initial service on purchase.

After spending 6 hours researching hot tubs including watching many vids on YouTube it became very clear that Master Spa was a high end spa. When making a purchase like this I like to ensure Im buying high end, something that is going to last, and perform well. Most of the research came down to dealer, parts, and cost to run in winter. Master spa nails all of this. We bought our spa on 7/6 it was delivered on 7/16! Everyone was extremely friendly an helpful. We had a few questions after it was delivered, we never had a spa before, and I cant even being to tell you how prompt the Master Spa team from Appleton responded. They sell you on their service and let me tell you, it will be hard to find another spa dealer in the state that can come close to there service and knowledge. You cant go wrong buying from them. By the way we bought the Twilight 8.2 and its amazing. The entire family loves it. Thanks for a great spa, man the jets throw out some serious power, it truly is like a massage each time you get in the spa. The longer is great for anyone that is active, especially if your a runner.

They offer service that carries the parts to service Equipment which is a major plus. They have excellent customer service rhat can help you when you have a question about your product.

Went to the expo show tonight to buy 2 hot tubs, they gave a a special for buying 2,. We were thinking about it for a while, my friend was debating about his, and the manager grew quickly impatient and demanded his pamphlet back and told us no deal and leave.Its a shame the treatment we received on a nearly $20,000 deal in sales. It was after show hours, they were probably tired. they helped me with taking a panel off due to my layout I needed to inspect the plumbing. But still, very very pushy and rude. There was another rep that had angerly kicked the panel of a spa that was sold, to show us howmaster spas are the best they couldnt take a little criticism on the pros and cons of the build. So they became annoyed, leading to a couple of guys that left without hot tubs, shame on you bad salesman, they just wanted a quick sale, well sorry, Im a engineer and wanted to see how it was built compared to others.

Do not shop here! They will take your down payment and not tell you that they are backed up 6 to 9 months on orders. Keith the owner the the biggest scumbag I have ever met. Worst place I have ever done business!

I have three items from Master Spas, a 3 person corner sauna, 240 twilight hot tub and a new 2 person sauna. I first purchased the two-three person corner sauna in 2014 from the home and garden show in Milwaukee. I use it 5-6 days a week and have not had any issues with the heaters or the unit other than one of the two stereo speakers would no longer work. Master Spas sent me another speaker which did not fix the problem and then replaced the radio for me. There was no cost as I stopped in both times, so no shipping. Because of their friendly service I then purchased the 240 Twilight hot tub and additional 2 person sauna for our northern lake home. I worked with the owner, Keith and Ben because the construction kept getting delayed due to horrible weather last fall. They were very understanding and everything is set up. One small scratch was noted on the hot tub and again they immediately sent out a very nice technician who fixed the problem. Couldnt be happier than working with a company that is honest, high integrity and has a friendly staff who answers the phone when you call.

Dean & Tracey Klopatek.... we purchased our spa while at WI State Fair from Brent - rep from Appleton. We were so excited to find a hot tub that we both like had the features we wanted that we didnt even consider how important some of the details were. Brent slowed us down a little to point out some really important details that made our buying decision rock solid. Thank you so much BRENT. Jeremiah and Chris from the Waukesha location delivered our hot tub and I have nothing but the highest regard to their level of professionalism and friendliness. Not only did they do a great job answering my questions and training me on the set up, they made suggestions about placement (because of controls and power sources) and interacted with my family and pets. Jeremiah also went as far as making suggestions for future purchases to compliment our new tub and informed me of services I didnt know were offered. What great guys! We will be trying out the new hot tub tonight for the first time tonight and cant wait. Thank you Master Spas!

I was in the market for a hot tub and knew that I wanted a name brand. There are so many other makes out there. Am I glad that I choose a Master Spa. These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Since my purchase was a used unit, I have needed a few parts. I have yet to stump them on a part. Typically always in stock and comes with full support of the team. Dont know what I would have done if I purchased an off brand. Well done, Master Spas.

Outstanding service. Karl and Eddy went above and beyond! In the midst of below zero temps, my hot tub broke. Karl promptly returned my many phone calls. They came to my house four times; two times in the dark, one time until 11PM, and every time in the freezing cold. They diagnosed the problem, made recommendations for me to do at home, took a part back to the shop to fix, filled the tub twice, and stayed late to make sure there were no more problems after the final fill. They were courteous, professional, and hardworking. They obviously knew their business and did it well. On top of that they didnt complain once about the multiple visits they had to make, particularly in extremely cold weather. Thank you Karl and Eddy,

Tub had error codes and when I called they tried to help me fix it. Ultimately I needed a service call but they came with days of me calling and fixed it on the spot. Very happy!

Purchasing the spa was great. Helpful knowledgable staff. When the 6 month old spa froze, I was very unhappy with the response from the service manager. The cause was most likely due to a heater malfunction. The repair guy said it definitely was a heater malfunction, but the owner later told me who knows what caused it to freeze. I tried to understand why the cost of the repairs was my responsibility. I also wanted to understand how freezing due to a malfunctioning heater could possibly be my responsibility. Each time I contacted Ben with a question, he became very upset, yelled at me, and even hung up on me! As long as I agreed with what he was saying, he was very nice. The moment I questioned his response and tried to clarify, he became defensive and extremely rude. The bottom line is the heater and cost to install heater was covered under warranty, but I still ended up with a 500.00 bill. Buyer beware that all costs accrued for house calls and diagnosing a problem are your responsibility, even if it is a malfunction covered under warranty. In my opinion, a new high end spa with a defective heater should not have cost me a penny. In addition, all future problems related to freezing will not be covered under warranty. Even though the CAUSE of the freezing was a malfunction with the spa. I wish I had understood this before I purchased the spa, so I am posting this so others are aware. I will say that the owner was much more professional, but in the end said, unfortunately sometimes things happen.

It has been an awful experience from the start. Our stereo has never really worked, the remote deteriorated in a few months and the speakers have stopped working altogether now. We had the speakers fixed twice and both times not all 4 speakers worked after the fix. We have had the heat pump replaced and was not under warranty of course on a 2 year old spa. Now, with the new heat pump it only works if one set of jets are on when it used to heat when all jets were on.........I paid about $1,000 to have the special 212 power source buried under the back patio so I could have the heat and jets on at the same time. The cover holder rusted completely through in about a 2 year window. All the head rests and drink holders rotted and we spend $160 on filters that last about a month. We were sold a bill of goods that has been a nightmare of expenses, low quality product performance and the service is a joke.
