Took 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would take an hour. Did not do car wash with the reason it was broke. There were cars which got car wash before mine and right when I took the car out i see they started washing cars again. Not a friendly place. Staff were grumpy overworked. There is a sign that says within 30 mins or free but thats not valid and there is no sign to say its not offered. Overall not well managed. I will not go here again.
Tyler was so polite and friendly! He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and with the repairs done to my vehicle. He made sure to call me to keep me updated on the status of my car and how repairs were going. He answered all of my questions politely and listened to my concerns. The mechanics did an amazing job with the repairs I needed and finished in a timely manner. Thanks again Tyler and the people in the service department!

Great service! I took my car to service due to a tire blowout and four different dash board lights were on. The service guy was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car right away. I got a phone call later after 1 hour as he promised. They worked on my car and was able to get my car the same day. The price for the repair was reasonable. Great experience.
Searching for a new car with a great price isnt easy these days, but Horne Hyundai was the ONLY place that would work with me and make sure I was happy and comfortable with a car. I worked primarily with Fred and he was honest, up front, and so helpful in my car search. I highly recommend Fred and really appreciate him! Ishmael (Izzy) was a phenomenal sales person, and he answered some of the questions that were keeping me on the fence about trading in my Jeep for a new Hyundai. Finance department was great as well. Explained all the extras and features of the warranties and the options provided. Couldn’t be happier with how this went. If you are looking for a new vehicle. I go to Horne Hyundai for car maintenance / service on my 2016 Hyundai Tucson because they know what theyre doing and they do it well. On Oct 13, 2021, Chris, from the Service Dept., coordinated what had to be done to get me back on the road. Everyone Ive dealt with over the years at Horne Hyundai has been professional and respectful even when theyre super busy. Because of this I will be contacting Chris again in December for the annual oil change and inspection. Why would I want to go anywhere else?
As usual, Mike Saenz gave excellent service on my 2016 Sonata. I always feel better, knowing my car is in “tip top” shape and safe to drive. Thank you, Mike !
Horne Hyundai service department has serviced my Palisade for multiple issues. Michael in service is great and has worked with me through the multiple service issues. I personally appreciate working with Michael because he makes having to go in for service a pleasant experience. Additionally the dealership is nice and seems like a great place. Wish I had bought my Palisade at Horne Hyundai versus the dealership I went through. However I am pleased to give the all my business for service and for potential future purchases.

