I will fist say that I have stopped using the service department sometime ago. I decided to give the Quick Lane a try this AM. I stopped in, there was 1 person in the waiting room. Walked up to the counter and asked if I could get a oil and filter change done. The person that decided that I was finally worthy of his time said to me wil you be leaving it, I repled that I would rather wait, as it was only oil and filter. His reply was well you are going t6o be waiting at least a few hours, cause I cant get to it till then.I left and took some time to walk thru the experiece that I just had. I decided to call the Manger to just make him aware of my less than positive experience. I will say that I can see where the poor service and attidue would appear to start with. What a rude unprofessional person. I would only hope that FORD would send a test person in to experience this place first hand.Why have a Quick lane? I am bringing a $100K plus diesel truck in for a oil change. I will not waste any more of my time with this dealer. Staff have on every encounter been confrontational and boerline rude.I really miss the days when a dealer performed with professionalism and cared about the customer experiece,

I got my oil change here and now this is the 2nd time they forgot my tire stem caps. Its really annoying having to replace them. They did offer to replace them when they called me for my feedback but currently I do not have a permanent address as I just moved out of state.The service was really fast though and the cashier was nice so this review doesnt warrant a 1 star rating.

Quick Lane....Never Quick!I can agree with some of the other comments about in the past waiting for hours. Today, I went in for an oil change. I pulled right up to a front spot. There was only 1 person in the waiting room and the place didnt close for another 2.5 hours. They said they couldnt take any more walk ins....there was 1 person in the lobby, the parking lot was empty and the bays were also. He said there was only 1 tech, which isnt really fine but even so, how long does it take to do an oil change? Then I ask well what about tomorrow. They open at 7am but I wouldnt be able to get in until 11:30? What?? They should just say we do not accept any walk ins and it is by appointment only. I am so done with this dealership. I bought 2 new vehicles from them but the service is just horrible which in turn makes me no longer want to go there for anything.

My husband and I bought our vehicle from Les Stumpf six years ago and have never taken it anywhere else for maintenance or service. From oil changes to new tires, Kelly, Floyd and the service techs always take good care of our car. Weve never had a bad experience and highly recommend the Quick Lane!

Time and Time again I go there to get an oil change just to be told its a 2-3 hour wait. Why on earth would you call this facility a Quick Lane when in fact it is not. I always end up going elsewhere.

Ordered tires Monday was told theyd be in Tues. I called Wed. they couldnt find my order. Told me theyd be in Thurs. I waited until Friday still no tires and no one ever called me. It was a simple sale for them, just order my tires but they couldnt even do that or call me. You need to care more about your job and the quality of service you provide. Enough ppl suck these days u should try to be better. Pomps got my tires the same day I called them and matched the price. Theres no reason to go to Le Stumpf.

Always professional with great service. It can be hard to get an appointment. I had a small issue with my car on Sunday and couldnt get in until Friday. Nice waiting room, though!

I purchased expensive Michelin tires in December 2016. In November 2017 they told me I needed new tires, after 18,000 miles on them. Then it was discovered that they failed to rotate them, which in some cases ends any warranty available. They kept telling me I had to wear the tires down until I reach 2/32 of tread. So I drove all winter and spring in snowy conditions with bad tires. In May at an oil change, I asked them for the 3rd time what they were going to do and they said they put in a request to the mfg for refund. Waited 3 weeks with no call on warranty. I called again to find that they never put the request in. I went in 2 weeks ago and they re-measured them and put in the claim. Still no answer and today found out I will have to wait another week to even talk to the manager since he is on vacation. All they are doing is prolonging the process so I get less refund than what I am entitled to because I am adding miles on these bad tires. As a result, I can no longer trust them for any work they do on my vehicle. What they say they have done may be a lie. Unless you can see the tech do the work, you cant be sure.

Not quick as their name would have you believe. I always schedule an appointment as life is busy. Waited over 30 mins after my appointment time before my car was even brought back. Guy at the counter made up some excuse for the long wait time. No one seems to have any sort of hustle or concern for the customer. Over an hour wait for an oil change- with an appointment.

