Poor all around! Placed an order, received confirmation, thought all was well. A week or so later and still no delivery so I checked the order status, only to find payment processing. Zero communication or indication that the order was unsuccessful. Customer service email is non-functional. Called the next day & spoke to Anita, who had to leave me on hold - only to come back and tell me that part of my order was out of stock. Complete lack of consideration. Cancelled my order. Buyer Beware!

I am so happy I found this place. There is a wide variety of selections, and the product I received is excellent.

Buyer beware... This company is awful!!!! Ordered 4 saffron valances and the plaids do not match!!! They are not even and strips don’t match!!! Called and no answer!!!! Never again and they are NOT cotton like stated and very different than picture shows!!! Sixty dollars down the drain and they charge restocking fee if you return curtains!!! Awful company!!!!

After searching for many months for what I wanted, I was so happy to find this shop! The website was easy to navigate and the ordering seamless. The prices were very reasonable. I found exactly what I had been searching for. Because I had some looming time deadlines, I made special shipping requests. To my great delight..my order arrived even earlier than I expected and days ahead of my timeline. But the greatest joy came from the product. The quality more than exceeded my expectation. The curtains fit perfectly and look beautiful. Guests have commented on their loveliness. I am sooo happy. I only wish Id found them sooner and made this purchase sooner. Thank you to the owner and staff for excellent customer service and a wonderful product!!

BUYER BEWARE! Appears to be a huge scam which has cost me hundreds of dollars! I ordered items on 10/6/20, cleared my account on 10/13/20 a total of $645.55. As of 11/28/20 I have received nothing. I get responses to my inquiries that it all will arrive in 3 shipments. First was going to be out by 10/30/20, second was going to be out 11/17/20. I have received no communication from this company by phone, text or email. Never again will I purchase from this company! Allyson’s Place is much better and lots more customer friendly!

Order placed on 11/15/20 and received on 12/30/20. Received an update on 11/28/20 that they were preparing to ship. Be prepared for delays. However, the curtains were exactly what we needed.

Ordered a bedskirt in wrong size. Paid $11.95 shipping. Upon arrival, realized I had ordered the wrong size and immediately returned unopened package. Paid $10 to return. When notification came of refund, company had deducted 15% restocking fee which wasn’t indicated in return policy. Cost me almost $30.00 for nothing!

I love, love, love this store. I know were in the throes of a doozie of a heat wave, but walking in here I was knee deep in fall leaves and ghosts and everything I love about fall.I just didnt know where to look first. There were tables of new Halloween items. Metal pumpkins brimming with silk flowers of deep fall colors. Rugs, runners, pillows. Something for everyone. Its a treasure, as is the staff. Super friendly and helpful. Ready to give any advice or ideas you may need. Check it out SOON. Dont want to miss out on the one of a kinds.😉

Was super excited about the curtains I ordered. Once received I followed the instructions on the tag to wash. Only to find out they had shrunk and I could no longer use them. I contacted customer service about it, for them to tell me there was nothing they could do and on their website it suggests dry cleaning them. I never saw that until after the fact.

A beautiful store that really has a way of getting you into each season as they come. There is also a great deal of every day home decor. My favorite section of this store is the flame less candle room. The ambience these candles give are so very cozy.

Honestly, Zero stars for me! Very disappointed in this stores Custimer service! I have been coming here for years, spending $$$, and bringing my friends from IL spending $$$. I purchased a snowman that hangs on their posts that you can change year round. 2 months after it was on the post, the bottom part of the snowman just fell off. It looks like the wood glue gave out, possibly wasn’t enough, or the wood was defective. You can see it on the wood where it fell off. I went to return or hope for some sort of credit towards a new one and all I got was a sorry, cant help you. I spend hundreds every time I would go there. Not anymore. It was a $50-$60 item. They offered me a 10% discount after I made it clear how disappointing it was. Not enough! The item was defective, send it back to your manufacturer or eat the loss. It seems that when I went to view their website, the ownergets A LOT of negative reviews. I don’t normally post reviews, but this one truly got to me. Won’t be shopping there anymore.

I bought curtain panels here for my patio door. They are nice for the price. (Its impossible to find authentic country patterns these days.) My only trouble was the washing instructions. DO NOT MACHINE WASH these! The tag says they are machine washable --- well thats not true if you want to keep them as they come. I lost 2 inches following the directions on the tag. Ironing helped, but despite my efforts they are still too short and non-returnable after washing. They recommend dry cleaning to preserve color and minimize shrinkage. Please, please...just say dry clean only.

Beyond disappointing. We ordered certain curtain panels and were waiting for about ten days. I called to follow up on our purchase only to be told the item was discontinued. They claimed they emailed me but no such email arrived in my box. I found a similar panel and replaced the order which was the same amount of money. Eleven days later I still did not have the panel. I called again and the same older woman told me it still had not shipped. I called three days later to cancel the order. She refused to give me a cancellation number via email. Pulling the order was enough protocol she said. Meanwhile, I find out I was charged immediately on the initial order that was deemed discontinued. She said she would refund. I see above in yet another poor review that a refund will be a long process if at all. I would never shop here again. The website states that all items will ship within three to five business days.The woman was not only unprofessional with her help, she did not care one bit that their product was merely sitting. Unprofessional.

I am a return customer. I loved the quality of my curtains and the ease of ordering and how quickly I receive my items. It is a measure doing business with this vendor.

Very disgusted with this company! I don’t know how they are in person but to order online there is absolutely no communication what so ever. They said an email of what was ordered and a bill of sale then that’s it. No other communication....I ordered back on the 24th of November, and still haven’t received my items. I don’t even know if they’ve been shipped or what they’re doing. They never wasted any time taking the money from my account but in no rush what-so-ever to send out my order!

Love the decor choices if you cant find something its your own fault. Love all the little rooms you go thru & all Christmas things will be out by end of October so going back again for ideas!

Worst customer service! Lady was super rude and prioritized doing shipment over checking on if she could discount a display. We were told displays are not discounted because the owner doesnt do that...terrible business practice. Overall way over priced merchandise other local retailers offer and very rude!

I received a $10 off $75 coupon before Christmas. I drove an hour to Appleton store only to be told coupon was on-line only. Check out person read email and did not see any distinction of online only either. She checked with manager only to be told it only applies to online only. Customer service was terrible by manager. Will not shop at store again.

Lady didnt even have the heat on, she was running around in a coat and didnt let me use her restroom. I asked, do you have a bathroom?, and she flat out said no! Not a, sorry, not, its out of order, & very cheap tacky 90s decor. Cold like this review, dont waste your time folks!