What isn’t there you can say good about this place. Went to test drive the Hyundai palisade because we were in the market for that or the Kia telluride,as we parked our car and got out Jerry the salesman approached us was very friendly and started asking us questions while we were looking jerry says let’s just take a test drive and you can make up your own mind if you like it. So we went for a test drive made us feel comfortable and very knowledgeable on the vehicle, before we got back Jerry made us pull the suv to the side open all the doors the trunk showed us all the features closed everything to make sure we liked it very professional. We brought the car back Told Jerry we were going to go ahead and still test drive the Kia telluride even though we love the car Jerry said no problems I understand the force us to want to stay gave us all his information if we had any questions to give them a call and then we went to test the Kia telluride let’s just say horrible service Kia so they pretty much wouldnt do anything for me. So then. I get a call from Jerry told him what happened he said come down again, we come on down he already pulled the car to the side and said I got you guys will figure it out he got of our paperwork figured out we sat there while we waited for our financial stuff and Craig came out worked a great deal for us got everything done gave us no problems, Craig was upfront and honest with us which I really appreciate these days, he said congratulations then took us to Carlos to finalize our paperwork and our warranties gave us everything we’re looking for more said congratulations came back out Jerry put our temporary tags on once again If there’s anything else you need or you need some help figuring out the vehicle the options don’t feel free to hesitate to give me a call or call the office congratulations again I told you I would help you out hope you enjoy your new car. In May I purchase a vehicle from Terri. amazing service and attention to detail. Well, on 8/2/2021 a took my car for service and was completely the opposite. the team member was not even close to Terri. was more focused on the fact that I did not have a warranty than my real reason to be there. I know I had to pay for the service, provide me with the service and I will pay for it. If I dont have a warranty I cant get service? I have money to pay for it. completely disappointed. Sorry that Terri got involved in this but I work with customers every day and we all can have a bad day. Learn to leave your problems outside work. We all get paid to provide a quality service. Treat people how you want to be treated.
Wish I could give this dealership more then 5 stars. I went on there on Saturday may 29th 2021 to see what I could get on a trade in on my 2015 Q50. Terry the Sales person I worked with was an absolute delight to work with and was up front and honest. He offered me a brand new 2021 Accent SEL for my Q50 in a straight trade. He also took me on a wonderful test drive to be sure I would be happy with the Accent. The entire process was smooth and easy. This dealership has earned a life time customer and will happily bring my new Accent in there for all any and all work that it needs. If your looking for a dealership you can trust to be fair and honest this is the place. My Aunt also bought her car there a few years ago and had the same experience. I would give this dealership a 20 Star rating if I could.
My experience was so poor, this is my first time ever writing a review for a business.I called on July 19 to order a very small part with installation for my Elantra. I got the part ordered, paid, and was told I would receive a call back in a few days.After 3 weeks with no call (Issue #1), I attempted to contact the dealership. It took 7 calls over multiple days to reach somebody that could help me (Issue #2). He said that the part had arrived a couple of weeks ago. Im not sure why I didnt get a call back (Issue #3).I scheduled the appointment and went in to get the part installed. I waited about an hour before I was informed that the part was not painted (Issue #4) even though they had at least 20 days to do so, so I would need to come back. I took time off work to get this done.I emailed the manager Matt (who frequently mentions his contact info and says to contact him here on these reviews) to try to get some sort of resolution and he told me they would credit the cost of labor and the part, but I would need to pay $80 for paint. This seemed like a satisfactory resolution so I scheduled another appointment for a few days later.When I went in to the appointment, Matt informed me that they painted the incorrect part (Issue #5). At this point, this entire thing feels like a bad joke. I told Matt that I was going to order the part and install it myself, which I just did in 4 minutes. The part cost $48 on eBay.Please do not order any parts here, please do not get any service done here. I dont know how they screwed this up every step of the way- clearly this entire process is broken. From beginning to end, getting a small door handle piece took 37 days and wasted over 3 hours of my time.This is the absolute POOREST experience Ive had at any dealership or mechanic and cant recommend Horne Hyundai to anybody. This might be the poorest customer-centric process that has happened to me in my entire life.
I must say I cannot stand buying a car I’d I dislike car salesmen and don’t trust them. I had the best car salesman Jerry and the finance man was just as good. We have a top of the line Hyundai Santa Fe and love our new vehicle and how well they worked with us. I highly recommend Horne Hyundai and ask for Jerry.
This is the second time we have bought a car from Horne Hyundai. We were happy both times. Very excited about our new purchase. We were very pleased with our salesman Zach. We looked at several cars and models Zach was able to direct us in the most cost effective solution. Negotiations went well. I was able to tell them what payment amount I wanted and we were able to work it out. Recently bought a 2020 Elantra at Horne Hyundai. My salesman Izzy Lopez worked extremely hard to get me into a car with poor credit. Not to mention that I am the only person on the agreement. I would give zero stars if I could. If you are the kind of person who goes out of your way to step in dog waste, this is the place for you. They are only interested in sales. No customer service. If you have an issue, your salesperson will just shuffle you off. I especially enjoyed the finance guy. It was great getting the hard sell on the extended warranty. Apparently, the manufacturer warranty doesnt really cover the vehicle. I should have walked away. Dont make my mistake. Leave this pile of human detritus alone.

The people there were great. For the people Id give it 5 stars. Unfortunately there are a few things that made the experience worth less stars. Before I went to pick up the car I tried to reach out to find out if it was done. Nobody returned my contact. They offered a complimentary car wash but didnt do it. And didnt offer to do it when I mentioned that they hadnt washed the car. I spent several minutes waiting for somebody to help me at the parts counter but nobody showed up. Ill just have to purchase my parts online. As I said the people were nice, but the service wasnt memorable.

