8/20/21 Firestone allowed my Son to leave with missing lug nuts on 2 tires at 5:29pm. He had locking lugs & wanted them removed & replaced with regular lugs. They close at 6pm.On return on 8/21 they advised “you can go several thousand miles on 5 of 6 lug nuts”. Firestone advised my Son to go to Advanced Auto for proper parts for lug nuts. This is a failure of liability. Pomp’s on Wisconsin Avenue & R&L Auto in Neenah helped my Son properly secure the issue. Beware as they do not care.

My experience here was wonderful all employees were extremely prompt on my needs.

Was able to get me in for an oil change before they closed! Got there at 6:30 and got it done in less than a half an hour! My car now rides more smooth! And got it at an affordable price!! Thanks Firestone :)

Waited almost an hour and a half for an inspection on my vehicle and completely failed to tell me about a Worn control arm bushing that was 90% missing, only to be discovered by another mechanic when replacing a caliper. I dont recommend this location whatsoever for obvious safety reasons. Shame on your professionalism.

They are the only people I trust with my vehicle besides myself and my former military gear head friends. Having a rare car, parts can be hard to come by. They never sugar coat on pricing and always let me know what I should look at so I can determine if I can do it on my own. The tire warranty and the lifetime alignment deal for the entire ownership of your car (on the WI roadways nowadays) is worth every penny and is just a cherry on top. I went there to check my car’s air conditioning, it was blowing air but not cooling properly. After checking my car, they told me I have to change my entire compressor which is needed $1200. I was quit shocked to hear that I need to spend such a big amount. Then I started learning why need to changed whole compressor as it was working fine. My car is Honda Civic. After searching in YouTube I only find the issues: 1 Relay 2. Air charging and 3. Clutch. There were not any leakage issue. Then I went to Zentner’s Auto, they found issue what I searched in the YouTube. It was the problem on relay, they changed the relay and it solved. By spending $80 they changed my relay and refill the air.I am so upset on firestone, they are not only charging lot they are also inefficient. I will never go there.

Great Service! Called and needed a tire replaced the same day and Jacob was able to fit us right into their busy schedule on our way home from Door County. They had us back on the road in no time!

Just dont bother. I scheduled an alignment with them, after I dropped off the car i got a call back very shortly saying we cant do the alignment because you have a loose wheel bearing. Alright. Fair enough. So I ask how much the parts plus labor with alignment would be and I was told around $800. Blown away by this price I call two other shops nearby, was quoted 400-500 dollars by both shops for the same repairs.... but wait it gets better. After taking it in to said new shop, I find out today that NOTHING was ever wrong with the vehicle. Just needed an alignment like I had requested initially. What a joke of a business. 0/5 if I could.

I was having misfiring going on with my new vehicle- a different shop charged me over $300 AND IT WAS STILL MISFIRING I brought it to Dustin L. And he found the problem INSTANTLY!! Very experienced mechanics. HIGHLY recommend Dustin for any work.

Great service, best thing to do is drop off for a day and let them get what you need done and have them call you when ready. Car always feels brand new again driving it off the property. Erik is awesome, and Jacob is pretty okay too.

Stopped in today due to a warning light that appeared on my dash. The staff provided me a ride to work so they could check on the problem as the car needed to cool.They checked the problem; the issue is covered under the warranty of the car.I purchased tires from this business as well as taken my car in for oil changes. The staff is polite and professional. They worked quickly and did a great job with all of the requests I’ve had for my car. Would highly recommend.

I went to this Firestone to get my oil changed. To preface, I have changed my own oil my entire life, however due to a move I didn’t have a location to do it myself so I took it in the past two times. Now, when I go to change my oil myself this time, the oil plug is so tight I could hardly get it off- I should not have had to waste my time trying nearly every method in the books to get it off. There is absolutely no reason the oil plug should be that tight. A simple oil change shouldn’t be botched this way. I questioned when I left and they didn’t top my fluids as indicated, but this seals the deal. I won’t be a returning customer for this simple maintenance and certainly wouldn’t trust them for more complex jobs.

Had specific tires I wanted. They ordered them for me and put them on. Very friendly and gave a very good price on all 4 tires.

