I’ve called twice this place for them to check my car as they have “good reviews”. The two times I’ve arrived to the place, the person in the front counter tells me that I don’t have an appointment. That’s completely false as I called and set them with at least a week in advance. He doesn’t even ask if we can work something. Just “there’s no way I can do that today” when I Did have an appointment. Probably a sign to avoid the place. The lack of organization and deference should be a sign of of lack professionalism. Avoid if possible.