Had recalled air bag replaced droped call offf didnt have it done in the 4 hour time they said it would take didnt have it done till next dayso i wasted 4 hours hanging around the valley had to find a ride to pick up next day because of where i live threir shuddle dosent go that far my dash is loose on one end they left black fingerprints on sides by windshield and white calk like stuff on drivers seat

Writing this 1.5 hours into being here as I’m still waiting in the lobby for AN OIL CHANGE! I called ahead and the gentleman over the phone said cmon in, we’re really slow today and we’ll get you taken care of right away. I was there within minutes. I’m in the waiting room right now and JUST saw my car get put on a lift. An HOUR AND HALF to get my car on a lift for a fricken oil change. This place is a joke. Save your money and go somewhere else. Your time and money is worth it.

They do great oil changes and check overs.The problem I have with them is:I’ve bought tires from them about a year ago. Every time I get an oil change I get my tires rotated ( I do tons of driving). Every time I get them rotated I always end up coming back and getting somthing fixed.After getting tires:1st Time: had to get the re-sealed2nd time: had to go back to get them balanced3rd time: had to get an alignment.Every time I just want my tires rotated something else needs to be done and I have to take time to come back. Which I find annoying and confusing. With my old tires I didn’t have these problems at all. Finding a different service for my tires and only gettting my oil changes there.

Truly disappointed. NOT a Quicklane! After waiting an hour they asked me if I really wanted my tires rotated because I need to buy new ones instead. They were shocked when I asked them to rotate the tires as that is what I made my appt for. 1 hour and 15 min and still waiting for oil change and tire rotation . Yikes!

Normally decent service, and good work, they put back what they take off, allow you to bring your own oil and filters, but have had issues where the mechanics leave a mesh all over the car inside and out, I understand its a messy job, but please take car of the car .......

My last three oil changes were done in twenty minutes and less. Brought this to the attention of Kelly the,Quick Lube manager and first he acted shocked and then checked the computer as to the technicians who performed each one and stated both of them were no longer employed by Stumpf. Today I brought my husband along for proof of the length of my oil changes. We sat by the window and watched the young service tech and before he started he decided to eat food which appeared to be a sandwich or something close to it. Then he talked with the technical next to him and hurried through my oil change. I had to wait 1-1/2 weeks for an appointment. My appointment was for 11:30 am today 1115/17. Got there at 11:10 am and was still waiting for my Taurus to be taken in at 11:50 am. I sent my husband to the desk to ask Kelly when my car would be taken in and suddenly the young technician appeared. 11:52 am driven into bay and was driven out at 11:15 am. Taking in account this technicians lunch/snack break and visiting with the technician next to him the approximate time spent on my car was approximately sixteen minutes maximum. My husband HAD TO ASK Kelly if everything checked out as they appear to be more concerned about more expensive services. This months special was a tire sale with a Visa card rebate. I did not want to go to Stumpf seeing how my last two oil changes were hurried along, but my husband said seeing I always got my vehicles there and oil changes I should continue to do so. After today I will go to Bergstrom Kia dealership where we purchased our current new Sorento and my former Sorento. They are super friendly, explain everything and when I call for an appointment my husband is able to get our Sorento in the next day. Our Sorento uses Synthetic oil I believe and what is supposed to be much more expensive is actually more reasonable than Stumpfs regular oil prices and a car wash has always been included. The receptionist always asks when I make the appointment if we will need a ride back home, which we do not. Stumpf never asks. Customers today became impatient waiting for their new tires to be installed and finally requested a shuttle to go back to work. Since Stumpf built the new addition and remodeled the old building customer service really sucks. Sales people who we trusted have left and we no longer have a sales person to go to that we trust to get the best deal. Even though my Taurus is only four years old and has 13,000 miles on it I am considering purchasing a new luxury SUV, but it wont be from Stumpf. Most likely if I stay with a Ford I will drive the forty miles to Green Bay and go to the Ford dealership there. Otherwise as much as I love Ford vehicles I am willing to change to a different make. An unhappy customer.