Unprofessional staff! Went in for a used 18 Sonata and was told I could do a new sonata possibly. I told them I’d only take a new car IF I got the payments I wanted. Otherwise, I wanted the used sonata since I knew I’d have the payments I wanted. Everything was great until I talked to Craig, the internet manager or something. He called me with a payment way over what I had said. When I told him it was too high, he told me he “worked all day to get this deal” and it’ll the he was “losing” $3500 on the deal. Already. Excuse me? Losing? Ha. Anyway, after he spoke to me like an A-Hole, I told him I wanted the used Sonata instead. HE TOLD ME NO! He said he worked too hard on this deal to call the banks back and talk to them about the used car instead.The point is, I wanted a used car, they wanted me in the new car. They convinced me to consider a new car. After I agreed, they ONLY tried getting me the new car, which wasn’t the deal, because they couldn’t get in my payment range. I’ve seen other reviews about this Craig guy, sounds like the GM needs to hold him responsible for losing these sales. I ended up going to Earnhardt Hyundai in Scottsdale and got a great deal on a Hyundai Tucson, and was treated with dignity and respect! Imagine that!
Sales team is great. “Izzy” was my salesman who closed the deal. No pressure and explained everything about the transaction. Knows his job. He gets a five but dealership gets a 3.Bummed about the military discount though. I didn’t get mine because it only applies to NEW car purchase. Also had to put gas in it on the way home. I assume a full tank of gas is for NEW car purchases also.Overall though, the experience was not a stressful horror show like some other dealerships.
We bought a used Hyundai from the Horne Ford dealership in Apache Junction and needed assistance with all the bells and whistles. They couldnt really help us there with a Hyundai, so we went to the Horne Hyundai dealership next door (they operate separately). The salesman (Terry) and the manager (Steve) were EXCEPTIONAL. They treated us like we bought the car at their place and were friendly, helpful and really cared whether or not we had all we needed to get our car going! Great to have such excellent service. Bought a car from these people and cant seem to get license plates...strange. Bought the car in July; first temporary tag expired in August and took 3 calls to the dealership to get an extended temporary tag; it is now September and still havent gotten the license plates, so called the DMV - Horne Hyundai hasnt submitted the title information to the DMV....WHAT?????? its been 2 months. The temporary tags are going to expire in two weeks and we are going to need ANOTHER extension...and I really dont want to deal with this crooked dealership any more...how many times am I going to have to do this song and dance. I dont understand how this place is still in business....worst post-purchase experience ever. I am at a loss....and now wondering what funky business is there surrounding this car??? I smell a rat.

Michale got our car into the shop with and estimate time of 2 hours. An hour and a half later trunk worked as designed and was covered under warranty. Purchased new Kona end of May from SanTan Hyundai . They wouldnt even schedule me for the problem until Sept. Horne got me in right away and continued to schedule appts until the problem was resolved.
This place is the best. Very friendly. Listened to what I want in my new car. My salesman Chris was great.Never made me feel like they were taking advantage of me like the last dealership I was at.
Brittany Bennett was our sales rep and great to work with. She greeted us outside and was straight forward with asking what our expectations were. Once we found a car we made it clear that we didn’t want to be there all day and kept her word, only a couple hours and we were out the door.I’ve bought 3 cars at Horne Kia and each time the customer service has decreased. Actually to the point where no one greets you when looking around at cars outside. I wasn’t going to buy again from Horne but since there are only 2 Hyundai dealers near me, I had no choice.I’m glad I stopped in at Horne Hyundai because now that I met Brittany, I’ll keep going to her.
In May I went to Horne Hyundai and purchased a used Tucson. I have had the vehicle for a little over a month. When we were looking over the auto check facts it mentioned an open recall but the sales manager assured us it had been taken care of. I called Bluelink to set up an account and with MyHyundai and they told me that the recall had not been taken care of and scheduled me an appointment to get it taken care of. They told me that this recall had been linked to engine fires.I emailed the dealership and they confirmed that the recall had not been fixed.I really wanted to be satisfied with my choice to purchase from Horne Hyundai because the actual buying process was really low stress and smooth, but I am super disappointed in the dealership for not taking care of the recall before they sold me the car. Even if they didnt fix it before selling me the car they could have assisted me with a getting an appointment to get it fixed right way. I have been driving it for a month and have some trips planned and would have never known there was a potential issue if Blue Link had not made me aware of it.

