This is just a really good auto repair shop. I service not only my car but also the cars of my wife and son. The staff is always polite and considerate. Good afternoon, I really liked the service in Apopka Auto Repair, the car is rare and it was difficult to find specialists even in large cities. They do everything well, have a nice office, everything is sterile. The mechanics explained many of the nuances of the car, the master consultant was always in touch and sent photos in the messenger of problem areas. I usually spend a lot of time making my vehicle fixed in car repair services, but this time it was very quick. No hesitation and useless conversations, they do everything instantly and notify you as soon as they finish.

Took my Neon into have a leaking water pump replaced, in the process of doing this the timing belt was replaced too (as usual). This was suppose to stop a leak and prevent the car from over heating. The day I get the car back I go on a long drive only to have the car over heat again. I take it back and they tell me it’s not the pump and not there issue, I can pay for a diagnostic fee if I want to know why it’s over heating. Save yourself the energy and go to a dealership. They will tell you want is totally wrong with the car and give you the option to repair it correctly the first time. As it is, I’ll never go back there again and have to take my car to a Dodge dealership for correct repairs.

I only visited this service a week ago, but I really liked the result of the work. They not only fixed all the breakdowns but also checked most of the machine parts for any kind of problems.

I cant say enough about this shop. Ive been dealing with a crunch and chirpping sound in my car for a year and no place Ive been to could figure it out( I was even told at one place just to turn up my radio so I wouldnt hear it) . Apopka Auto Repair figured it out and fixed it same day. I am now crunch and chirp free They are incredibly kind, the waiting room is beyond clean and they are very trustworthy. Ive taken my car her a couple of times and each time I leave satisfied. O first learned about this place from Amazon he came highly recommended and I can see why. The staff is great and so is the service but also the price is reasonable which is a godsend. They are my absolute go to for all my car problems but they also the place I go just to get a simple oil change. Thats how much I love them. I wish I could give them 10 stars

Love this place. I stopped in there around 9am ish this morning and explained the issue I was having with the steering wheel and other electric issues. The mechanics were very professional and extremely well educated. They took the time to really get into the the vehicle and the computer. They are very good at explaining the issues and providing a solution where I understood. They then were able to order the part I needed and have it delivered that day to the shop. Once it arrived they fixed the issue gave me a great deal on labor costs and I was out in time to head to work. The lady at the front desk is very professional and fun to talk to. She seems to be a great addition to your team.I highly recommend this location. I will of course be having my fiance bring his vehicle in and I will also be telling my friends and family about this place as well.

Apopka Auto Repair was highly recommended to me by a neighbor for his honest, punctual and professionalism but I have yet received or seen that. They dont return calls. Dont know y the lady that answer phone works there she doesnt know nothing or do nothing seem like they trained her just take say i will call you back nothing punctual or professional about this place.

Very professional and honest. My Transit was having AC problems took it to them referred by my neighbor. They whole shop is a class act professional and eager to help, took my van in right away diagnosed the issue gave me an estimate and had it fixed in a few hours. I would highly recommend you bring your auto here for repairs. Hopefully they work on old trucks, my 1976 Jeep J10 needs all new front suspension work just waiting on the estimate, will only trust them to do it right. This place is great!

This is the place. You know how you are always looking for an honest mechanic, especially when your new car warranty runs out. You know how tired you get from going on the dealership elevator rides every time you get one of their free oil changes. I received great service from Apopka Auto Repair at a fair price. The heart of my tree service is using my 2010 F550 diesel bucket truck. It didnt start or ran terrible if it would even start. After spending $$$$ around town...still no start no power and no work for me and my crew. Last week i came up behind SuperWalmart and seen Apopka Auto Repair right on the corner. I am so happy I limped old diesel up there. Before we knew it we were fixed up and driving out with a smile (less than 2 days! While looking around for a shop to fix my cars unknown issue, Alex, the office manager from apopka auto reached out to me after I posted to a local page for reliable shops. After dropping my car I was called just after 8 AM to be told the estimates of work, and if they proceed it should be done by lunch time. They estimated an hour and a half to find the wiring issue, and then a couple more to fix another issue. I was called before 10 AM and told my car was ready for pick up! Not only did they find the issue, but completed everything in just an hour and a half! They even took off the diagnostic fee since they also repaired the car! Great customer service, the mechanic AJ I spoke to also was very professional, and they more than exceeded my expectations with timing and price!

Amazing, honest and low priced professional business. Ive been educated of the importance when taking care of my vehicles properly since 2011. A.J. is the owner and has saved parts to visually explain the problem with my vehicles. Eric is a gentleman and always willing to help figure out any questions I have. The receptionist is Angela and she has always been kind and prompt in getting prices and answers to me. They have helped me repair my vehicles, replace manufactory faulty parts as a courtesy, repaired body work and painting in an accident, helped me sell my vehicles and guided me in purchasing new vehicles.

