Laura helped me out a lot when searching for interior uhaul truck dimensions (between the wheel wells). She was pleasant to talk to and made my reservation for me. Cant say much about the hot tub side of things, but the people seem great.

Start here when looking for a hot tub. As Frank posted two years ago; dont waste your time going anywhere else. I wish I hadnt.I spent days researching the best hot tubs, then driving to stores between Green Bay and Appleton. I thought the bigger the showroom, the more choices and lower prices, assuming all choices would be top quality. NOT TRUE! A lot of junk out there!The last business visited was HTMedic, which carried Bull Frog, a highly rated, quality hot tub manufacturer. Dont let the small showroom throw you off. After figuring out the size you need, Bull Frog has jet pack options for nearly each seat, that allows you to design and individualize your hot tub.Talk to Laura in the showroom. She is great to work with and very knowledgeable about all their products. Laura helped me design exactly what we wanted.From order to delivery and set up, service was impeccable.Since delivery and set up in November, weve enjoyed our Bull Frog hot tub nearly every night. You wont believe the therapeutic effects of the jets!

Shocked and disappointed when charged 105.00$ for nothing! The guy came out, I told him we thought the pump was bad. He pulled open part of a panel and said the yes its the pump. He was here for 10 minutes, charged me 105.00 and left without even putting the panel or screws back on the hot tub. He didnt even turn the power to it back off. So what exactly did I pay for???? No idea!

Recently my family was in the market for a Hot Tub. After many months of research and asking friends who and what are the best dealers and manufacturers, we were introduced to the guys at Hot Tub Medic. These guys are hands down the most knowledgeable Hot Tub guys around and the brands they carry that I was interested in are CalSpa and Bull Frog and there are plenty of positive reasons why. We ended up selecting the Bull Frog Brand partically because of the positive positioning that Josh and his team did with the brand but more importantly the unique and industry leading way Bull Frog allows for true customization regarding the jets and their simple design and how Bull Frog manages the circulation of water. If you know how spas are contructed with the massive amount of hoses under the shell, check out the minimal number found in the Bull Frog. Less hoses less chance for leakage!It is safe to say that after spending the better part of 3 months researching Spas and dealerships, Hot Tub Medic is hands down our only choice and one to consider for your future purchase. I was so impressed with their professionalism and can do attitude that I would like to see them become the recreational pool guys in the Fox River Valley! My hat is off to Josh, Tom and Sean for their first class service!