I hope the service dept is better than the sales dept. I traded a car in for a new Elantra and the car I traded was worth substantially more than the new car. I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive a check (which I was to pick up at the dealer) and after calling a few times with no results, I finally went to the dealership to find ou what was happening with the check. They said it was mailed out a few days ago. Still havent received it! Not happy with the sales dept at all.

Horne Hyundai has not only failed to retain me (or my Hyundai owning girlfriend) as potential repeat customers. Youve created two Hyundai owners that have strong enough feelings about Horne Hyundai that any mention of car dealerships by friends, family, or even passers-by will elicit a strong recommendation to avoid Horne Hyundai as they have no concept of customer service what-so-ever.From the moment I signed the paperwork officially purchasing The vehicle Horn Hyundai has failed me on every level. I didnt take the car home that night because the trunk was temperamental (NOTE THERE WERE FLOOR MATS IN TRUNK) and had to be unlocked using the key, Plus I had a extra car at the time so I was in no hurry to take it home just to have to bring it back to have the trunk fixed when I live 45 minutes away. I specifically told Zach this and he said no problem youd have if fixed by end of business The following day. I even went so far as to call to confirm the car was ready for pickup prior to driving the hour and a half round trip to pick it up and was told it was ready. Once there I found that The trunk wasnt just temperamental, I now had ZERO access to my new cars trunk....... Of course before driving at home I was assured that it was under warranty and would be an easy fix for you all.Funny enough while I was out of town I happened to receive an email from Zack asking how my experience was and that I be receiving a survey from Hyundai and you guys wanted to make sure that All my expectations were met and blah blah blah WHICH I SAY because I let Zach know I was disappointed in the trunk situation knowing that I was going to have to waste one of my days off in their lounge for something that should have been taken care of first time. I also asked when you guys were able to get me intended to have the trunk fixed. I next received an email from Zack saying contact the service department with multiple explanation marks. Safe to say the definition of poor customer service considering Horne Hyundais error was already going to cost me at least half of one of my days off. Surprise, surprise when I followed Zachs advice!!!!!!! and contacted your service department they couldnt get me in for over 3 weeks as I obviously have no pull with them!!!!!I probably wouldnt even have took time to write this email or any following reviews if it ended there cuz maybe it was just one bad apple but unfortunately it didnt in there. The other two dealerships I could talk to were both pretty surprised that the dealership I bought the car from couldnt get me in to fix the trunk that was supposed to be fixed prior to delivery of the vehicle. Chapman Hyundai did get me in and fixed the trunk under warranty but to my surprise there were no front floor mats in the trunk. Also during their inspection they found an obvious need to flush the brake fluid which cost me a hundred $160 strange that would be missed in Horne Hyundais pre-owned pre-sale inspection but with all things considered above not surprising.And a little icing on the cake 4 days ago I contacted your sales department explained the situation and lack of formats and was told they would let the internet manager know and call me back. So far I havent heard back once again maybe not all that surprising.Sincerely,Cameron Clark

This has been “our” Hyundai dealer for the last six years. Good service department, with efficient, knowledgeable staff. Our favorite salesperson is on a leave right now, and haven’t really clicked with any of the current sales staff - not that it matters. I love my vehicle, and feel good taking it here for service and maintenance.
During my recent visit I worked out a deal with Izzy. He was very knowledgeable about what he was selling to me and his customer service skills are top notch. I hope everyone gets to experience that same customer service that he had provided for me.

Our experience with Horne Hyundai was the best of any dealership weve ever dealt with! We did a test drive of a Kona with Kaitlynne Harrell, and she was lovely. The only inventory they had at that time was more upgraded than we needed, and she had us test drive to get the feel but put absolutely no pressure on us to buy, being totally understanding of what we wanted and were asking for. A couple weeks later, we worked with Terry Zeller, who was a super nice guy! He really took a second to listen to what we were looking for and showed us their great pre-owned inventory and ended up selling us a beautiful 2018 Kona that feels brand new! Of course they want to make a deal, just like any sales team, but they care SO much more about making you feel confident in your purchase than most dealers. This will definitely be the dealership that my family goes to first in the future. Thanks Horne Hyundai team!!

