I was greeted by a representative who was not in a good mood and not amenable to providing adequate customer service. However, after turning my car in, another representative took over and he did a great job in conveying me his helpfulness. He went over the multi-point inspection sheet with me pointing out individual checks. I really appreciate that and would encourage for that to happen each time I visit. Great service but it needs to be kept up consistently!

I have consistently had poor service at Bergstrom. I avoid all the locations when I can. Too bad as they he is the big player in the Fox Valley.
I went thru the auto buying service at my bank for the first time. He set up my test drive. At the dealer it went very smooth and the agents were all courteous and made sure I knew them and how they were involved in purchasing my car. A few days later i purchased the car and came in and everything went very smooth with transferring ownership of my old car and the new one. They made sure they went over where everything was located in my new car and if I had any other questions. Someone called a few days later to see if I had any other questions/concerns. The whole thing was a great experience and I got my Nissan again.
Although I have not gotten my car back yet I felt the need to leave a review before hand because of the excellent service. Friday I had a problem with my car so I called bergstrom nissan in Oshkosh to see if I could get it in to be looked at. I was going to be out of town that weekend and would need to have it looked at on Monday. Tony Roskams answered the phone and told me he would get there early on Monday so I could get to work by 7am (they don’t open till 7). This morning I pulled in at 6:45 and as soon as I pulled up the door opened to let me in. There was Tony who speedily got me in and out the door, later on when I thought I might need a car because they had to order a part and mine wouldn’t be ready for me Tony again saved the day and helped me out. He was polite friendly and all around made this otherwise hectic experience into a nice and easy one. He is a great asset to your company, and should be recognized. Also one of your mechanics explained everything that happened to my car in a very easy to understand way. I did not catch his name although he deserves to be awarded for his friendliness and way of simplifying terms to make them more understandable. Overall it has been a great experience, thank you for having some great employees!
I came in for a oil change and air filter. I left the dealership and noticed that my right mirror was hanging by the electrical cable. I came back to the dealership and we were not able to determine how it happened. The dealership was very kind and said they would take care of the replacement which includes ordering the part, painting to match, and installation. Thats customer service!!!!!!
Came in to get some brake line work done as well as an oil change. They were very friendly and very direct with me throughout the whole process. They are also great with follow-up work, and I would definitely recommend them.

Incredibly rude on the phone. I dont have any cotrol over who your answering service transfers me to when my dealership is closed but that does not give you the excuse to be rude and condescending.Will not be spending my money with you.