Went in to get new tires mounted to existing rims which they offer cheaper than most anybody else in my area. Located right off college Ave in a convenient area with friendly and VERY helpful staff who explained everything in extreme detail. They told me to fix $2100 worth of other things while I was there but what do they know?? Lol they are very knowledgeable and I would trust them with repair recommendations.

Go see Brian! He did a fantastic job getting me the tires I wanted on short notice, getting my car in on a busy day (I called the same day!) and getting it done in the time frame I had given him due to being from out of town. He recommended extra services for my vehicle and I was impressed by what Firestone has to offer. I did take one of the many options to prolong the life of the tires and provide roadside assistance if needed. Very happy with my experience on 6/10/18. Thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment for noon. Called at 2:30pm to ask how much longer my car would be and the guy said they hadn’t even gotten to it yet....completely unacceptable to make an appointment and not start the car for hours. All I needed was a 30 minute oil change....

My brake master cylinder was bad. I knew it was bad. So no need to pay the additional 60$ for them to look at my car. Made appt to change the master cylinder. After it was changed, paperwork confirmed there was a leak from the seal on the master cylinder by person who did work, here. I I paid additional $40.00 to have brakes bled as well. Three weeks later., brakes were going to floor again. I called them to check their work - since they just fixed this issue. Immediately tried to charge me to inspect . I refused to pay them more money to look at their own work to make sure they did it right. When I questioned him on why he would try and and charge me - he began asking my who told me it was a bad master cylinder anyway and where I tool it etc. I told him none of that is relevant since I specifically had them change master cylinder and I am back to have them ONLY check their work on that part. They looked at car- called me a couple hours later and said they bled the brakes again. If they bled the brakes right the first time, there is no reason they should have needed to be bled again. Now they want to say if I bring it in again I will need to pay a diagnostic fee. I will not pay them any more money to look at their work that is guaranteed. Do it right the first time. I will not be coming back here- unless of course the master cylinder goes bad and then they will need to replace it or correct it and fix the work they did

Had a tire come apart on my 1 ton. After calling 5 other shops who didnt have/couldnt get a 235/85R 16 (pretty standard truck tire) the guy her said he could have one in 2 hours. By the time I ran an errand and got there I waited less than 30 minutes and they got me in. Less than an hour later I was back on the road towards home which is another 8 hrs south. They really saved my butt. Thank you guys.

Great experience. I got lucky, with not having to wait in a line. I had my appointment. I went in, they started working on my tire as soon as I came in and within 15 minutes they were done. Thankfully I got warranty on my tires through Firestone. It was a quick and easy visit.

Sales advisor was knowledgeable and pleasant. Work was done way faster than I expected. No pressure for additional work to be done. I got a great deal on a set of tires too. Paid half what was paid at Sams club

Firestone is more than just tires and/or an oil change. I had a lower radiator hose go bad and they were able to find a hose and do the repair for me in very little time. The customer service was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient!! The pricing for the repair was reasonable and affordable.

Ive never had a problem with them and its the ONLY place Ill take my new car to get an oil change!

Coolant flush and fill done in time estimated. At this point everything is fine as with any vehicle repair or maintenance time will decide on quality of work. I was treated great with knowledgeable service writers who also helped me get a 20 percent discount from their website.

Got to the service center today to get something out of my vehicle that was in for repair and the store was already closed at 5pm. The sign on their window says 6pm so upset right now.

Im a recent customer of Firestone and have been there twice in the last couple weeks for two different vehicles. So far, I am thoroughly pleased with the customer service. They workers there are very nice, explanitory and professional. The first time was just a basic oil change which was fine. The second time was for more serious work, but they explained everything along with cost and got the work completely quickly. So as of now, I would highly recommend going to the Firestone on College Ave.

Fast, friendly service. For some reason. No matter what time Im there Friends is always playing on the TV in the waiting area which is a bit odd.

Vehicle was pulling to one side I was ready to buy a couple of tires get a front-end alignment could not do the alignment because front ends a little too worn but the pulling to one side was mainly caused from broken belts in one of the tires awesome customer service, they showed me the issues, got the tires, drives so much better, I havent say they were nice enough to automatically add some roadside protection lol, thats all right Ill be back for some more tires and they can do it again. Its needed with all the driving I have to do sometimes.