I just purchased a new vehicle at Horne Hyundai. My experience was amazing! Izy was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never had a good experience at a dealership and Izy turned that around for me. Not only was he very transparent throughout the entire process, but I was able to get the car I wanted thanks to him! Would highly recommend seeing Izy.
Just called the place to make a payment on my car, they told me to call back later when finance comes in at 11am I did and she said there is no way to make a payment through them, even though I finance my car through Hyundai finance. They wouldn’t even give me a number the first guy Zach was nice the second lady, very rude and unprofessional when I said thanks she just hung up. She really needs to learn customer service....

I went here for a check engine light. Turned out my previous oil change with another establishment failed to put the proper amount of oil in my car. Not only did they add the oil they did so quickly and did not even charge me.
Kahe took great care of me before and after the sale of my car. Its going on 3 months now and he still answers all tje questions i have with my vehicle. He is excellent.

We recently purchased a new Palisade and worked with Kahi. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! After looking all over the valley and calling multiple dealerships, I finally found the model with the features I needed and contacted Kahi to set an appointment. The car had only been off the truck a day, but he was able to have it pulled up front so it was ready for us to test drive after having commuted down from North Phoenix. The buying process was relatively quick and easy (we had our own financing) and everyone we worked with was friendly and helpful! Before leaving the lot Kahi was sure to go over all of the upgrades the car had and helped me set everything up which I really appreciated! We would definitely do business with him again!
Our experience started at Horne Hyundai when we were greeted by sales consultant Kaitlynne Harrell. We told her we were interested in a Santa Fe Caligraphy and she immediately took us to one on the lot . She was extremely knowledgeable about the in and outs of the vehicle. She was not pushy in any away and her matter of fact approach to sales was much appreciated. We had done a lot of research on several different SUVs prior to our visit and had narrowed our search down to just four. But her presentation and knowledge and our satisfaction with the vehicle caused us to not pursue any of the other three. We then worked with Jeff Capshaw to settle on pricing. He was friendly and again not pushy and we quickly worked out a deal to our liking. We told him we wanted to think about it and then drove home and talked it over. We were back at the dealership within an hour. Next we met with Jorge Valles the finance manager. Once again he was a delight to work with. He had all of our paperwork ready, we signed and shortly thereafter drove away in our new car. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had at Horne, We have had numerous encounters we car dealerships over the years and this was the best experience by far. Thank you to the staff at Horne Hyundai.

I hate going through the experience of buying a car but Kahi made it easy and enjoyable. We actually came from NM because no dealer in NM could beat their prices. Kahi had the car cleaned, filled and ready to go for us once we were finished with financing. He also gave us a great orientation with our new vehicle (Sonata SEL Plus) so that we were familiar with all of its features. BTW better gas mileage than we expected (37mpg)! Thank you Kahi!

They offer great customer service and even told me about a recall that I was not aware about. So they were able to do that at the same time I got my oil change. It took less time than they thought so I was in and out. The waiting area is clean and was very easy to socially distance.
The sales manager has no integrity. He offered me a sales price on an IONIQ that he couldnt even open. The vehicle doors were locked and the sales manager could not open The car was on total electronic shutdown. This deceiving practice sounds like the old Bait and Switch sales practice. I will never purchase another vehicle from Horne Hyundai. I cannot endorse or recommend the dealership. It seems that the family business is more interested in dollars than relationships. When I approached management, the GM stated that the sales manager denied all the communication that was shared to my wife and I.
When I came in, I was interested in the Mazda CX3. I test drove it. Loved it, wanted an out the door quote to discuss with my dad.It was a horrible experience. I already had financing, I just wanted a price. The girl who helped me, Kaitlynne, sat me down, took my info for a credit check (which I didnt need) and kept getting up and wandering around, going to talk to people to figure out financing for me. I didnt need financing. She promised she didnt run a credit check, and I hope she didnt because I did not want nor need financing.She also tried to get me to sign something saying I would buy the car as-is. There was hardly anything on that paper. It was essentially a blank sheet for my signature. I didnt sign it, as I was not planning on purchasing that day. I wanted a PRICE QUOTE.It was ultimately such a horrible experience, myself and my brother and mom who joined me got up and left.I would have been really interested in that CX5 if I had known how much it actually was, but instead I got berated with talks of financing, buying that day, and asking me for too much information and asking me to sign unnecessary documents.If she had given me a quote like $14,700, or $15,000 I would have been ready to discuss with my dad and come back the next day as I have my own financing through my own bank.Unfortunately I got harassed to the point where myself, as an extremely calm and patient person had to physically walk away. I felt extremely uncomfortable and it was overall a terrible experience. It was like a preview into an abusive relationship.No one harasses you like that when you go in to shop for shoes, or a fridge, or groceries, why would someone be that aggressive and run around so much for a vehicle. Please take a look at how you train your associates and conduct sales, because what I experienced is NOT a good business model for your dealership.

