I watched them deny someone the Covid19 shot yesterday morning. They claimed that the people would have to go online and schedule an appointment...yet nobody was in line. They could have easily have given them the shot, wait the 15 minutes to make sure no after effects. But no, they turned it down.

I just started going to this Walgreens and have only been in here a few times but each time Ive been here and looked around the makeup and cosmetics sections, an amazing employee named Kay has greeted me. I RARELY ever meet a retail employee as nice and helpful as her. I dont know what she makes but she needs a big bonus or a raise because she knows exactly where to find the things Im looking for and actually uses the products, so shes able to tell me what her favorites are. She is so incredibly sweet and makes me feel good every time I see her. She is just a joy to talk to.I always have trouble finding a good foundation because I have fine lines and acne scars, and she helped me find the PERFECT foundation. It was the foundation that she was wearing and I liked the way it looked, so I asked her about it and she showed me exactly where it was and helped me pick a shade that matched. I was not able to test it in the store but I tried it when I got home and I love it! I attached a photo in case anyone is interested in the foundation I chose.Seriously though, Kay needs a raise. She is a diamond in the rough in the retail industry. Everyone Ive interacted with in this store has been really nice but Kay just makes my day when I visit this location.

Will not be using this pharmacy again. Unsure if drive thru pharmacist is new or just not correctly trained on how to take insurance and give out correct information. Also while waiting in line inside store, you can clearly hear pharmacists openly gossiping/complaining about customers. Very unprofessional.

This place is soooooooo horrible for covid tests. I mean dont get me wrong, the people there do their job just fine while they administered the test but once it gets to a lab I think thats when the people who shouldnt be working there take over. Apparently the lab is some of the slowest human beings on the planet and a very simple covid test can take them up to 7 days. Im not sure if its because they are learning aboits learning about chemistry and stuff as they try to conduct the tests or if theyre just simply not intelligent enough to be able to perform such an incredibly simple its literally simple test in a decent amount of time period period And dont get me started on the app that you have to sign up for…. It demands fingerprint access which you have to cancel every single time, it logs you out after about 2 minutes lol. I would rather go to a homeless person with a take home vcovid test thank go here again. It just floors me that in this day and age people can actually keep their job even though they are beyond horrible at it

I recently got the flu vaccine from this location and I regret receiving it from the pharmacist. She was the only pharmacist on shift and was rushing, as there were a lot of other people wanting either flu vaccine or COVID vaccine. When she administered the vaccine she struck a nerve and now my shoulder and neck is in pain. Ive never had this much pain from any previous flu immunizations before. Word to the wise, dont get vaccinated when you see the person giving out vaccines is in a rush.

Terrible scheduling and they make it impossible to schedule an appointment. Horrible communication between their schedulers and staff. Dont go there unless you want to waste your time!!

Poor scheduling but probably couldnt schedule no budget, the Friday before Easter. I stood in line for 25 min with only one cashier (a new one at that) with 9 people in line I was the 7th person 25 minutes. Not cool!!!! Glad i didnt have ice cream. I do not blame the cashier she was very friendly and patient with the no help she had. I blame Walgreens corporate with their no budget do more with less attitude.

Just had my entire $61 order voided out because the cashier couldnt comprehend that the toys I was buying which said they were buy two get one free are actually buy two get one free. She thought that because the UPC codes were different that the other items which were all named the exact same thing and look exactly the same were not buy two get one after discussing it and arguing about it and asking her to just void out the whole transaction and give me my money back the manager came up and validated that what I said was true. Unbelievable that that lady wouldnt even bother to ask versus just charging me and not a Consulting a managers and she clearly doesnt understand how the Walgreens sales work. Thanks for wasting 25 minutes of time!

I WENT TO WALGREENS YESTERDAY ON 55 W APACHE TRAIL IN APACHE JUNCTION. I had to send a letter via Fed Ex. I had the letter in a plain regular envelope with the Fed Ex label attached to it it was about 4pm on December 28 2020. The lady who worked there said the back of the envelope had to be taped. I asked her if she had any tape,, she said NO. So, I went back home and taped it all up. My step son took it back to Walgreens and now that lady says she cant accept it, it has to be in a Fed Ex Envelope. She was so rude, really couldnt believe Walgreens having an employee like that. I asked Fed Ex about this and they said it does not have to be in a Fed Ex envelope as long as the Fed Ex label is attached. Are you kidding me, she did not even get that right!! So, now today we have to try to get these important papers sent out.. I want to warn everyone not to use Walgreens for a Fed Ex place. I loved this Walgreens until now, I am thinking I will just go to CVS for medical stuff and Office Max for Fed Ex shipments.

Ive used Walgreens Pharmacy forever and had no problems. However, the, Idaho location in Apache Junction is a different story. I cant remember a good experience with any of the pharmacists. They make me feel like Im bothering them. (This doesnt include any of the other employees. They are always pleasant and helpful). I should have switched to somewhere else long ago.

Worst experience with their onsite physician. She refused to give my child vaccinations, refusing to accept my insurance although clearly stated they accept my insurance but claimed my insurance requires us to see primary physician which is a lie. I had the insurance company on the phone ready to talk to her and she refused to speak with them and told me I dont understand how this works and if I want to pay cash she will gladly give her the shots. Theyre contracted with my insurance company. Its obviously personal and very unprofessional.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens always seems to have what I need.- They’ve never once turn me away.- My prescription are always ready before the estimated wait time.- The staff is friendly and helpful.They save my butt when the CVS less than a mile away lack basic customer needs.Thank you Walgreens

The pharmacist, Rich, was extremely helpful. He went way above and beyond to try and help us get the immunization my niece, who is recently living with me, needed. They were the only pharmacy out of the 5 I called that even had the immunization in stock and he was very patient while I tried to gather all the I formation he needed and did everything he could to help the process including calling the doctor himself. He is amazing!!!! Thank you!!!!

