My wife and I went here to test out some of the beds. We were helped by a fantastic salesman named Tim and after trying out a few different models we went did decide to buy. If you go, I really reccomend trying out the demo model they have that measures your stress points to try and help you figure out which setting would be best for you.
We felt well supported and helped, not pressured, and well educated in the difference of other mattresses versus sleep number. My husband prefers firm mattresses and his sleep number was 75. I prefer soft and mine was 35. This is why we couldn’t agree on any other mattresses. I’m glad we found sleep number.
We are very happy with our experience in purchasing a sleep number bed at the Fox River Mall. Our salesman is Joe B. He helped us select the perfect mattress and frame for our needs. Joe was genuinely concerned that we arrived at the proper selection, and he thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each possible choice. Prior to this, we had a Select Comfort adjustable bed for over 20 years, and I consider this to be a solid investment in sleep. Notably, they were able to find our previous purchase from over twenty years ago.
Our experience was great! We were met at the door immediately and given the opportunity to lay down on one of the beds in their showroom which is exactly like the one we were interested in purchasing. Very good customer service. No pushing.

Joe took such good care of me! He made sure I tried them all out and then helped me to understand I could get the better bed with the extra discounts for close to the same price I would have paid for the other bed. Joe is a salesmen who shows live and understanding. He listens to what the customer needs and wants and then works with you to get it to the lowest price. He was so flexible and did not mind that I kept wavering on the bases. He had to change the quote three times for me, but in the end, I got exactly what I wanted for an amazing price. Terrible customer service at the Mayfair Milwaukee location.We actually had a great experience with Jessica who originally helped us in Feb with an 8,500.00 order. Since I guess she left shortly after the order and a new store lady clerk there was extremely untrained and unhelpful when we had called because our pillows did not get delivered. Trying to file a complaint with customer service and find the order was a joke too. Wont buy from Sleep number again until they decide to make it right. Ordered a bed for may 8th 2021 waited a entire month then for them to tell me not even the day before that they have a bed shortage and have to wait another month ... they better not reschedule again or we are done .. very angrygot the bed to now waking up with back pain ??? I used the numbers they told me in the store wish I never got rid of my old bed go to Verlo I hear many good things!!!

I still can’t stand the old lady with blonde hair, but Joe was a lot nicer than she was, and he was very helpful when we went in a different day.

I feel I got super lucky that the store wasnt busy so I had Pat all to myself. She did an awesome job explaining all the beds and features. I got to try all the beds out as many times as I wanted and wasnt rushed into making a decision. I have a sleep number bed but wanted to down size and upgrade in features. Sleep number has come a long ways with technology.

Jim did a great job bringing us up to speed on Sleep Number beds and their differences. We ended up with a split king iLE with fully innovative base. Only hiccup was at check out the computer system took forever and rather than IT fixing known issues they just sent a heads up to the stores on how to proceed.
We purchased a bed for ourselves ~ a California King many, many years ago ~ when my husband would only sleep like a few hours a night because he couldnt get comfortable due to sweating and stiffness. Now he gets a solid 6-8 hours a night and its a restful sleep. For parents 50th Anniversary the kids got together and bought them one ~ Mom still has it in her elder care facility she is in. When Dad was w us he raved it was great I sleep on it super soft ~ like a cloud~ and your Mothers side is like a brick, but she likes it like that ... I wish we had had this bed the other 50 years we have been married 😄
Went into the store knowing I was going to be purchasing a bed. What I did not know is how well I would be informed on products, testing them out. Sales rep took the time to listen to my wife and I and met our every need, question and then some.
We are very dissatisfied with this company we are on our 3rd mattress in 5 years it keeps leaking they wont back there product we have to pay for a new one and we just had both sides replaced a year ago. Customer service was terrible I was hung up on twice and the 3rd time they claimed they couldnt find me in the system when the first 2 customer service agents had no trouble finding my account but i got disconnected i will never buy another bed from you again!!!
My wife and I have had this bed for a while now, and aren’t happy with it. We still have backaches when waking up, we still toss and turn, and we still wake up not feeling refreshed. We are getting the results of a $100 mattress, but paid thousands.We did contact the store where we purchased the bed just before the in home trial was due to end, and they talked us into keeping it to give it time. We are sorry we did that now. Just shop smart and don’t waste thousands of doallars like we did.

Horrible horrible horrible customer service! I went in to inquire and browse the pillows. I told the associate my concerns with my neck and she told me to come back when I was ready to purchase and was that it would not be in my best interest to shop until I knew exactly what I needed. I was thinking of a Christmas gift iI would tell my husband to get, once I found the right fit. She just kept telling me that I should come back when I was ready. How could I know what products they offered, if I didnt browse the selection? No wonder the store was empty of shoppers.
Two weeks ago my husband and I went into the sleep number store, picked out a bed, paid cash and were told our bed would be delivered five days later. We got a call two hours before it was supposed to be delivered and were told that the bed could no longer be delivered that day and they could not fit us in for another week. No attempt to compensate for our wait, the time I had to take off of work or for the mattress that we had already brought outside and had sitting in the snow waiting to be hauled away was made. After rescheduling, having to take another half day off of work, sleeping on a couch at 8 months pregnant while waiting for our bed to arrive, we got a call two hours into our four hour window saying THE BED COULD NOT BE DELIVERED AGAIN! We have to wait another five days to get our bed and again, no attempt to right the situation was made.If we hadnt paid with cash, and I felt like I could wait another two weeks to sleep in a bed, I would tell them to send the bed back. Horrible service, Absolutely horrible. I will never recommend Sleep Number to anyone I know. Go with a Temperpedic... you might get a bed in a reasonable time.
Our experience at the store was amazing! The lady that helped us was very helpful & helped us choose the right bed for us!! The only thing I hated was waiting a month for my bed to be delivered!!!!
Biggest purchase mistake of my life. I realize some people like these mattresses but there are just as many out there that HATE them. The thing went to my basement after a couple of months. Not even my kid liked the mattress.
