Apparently they don’t follow their own store hours. I reached at 6:45 PM to pickup an online order but the guy behind sales counter won’t open locked door and just signaled me to leave. I think not valuing your customer’s time is very bad service.

They were the rudess people there. Wouldnt take my return there. Said there not part of the chain. They replyed back at me. WHAT EVER. That is not customer service. They shoud be fired

Apparently when they dont feel like answering the phone they just hang up the line without even answering. This isnt the first time this has happend here either. Its one long time employee that continually does it and I even confronted him about it years ago and he laughed. Pretty terrible service.
