Just the best buying experience in my 56 years of purchasing vehicles. The sales rep Jonnathan was outstanding during and after sale. I would recommend Dealer Services every time. Uber is partnered with these people and when you rent cars from them, you have to pay them 20.00 for tolls. They have not reimbursed my husband his money and its been 2 months. We called Uber and they told us to contact them and we reached out but they never responds

Rented a car out from this place. Spoke to Kristie hours before I arrived not once did she mention anything was wrong with the car. Once I arrived I filed out the paperwork then got the car and the side mirror was broke so I couldn’t see the cars on my passenger side and the car was dirty. I needed the car to Lyft but wasn’t able to get it approved due to this. I returned the car within 30 minutes and asked for a full refund. I received my refund for the car within 3-5 business days but was never issued my refund for tolls that I prepaid for and never used. Again I talked to Kristie on July 27,2020 and she stated she would refund me for the tolls. It’s not August 26,2020 and still haven’t received my refund for the tolls. I wouldn’t do any business with this place again.

My boyfriend bought a vehicle here and put $5000 down on a $9000 car. He was told the lien was sold to a credit union but was not told the lien was sold back. Because of this he “missed” his payment the vehicle was repo’d. They put GPS on the cars as well. We called to make a payment so he could get the car back. He was told he would not be getting the car back unless he paid for it all over again. The lien details were misrepresented by this dealership. Do not do business with this dealership. They will keep the full down payment and refuse the opportunity to bring the account into good standing. They are after your deposit.

After looking all over for several weeks- just going from dealership to dealership- I could not find anything that was a good value, reasonably priced, and in good mechanical condition- until I came across the Dealer Services website!! I called about a black chevy truck but a really nice Honda Accord caught my eye and it was everything I was looking for and then some! Extremely satisfied customer so far. The sales people were nice, not pushy and I walked out just a couple hours after making my decision with the keys in hand.

I got a 2013 Nissan Sentra from them and honestly I’m glad I did my car runs smooth. Owner is a blunt person and he don’t care he let me take it to pep boys to get the car checked before I buy it and everything and honestly I’ve had some bad car experiences such as blown transmission, transmission slipping, and buy bad cash cars. It was only 700 down and the payment are not bad at all. So I strongly recommend .

I bought a car from Dealer Services back in February of 2017 and soon later, I lost my job. For nearly 4 months, Ive been struggling to make payments and keep insurance but Sandy has been great to me, very patient and understanding, she deals with payments and other financial services. Now that I have a full time job, I was planning on getting my payments back on track. When I awoke on July 1st to get the car cleaned, I noticed the car wasnt in the parking lot. So I called dealer services to work out a partial payment plan to catch up on what is owed but the owner told me that once the car is repossessed, I cant get it back. I think that is BS. I do appreciate Sandy a lot, she really tried to help. If you go to Dealer Services please make sure that you understand there terms and conditions. There were other issues with the car also, after I drove off the lot back in February but I managed to fix them myself. The payments are high. $700 down, over $300 a month. A higher down payment doesnt change the monthly payment.

Yesterday was an awesome day. My husband went to dealer services on Monday morning and was looking at getting a 2012 Chevy Cruze, but there was somethings that needed to be fix. Well yesterday my husband and I went back and there was another cruze that was ready and much better Than the first one we looked at. Well David is the man. He was so nice, down to earth salesman. A scam. Cars are ridiculously overpriced. Finance does not add up. Was told all cars were the same monthly payment which is close to $400 for a car with high mileage, and a low blue book value. They are only friendly until you ask questions about the process, then they switch their entire demeanor. 11,000 car ended up being 23000 which could get you a 2018 from a real dealership. I asked the salesperson for a breakdown of the finance calculations, and his response was Im not a math person I dont know. Very shady practices, such a waste of time. I feel that my race impacted the service I received. The finance guy was not friendly or helpful. BEWARE!!!! Very unprofessional, and they are scam artists. Take your service elsewhere!!! Was told credit cars is a better option!!! Payment packing scam, which is 100% illegal. Will report to the better business bureau.