Two words: VERY HAPPY!!!!! An oil leak was discovered during an oil change while my car was at the dealership. They couldnt tell me where the leak was coming from, and they were booked the rest of the day. I had to make another appt. to bring my car back. The earliest appt. was a week later, and I would have to pay a diagnostic fee to find out where the leak was coming from. I learned about Apopka Auto Repair thru a friend, and decided to take my car to them. They told me right away that the leak was coming from the head gasket. They replaced both head gaskets, and recommended that this might be a good time to replace the spark plugs. Since my car had over 134,000 miles, and never had the plugs replaced, I told them to go ahead. I was able to get a couple of other things done, and a lot less than what the dealer was going to charge me. Everyone was Fantastic, Friendly, and very helpful. Kudos to a job well done.

What can I say. I finally found a shop lead by genuine people and fair prices. Got my tires and rims done as well as oil change and couldnt be happier. Everybody is super nice abd friendly abd AJ knows his stuff. He build up this shop on his own I believe 12 years ago. That should tell you something.

My husband and I have been taking our car thats not under warranty to Apopka Auto Repair for several years. I have found AJ to be honest and reliable. Once in a while I may have to call back because hes swamped with work (which speaks to how much others like his work) but we continue to bring our car to him because we can trust him and he does very good work. For me, the trust issue is #1. Because Im the one who usually takes our cars to the auto repair, like most women, Ive had many shops in the past try to do unscrupulous things...ask any woman you know, we can tell. I take our car - and our grown son takes his - because AJ does very good work and hes always treated us with honesty and professionalism.

Great bunch, Still love you guys but next time dont listen to my diagnosis, DONT LISTEN TO ME well most of the time because I feel really dumb now lolI suggested looking at the compressor because the rear view mirror was shaking when the compressor kicked on so after replacing a fan $400+ turned out it was the $20 mirror attachment that was shaking.

It was over priced, would never tell anyone to take there car there .they charged me 1110.00 dollar to put a fuel pump in my 1998 jeep, they raised there parts50 percent higher than they cost plus charged me 380 in labor.dont go there, will rip you off.i did not request my Jeep to be done in a hurry that is why I had my friend Gary picking it up,that is why I brought him with me,you are making things up,and also check with to other shop in town that said you over priced the fuel pump and tank cover

Worst place to take your car. AJ charged 745 dollars to replace an alternator for it to quit working 5 months later. Then didn’t want to honor his work. Never again and will tell everyone I know not to go there!!!

Receptionist says they can do all kinds of things that they cant do. I even spoke to AJ and asked him specifically if he had a Mercedes computer and he said yes. But when I brought it in to put it on the computer to diagnose the problems, I got charged $50 for a list of all the new things that I had just replaced on the vehicle. He did nothing with error codes because he doesnt know what they are because he doesnt have a Mercedes computer.I disputed the charge with my bank. Im not paying any amount of $ to be told all the things I just replaced on my car. (DUH!)

I have a 2014 R Line Beetle Turbo, prior to that I had an 08 Jetta and both have been serviced at Apopka Auto Repair. My A/C broke on the Jetta and VW was quoting me around $1300-$1500 and Apopka Auto Repair was able to replace my A/C for less, which was much more affordable for my pocket. They also serviced me with full synthetic oil changes and my car ran perfectly fine with over 100k miles on it until I traded it in for the Beetle. NOW with my Beetle I had it for a little over a year, one morning it completely died on me, I had it towed to Apopka Auto and AJ checked out the engine, he told me that my gasket blew and might need to be entirely replaced and other parts that have to deal with the oil and it should be covered under warranty. So I towed it to VW and after a week of diagnosing they declared it was the gasket and they were charging me over $8,000.00. AJ reassured me that it should be covered under warranty, he inspected it himself. So needless to say I put up a fight with VW for a couple of weeks. AJ gave me paper work supporting his diagnoses and provided me with oil change invoices that I provided to VW and after 2months with out a car, VW fixed it under warranty!! So Apopka Auto saved me $8,000.00 and a returning customer! A BIG THANK YOU! They know their cars!!!

Cant vouch for actual work done, BUT called them about my sons Kia that had a timing belt break causing engine damage. My son had it taken to a shop in Eustis that I dont think understood foreign cars with interference engines. In an effort to try to decide if the car was worth repairing I spent a lot of time talking with AJ and his wonderful receptionist in person and on the phone.AJ could have easily suggested having it brought in and having him do the work. He instead pointed out how it would not be cost effective to have it towed in and repaired or having it repaired period. His patience and ability to explain things in an easily understood way were excellent well beyond any mechanic Ive dealt with in the past. I could see the shop was well organized and space utilized efficiently.Since that visit and several phone calls I havent had the need to have work done but I do now so Ill be talking to them about their availability.

I cant really say how good they are..I went in to fix my car and they told me that they will email me with the cost of the job..they never did..I call a few times and they keep saying that they will call me or email me..is been 3 weeks and no call or emai..judging by that I dont think they are honest or responsible...