We became interested in possibly purchasing a new Santa Fe limited hybrid. We did contact them earlier in the week and learned they didnt have one in their inventory. We made an appointment with the intent to test drive a Sante Fe to just to see how it felt to drive one. The individual we talked to wasnt in. Kahi, another sales person, offered to help us. We made it very clear that we were there for just a test drive. He was happy to help us with our request and we took a drive in a Santa Fe premium. The Sante Fes ride impressed us and we told them we wanted to be kept apprised when they received any but only wanted white. He went to check to see if any were scheduled to come in and learned they had received a silver one the night before which had not hit their inventory list yet. Let me be clear, Kahi was extremely knowledgeable and never pushy. We had done our homework and the only limited Sante Fe hybrids in town, and not anywhere close to us, were black and that was a deal killer. He asked if we just wanted to check it out to see the differences between the premium and the limited. We had compared them previously on paper. The car was still on their dirt lot and still had the plastic wrap on it. Once we checked it out, we returned to his desk to talk. Again, absolutely no pressure. We were kind of leaning toward purchasing with a trade in of a limited Sonata. We did our homework for the range of trade in amount and checked Edmunds for the going price of the hybrid limited Sante Fe. We decided to give them a chance to work some numbers for us and they came back with a better than fair offer, one that we were impressed with. We decided to buy! We didnt have our title and live in north Florence. Kahi offered to come out and pick it up and he also noticed the windows were not tinted and would take the vehicle back to have them tinted. That was taken care of today. Needless to say, this was one of the best and painless (truth from someone who hates to go through the process of buying a car) vehicle purchases ever for us.
My wife and I purchased a new car today. We were looking around on the internet a few days ago and thought wed go take a look. I have been driving Dodge products for 2 decades, so wasnt sure what to expect. The best part was the finance part with Jarvis was streamlined, yet personable and enjoyable. This can take so many hours you want to stab needles in your eyes at some dealerships, but NOT the case with these guys. The salesman, Kahi, was awesome, very friendly and spent just ther right amount of time showing me all the basics of the vehicle. They are so high tech. Hes from my favorite place in the world: Maui. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles, understood our goals and made the process as easy as possible. I look forward to doing business with them and having them take care of my new car.

I recently purchased a 2021 Hyundai Kona. Kahi Castillo was the individual who handled the purchase for me. I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have never had a salesperson as professional and knowledgeable as Kahi!He was personable, expedite and courteous of our time spent making the purchase. Typically I would not recommend a salesperson to a friend and/or family member, but I will definitely recommend Kahi in the future.The entire staff that I interacted with at Horne Hyundai was really professional and made my purchase wonderful, Kahi was exceptional!

We were EXTREMELY HAPPY with the service we received from Jarvis and Lorie. We had looked at a different dealership (from where we previously bought 3 cars) and were not happy with our service. Decided to go to Horne Hyundai and were OVERJOYED that we did. Ended buying another car and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. Jarvis made it quick and easy with the financial end and Lorie was so easy with the sale. Both stayed late to help us finish up our deal and walk out with a new car.