My purchase at this dealership was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car. The salesperson Les was so helpful and polite. The buying process was quick and I was in and out in less than a hour and a half. I would definitely buy from this dealership again!

Drove from miami too look at a 2015 corolla this dealer had listed online. I made john aware that i am in a rush too buy a car & I will be bringing my brother who is a mechanic with me, soo to let me know if there is any issues with this car. John explained too me that he is the manager of this car dealership & he personally drove this car for weeks & there is no issues. After my long drive too the dealer John welcomes us. John hands us the key we go too the start the car COMPLETELY DEAD. John said the car needs a jump cause someone left the light on we said ok not a problem after 10 minutes of trying too start the car jt finally started but I heard a loud banging sound which my brother said was the engine. Thank you for wasting my time John beware folks, shady business full of liesSTAY AWAY!!!

Me and my wife went almost 2 hour drive to see these people that had a truck for sale we loved the truck and the sale went great paid cash for it 6230$ but after 25 days we still have not got our tag when we called the guy we talk to said he was the owner of the place we then ask him if they mailed out our tag at frist he said he could not fine the transaction when he did fine it he said he was going to have to research and find out whats going I then ask him on but the temporary tag expires in 4 days his exact words to me was GOD DAM!!! Like I was a bother to him asking some questions he then keep over talking me and hetting loud on the phone with us I told him all I wanted to know was if they cant figure it out in 4 days can we get another temp tag he then yelled and said to us I AM NOT BREAKING THE LAW FOR YOU.frist of all I dont know that all I know is I cant dribe my new truck in 4 days because you did not give me or mail me a tag in 30 days that we paid for ...........please be Warn these people are nice and friendly until they get there money after that they really dont care anymore was even going to buy another vehicle from them at the 1st of the year because yes the sale went good but after that qent down hill fast.....not doing any business with them ever!!!!

Went in for my first time hoping to become a first time car buyer they financing with the bank, the white 2011 Chevy traverse caught my eye and Jonathan gave me the run around saying I was approved by the bank to finance and then I called again to check up and he ended up saying I was approved but I wasnt approved for the amount of a traverse . Then went in again 3weeks later & talked another dealer and I told them the car I was looking for the first time I came in and he looked up my approved amount of 10,000 by the bank and told me I only needed 1,500 down to drive off with the traverse I was looking at but Jonathan sold it last week to someone ( I came in 3 weeks prior ) with my 1,500 down that day !!!! You can say he ONLY cared about commission and not worried about who wanted a car they fell in love with. Wouldnt recommend talking to Jonathan at all and Im surprised the owner let him, let there costumers down in a unprofessional manner ! Oh and I was told they would order another one and call me and well its been 2 months already and Im so in love with the traverse I waited 2 months till this day for a call and called again and no answer .

After purchasing my car few months ago, they told me to come and get a free oil change after purchasing my car. I came to get my oil changed, great service and welcomed!

We went here got a Kia it was very easy and great customer service. Larry really did what ever he could to help get us on the road. Very Friendly.

I got a Santa Fe and the check engine light came on while test driving the car. Of course the mechanic fixed the issue but really what was done was the computer was reset by taking the battery cables off for a few seconds and then put back on...presto, no check engine light. The car ended up stalling out. I had it towed to the dealership where they then told me its a crack coil harness. I asked why this wasnt addressed before it was put on the lot for sale. Smh long story I havent had the car for a good week and obviously its a lemon. Going back today to get money back and look elsewhere. I went as a referral, Im suggesting all to save yourself time and headaches. Keep looking

The week before Thanksgiving I totaled my car on the way to work. After receiving very little from my insurance company and using the majority of that money to pay off bills I didnt have a lot to put down on a new car. On top of that I have tried to buy 2 vehichles from 2 different dealerships and was rejected because of mediocre credit and a low down payment. A friend had recently bought a car from Les and told me to go see him. He hooked me up with a very nice used car for less than what I expected and still kept some money in my pocket after allowing me to only put a grand down. Ive been riding around for close to a month now and had zero issues with my new ride. Thanks for the help buddy!

