Pretty crowded on any day. This is the only facility on area where they sell new builder grade paints.

Excellent service and products at the Apex Sherwin-Williams shop just off RT 64 close to the Apex Costco. This will be our go-to paint and painting supply store in the future. Both gentleman working there on 03/24/21, Paul and Frank, were knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient.

Don’t shop at this store. I came in to ask for pigment to darken my deck stain. The manager was not happy to help, kept me waiting for quite some time while he was ‘tinting’ it. Then acted like it was all fixed. I realized when I got home he had faked the whole thing. Don’t trust this store or manager. No excuse for it.

Lots of color choices, they can match anything, reasonable size samples. I have a great Dane and 4 parrots (large macaws) which means I wash my walls way more than the average person. SW paint holds up to my constant scrubbing! When I do have to do the occasional touch-up, the left over paint mixes up well and matches whats on the walls. No fading!

These guys are great. They have a paint additive that makes the smell of paint go away its really cool check it out if you can.. Would be great when painting a childs room especially.

Staff knew the products and helped me make a good decision on the right paint for my project. Staff were polite and quick to assist me. The paint was just what my new sewing room needed.

Mad disrespectful!If I could give this less than 1 star I would, manager Micheal was rude and saying things behind our back meanwhile he wasn’t busy and just sitting around.

Absolutely rude, understaffed, and impersonal service. I was not even acknowledged when I walked into the door and preferencial service was given to the men. Paul, one of the paint specialists, was too busy and blew me off when I needed to ask a simple question. They wont be getting my business.