Service was perfect. Labor is definitely overpriced. My headlight was perhaps 20 minutes of labor at most. (Most likely 10) and ran $30.

Replaced two front tires of my Saturn Bye. They werent pushy to replace all four, and they had a good deal. They even talked to me about the different tires that I could use for going to school. I dropped it off on the night of Black Friday and got a call the next morning that it was done.

I brought my car in for an alignment. Say there for an hour and then was told they could not complete the alignment due to some complications with the car. I had absolutely no issue with this. They didn’t even charge me. Then I left out to my car, and hopped in and drove away. Shortly realizing something was wrong with the car. I quickly realized my whole tire had been popped. I am beyond angry about it. Just more things I have to pay for. They had to have known they popped the tire too, because there is no way that you could drive it from that garage into the lot without noticing. It was driving on a rim. Thanks firestone I will never be back. And I hope this review can help others stay away from this place. I also had one of your workers telling me I needed new ball joints and swing arms, i got all new ball joints this year by my mechanic, so I was laughing to myself when he said that and quickly realized this place is full of terrible staff that clearly don’t want your buisness. I’ve never written a google review l, but this had to be written. You can’t just ruin things on people’s cars and not say anything. Can’t believe people now days.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.They mentioned there was something wrong with my tie rod. I went and took it to 3 other mechanics and all 3 said everything was fine. BE CAREFUL with these mechanics. Theyll try to up charge you.

Good customer service and they do good work on my vehicles. I came in for an oil change recently and after leaving the shop I noticed a noise from my front tire. I found that a bolt must have been run over either in the shop or in their parking lot. Its unlucky that the bolt found its way into my tire, but they took it back in and patched the tire no questions asked. Excellent example of the type of customer service that will keep me bringing my vehicle to them.

Went to get my belt replaced at Firestone and they did an inspection of my car and then went to another place to have my cars oil changed at tires plus and not once was I told after they did my inspection that my ball joints where bad. Gladly it broke well I was sitting in my drive way and not driving but it should have been down and I should have been told.

Firestone was the worst auto business that I have ever been to. I found a coupon for a full-service oil change with Firestone. I called ahead of time to ask what exactly the Full-service oil changed included. The Firestone employee informed me that it includes 5 quarts of oil, a filter, checking and filling the air in my tires if necessary, and most importantly THAT THEY WOULD TOP OFF ALL FLUIDS . As soon as the man said that they would top off all of my vehicles fluids, I proceeded to make an appointment.I made the appointment with the knowledge that my transmission has a very small, less than pin-hole sized leak, and as a result of this my vehicle needs a full-service oil change once every 6 months to get its transmission fluid back up to where it is suppose to be. It had been over 9 months since the last time I had transmission fluid put into my car so I knew that it must be getting rather low.When I went in for the appointment, I specifically asked the mechanic to check the transmission fluid in my vehicle. After quite some time my oil change was complete and I got called up to the counter for a consultation. The mechanic informed me that my transmission fluid had been checked and that it was already at an adequate level, so there was no need for them to add more. I was very confused, knowing it had been quite some time since any had been added, but I agreed, paid, and left.Two weeks later, my car started not going into gear correctly. I would be pulling out of my driveway, and when I got out to the road my car would fail to go into drive. My transmission was also pulling/jerking when it was down shifting. I knew that something was not right. And I all but suspected that my transmission fluid had to be low. So I pulled back into my drive way, checked the fluid, and sure enough it was almost 2 quarts low.I immediately called Firestone and informed them of what had happened. The manager told me he could not help me. He even tried accusing me of lying. That some how even though my leak was less than the size of a pin-hole, and even though my car had not had ANY transmission fluid added for over 9 months. He tried to say that when I had went there two weeks prior that my car needed NO transmission fluid... Then proceeded to say that all of a sudden within that two weeks after they added NOTHING.. My transmission decided to all of a sudden leak out two quarts of fluid.When I called to inform the Firestone manager what had happened, I just wanted the service that I was promised to receive. The manager was rude, vulgar, and dishonest.I will NEVER go back to Firestone for ANY type of service. Not only was their customer service bottom of the line, they were inadequate and dishonest.The most important quality for an auto business or for any business to have is honesty/integrity. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!