I saw their ad on FB and decided to check them out and I couldnt believe their ad matched what they put on FB... If you need a ride you need to drive by and take a look. NO BS and NO Games I just put 700 down and I was on my way...

I have bought two cars from this dealership, and even tho I am giving it a total thumbs down, my first experience was just the opposite, I would have given given a 5 star Or better if possible). BUT things change, what a contrast! Both cars I purchased were as this type of deal generally is, sold with no warranty, I accept that. The first car I purchased, developed transmission trouble in less than two months, a transmission shop said it was an inherent defect in several Honda models and would require a rebuild at $1500 which I didnt have. Went back to Dealer Services who arranged to have a shop repair it at their cost ($750), and added it on time to my monthly payments, with no interest! Move forward two years, decided to trade up, and went back because of my excellent experience. The car I chose had AC problems, and they gave a we-owe to repair that as part of the purchase arrangement. They recharged the AC, put dye in it, and said to bring it back if it stopped cooling. It did, but I was out of town, called them and they said to bring it back when I returned. They now had a new service manager that didnt even answer my calls for over a week, until I contacted the business office. He said I had waited too long and would have to pay for the repairs. After checking, declared the compressor bad and charged $500. Within 2 miles, AC quit, went back, and he said was probably something else, after checking, said was debris in lines from failed compressor (didnt purge?), after a few days same thing, took it back now he says that he should have replaced the cleaner/dryer and capillary, but didnt to save me money, now another $400 charge, and I learned that by not doing it to begin with, voided the warranty on compressor. (checked on internet, whole job done correctly should have been $650-750). Went to talk to business manager (also new), he berated me for interrupting his lunch without even test driving the car, and after a heated discussion, (I wanted the job re-done correctly with all new parts for $750, including the $500 already paid, he said he would do it for time and material about $1200) called me a deadbeat, tore up the bill, and told me to get out and never come back! What a difference. The AC is now not cooling properly again, and I have no choice but to go somewhere else and pay all over.

This company knows how to make the exterior of their cars look amazing but mechanically they have a book of hidden problems take your money elsewhere if you want a reliable car

They dont care about you or getting you in a car all they care about is your money. I bought a car from them got into a little pinch got a month behind and they came and got it. I called to see what I needed to do to get it back and all I got was an attitude from the receptionist then her boss got on the phone and cussed me and told me that I took advantage of him and he didnt want my fn money because I put too many miles on my car. I have kids in Illinois and went to see them for the holidays which was 1000 miles each way. If Im making payments on something I dont think it should matter how many miles I put on it! I wont recommend anyone go there!

Biggest rip off dealer! Take your money to a certified used car dealer. These people took my truck from a repair shop that I sent to for transmission work, they assumed that I wasnt going to get my truck because of the outrageous bill I received, so they decided to repo it. Not to mention my payment for the truck was not even 30 days late. Never once did anyone call me to explain anything. Asked why I never received a collection call or a repo letter, I was told its my truck and I can do whatever I like. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! After investing over 7k, with less than a year to go to payoff, they decided they wanted to take it and make more of a profit with someone else.

Fix my car great staff and very helpful

WARNING-dealer service is a big thief. they sold me a freaking lime. i bought the car with the check engine light on and les lying manipulating self promise even if i buy the car they will have to fix the problem. the car had two codes that would not go away after i took the car back to them twice and they claimed they changed the parts. the first time i took the car to them rodger disconnect the check engine bulb to make me think they fix the problem. how can you fix the problem if same symptoms showing. now the car is not driving at all and i was told by several mechanics the car seem like it have internal problems. no body never want to touch the car. Im reporting this company to the State Attorney general, better business bureau and the dmv. if my credit going to get total so will this dealer reputation. i should contact the news people also. by the way the car cost $8000 and with interest 12,000. smh only the bank got robbed. who ever come cross this with bad experience from them file a complaint with the sources above some people want jeopardize their credit and money.

They dont work with u all they want is ur money....i paid a down deposit an my car payment in less than 30 days.