Super customer service! I was looking for a specific makeup in a particular brand. I couldnt find it; but a woman in charge of this deptartment approached me and directed me to my item! Plus she answered questions about a new eyebrow product for me! I loved it and bought it too! She asked me if Id like emails, and I gave her mine. When i was leaving, she handed me a beautifully wrapped gift i love! I learned how to get points toward $ off! Super customer service, & who doesnt like a FREE GEORGEOUS GIFT!?!

Always have given me such a hassle just to pick up prescriptions. Very rude. Would not release a prescription to me, told me the medication was going to cause the death of my baby or birth defects, when it was prescribed to save the baby from miscarriage. Had to call the doctor, the doctor had to personally call them. I went back and tried to pick up they said sorry and apparently didnt know why they would tell me something like that. A short time later tried to get a refill on medication and was told it couldnt get covered because the insurance had the wrong birthday for me and I was a Male. The guy laughed and hung up. I called insurance and everything was correct called them back was just told they dont know why I was told that the hung up on me.

Very helpful. Recently relocated and had to have my prescriptions transferred. They transferred them and never missed a beat. Very happy with this Walgreens!

I fell like the era of modern times is finally here, I just dumped CVS. I MEAN THEY HAD MY MEDS READY BEFORE I GAVE THEM MY INSURANCE CARD, LESS THEN AN HOUR AFTER MY DR. APPOINTMENT!!! At CVS ....Tic...tic....tic......tic

I use to use this Walgreens a lot. But after they put a new medium on Idaho Road, it was easier to drive to the Southern & Ironwood location.Nice clean store, well stocked with a friendly staff. I still stop here at times for DVD Movies. They carry a large collection of movies from $4.99 to $6.99.Also a 24 hour store, I tend to go there if I have a sleepless night in order to check out DVD Movies & Close Out Items.Store is open 24 hours but the Pharmacy keeps different hours. They also have a Health Clinic thats very reasonable on charges.

Store was clean, however out of stock of items specifically went to that store for. Getting out of the parking lot was a bit difficult. On previous visit flu shot was recieved, staff very courteous and pleasant.

Friendly, welcoming, smells good, and has most of the things I need for a good day. Red Box too. Good sells and coupons. Eat, Drink, live

I moved from Missouri to Arizona and the pharmacy went above and beyond to help me I cant thank you enough. The people in Arizona have been awesome and pleasant. I am not used to that. Every Walgreens need to be like this one in Arizona. My family goes to Frys, I tried Frys and due to Corporate policy they were not able to help me. Went to Walgreens and it was no problem. Thank you very much!

Stopped off at this walgreens after having a horrible experience at the one down the road.their staff was eager to help, very friendly, complete opposite of what i experienced at the other location.got what i came in for quick and easy and left the store happy. sticking with this location from now on.

My wife suffers from tremors, so when she went in to the store she was treated as a addict by Mac Haclamore who claimed to be management. I later found out that Eric was Manager of that store. I spoke to corporate about the situation and Eric called me, but nothing was done about it ..All I know is that I sent my wife to the store for water and she came home in tears ...Shame on you Walgreens youve list our business for life.

Denied a valid prescription, they laughed at me when I hobbled out in severe pain HERE AT MERIDIAN. Went to Sossoman store and they filled the script but even seemed to care. Why do I have to drive to find good employees in the evenings.

I went in to the health clinic and the practitioner was just amazing! Alene R Frycek APN was her name she was very helpful and worked with me to find a low cost prescription I would highly recommend her!!!

This location is pretty fantastic. I have been shopping here for well over a decade. I moved away for a few years and recently moved back to AJ to discover the same friendly faces still working there. I went in today to have some photos scanned/printed and recognized the photo tech, Lauren, from YEARS ago. She was a huge help and I was headed back home in less than ten minutes. I also overheard her helping a woman whose photo book had come apart at the binding and Lauren offered to just redo the book all over again before the customer even asked. I love this location a lot for many reasons but the level of customer service and satisfaction is what always stands out in my mind.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I walked into the store and went directly to the front register to buy an item there on August 13 around 5pm. I was the only customer in sight. I saw 3 different employees within eyesight, all did not attempt to make contact for about a minute and a half. Instead, every one of them asked each other to go up there. Finally, someone seemed to be arriving... An employee then walked in front of me and set her box of items on the counter to buy at the front register. Another employee then rounded the counter and started serving her. Fine, Ill wait; I didnt say a word, and waited my turn. However, as the checkout employee began to ring up, both employees started discussing at length and with detail the items being bought, one by one. I stood patiently, still waiting. Eventually, the conversation went on so long, I decided my item wasnt worth buying there. As I left, the employee ringing up the other employee said have a nice day in a very rude tone, to which I uttered my first words of the visit, whatever, dude... I proceeded to the store at Southern and Ironwood, where I have always been treated well. There, I received the best attention and service, just the way it should be, and I was out of there within, Id say, 60 seconds. Not too much, not too little - just, what Id expect. I worked for Walgreens for 4 years, and I dont think its right to ignore customers or even ring up employee purchases before a customer, airing personal dialogue at length during... and at the front register! This location should reconsider their hires and try to employ folks who want to be the best at their jobs.

I would not use the pharmacy here. I had a very bad visit. Tried asking for help with something and was ignored. Maria at the pharmacy was extremely rude to me. I think Maria lacks on her customer service skills and thanks to her I will not ever shop or recommend this Walgreens location.

Still sitting @ drive through window. 5 minutes and know one else here. Very poor service. Now she tells me Im being rude and refused to help me.