Theyre always honest and tell me up front whats going on with my vehicle, this place is my new go-to place when something goes wrong with my car because I know theyre giving me a good deal on the work they have to provide and I know its going to be done right. Its not so stressful for me when my car breaks down now because of these guys 😊

After this morning I wont be bringing my suv back to this Firestone location.They said they would take me to work while they fixed my suv. When I got to their shop, they said they no longer were able to give me a ride & maybe I should just cancel my appointment & reschedule for another day. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable!Not only did I cancel my appointment but I am going to take my business else where. You have no customer service skills!Dont waste your time going to this shop!

Please take all the negative reviews seriously. These people are scam artists whose main goal is to make as much money off of you while putting in as little effort as possible. Any mess they make from working on your vehicle they will just leave on the car, expecting you to clean it off. And watch out for the girl with glasses as she has he worst attitude and has no respect for you as a customer, on top of having no knowledge about cars. They will also up charge you any chance they get. Please go anywhere else to get your vehicle fixed, literally anywhere.

Schedule an appointment 3 days in advance to have my car checked for a squealing belt. About an hour right before I was going to take it in they called me and say they dont have a technician that can do it and have to reschedule me. I declined, since it was the only day I can take my car in. Extremely unprofessional to not be able notice when your employees work and what work can be done on that day. Especially, since the scheduled appointment was set up 3 days in advance. 2 stars for their technicians being more knowledgeable than other places Ive been to. Customer service is rather poor though.

Damage damage damage. I was a customer for 7 years, but after my recent experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.A service technician repeatedly slammed my car door on the closed latch even after being told to open the latch. If I didnt run into the shop, he would have completely broken my door latch off. He also stripped off my lug nuts and proceeded to replace all 20 of them without notifying me.Their incompetence was appalling. I refuse to watch another Firestone technician damage my vehicle.

They put the wrong size tires on my truck. Have to go back in and waste another hour to get the job done right.Running two different tire sizes on a 4x4 truck could damage the transfer case. Good thing I double checked there work.

They broke a bunch of stuff on my car and they charge double what you should be paying. Rip off rip off rip off, as well as novice level mechanic work don’t even get me started with this place. Do not waste your time here. I’d go in just for an oil change and i hear all sorts of awful noises coming from my car.

Every time Ive taken my car for service theyve been nothing but excellent, other techs have offered advice that failed to solve any issues that have arisen, this firestone however has always gotten the diagnostic and issue corrected promptly, professionally and immediatley solved my issues, with thorough explaination each time. Dont beleive all the hate, they have always been friendly, courteous, and genuine with their service and assessments.

NEVER GO TO THIS FIRESTONE AND IF YOU DO, IM TELLING YOU NOW DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT LEAVE MONEY, IMPORTANT BELONGINGS OR ANYTHING IN THE CAR. If i can rate it 0 stars i would, me and a friend of mine took two cars for inspections, when the first one was done we left in the first car while the second was getting inspected. On our way to pay a phone bill, (in the already inspected car) my friend noticed that $25 was missing from his wallet. Yes, his wallet was in the glove compartment because he forgot it in his car when we left(in the second car) while they were checking the first car. We turned back around, and went right back. When we went back we told the supposed to be manager what happened, and before he even asked any questions he said he does not believe us and he is 100% sure that his coworker (inspector) did not take it or even have any bussiness in the glove compartment. He said the ony thing he will do for us is refund the inspection charge, and hand me the keys back for the second car that they did not even inspect yet. When we asked to speak to the person who inspected the car, the manager said no i dont have to do that, because this would be an insult to him and us. When we told him that coming to firestone who are supposed to be certified, and leaving with $25 missing is also an insult, and asked again to just speak to the guy and see what he has to say. Again, he refused, and called this situation a done deal. He gave us the refund of $10 for the inspection and said there is nothing that we are going to do so the best option for you is to call the police and go from there.

Set up an appointment for 9 a.m. and when I arrived i was told it was a drop off and come back at 3would have been good to know that over the phone before I got up and drove all the way over here....

Had my husbands car oil changed today and the staff was very professional and polite; they even made me aware of how the rest of the car was doing in regards to tires and headlights. I will be back with my personal car soon!
