I was placed on hold and hung up after 10 mins. I called back and someone helped me right away. They had the part I wanted so thats why 4 stars. There need to be an alert to remind staff of holding phone calls.

Worst customer service ever! Stand in line five deep just to be sent back to the commercial area. Only one person working phones ringing off the hook people on hold. Just trying to exchange batteries that were one year old. Had the receipt had the batteries and the salesperson told me those batteries have already been returned??? Which in fact they were not. He did not leave to come look at the batteries I had and basically did nothing for me. I left there went down the street to OReillys found much better batteries a much better warranty and much much more helpful employees. Even gave me a discount just to be nice. Dont waste your time at AutoZone its an absolute joke!

The Assistant manager argued with me, In the middle of the store with other paying customers. while his cashier proceeded to make remarks telling me what he can and cannot do. All I wanted was the core charge returned on 4 fuel injectors I purchased. And a full return on 4 fuel injectors that were purchased and unused!… he only wanted to give me 3 core charges, told me I was stuck with the 4th one. Because, the 4th injector didn’t look used. I had placed them back in the plastic and back in the box! The assistant manager and his associate, REFUSED to return my core charges for all 4 injectors! I went to another store and got my full return on the unused and my core charge on all 4 used ones! No problems! No arguments! Don’t use Apache Junction AutoZone! The assistant Manager thinks he his a police officer!The O’Riellys next door has much better customer service! Or I the Auto Zone on Ellsworth! I also called back to complain and got left on hold with Spanish playing for over 15 minutes!

I love AutoZone! I work there. I love helping people and getting what they need. If we dont have what you need will find a store that does or some place in the area that will help you out. Also the staff is very knowledgeable on auto repair

I didnt get my part here because I did find it less expensive elsewhere. However, the guys here were great and they can usually price match. Couldnt this time because the warranty was different but not their fault. Overall a positive experience.

4 employees seen me standing there and acted like I wasnt there. Finally got and the man gave me the wrong hose after I told him it was wrong. He went n got the right hose but put the wrong one in bag.

AutoZone is always great. They always help. When I cant take care of something they will come out to my vehicle and take care of it for me. That is so appreciated when youre a female and are not strong enough to remove things it is greatly appreciated.

Purchased a torque strut for my vehicle in December of 2019 and have been trying to find it to warranty it out but no other stores can find it in my file. Called tonight 8/24/2020 and spoke with Marcus. He spent about 20 minutes on the phone checking any and every way possible to try and find the correct info for that part to be warrantied out. He was a huge help and I am glad there are still zoners out there who take the time to help people out as I did when I was a PSM at another location in Mesa. Hope he gets credited for his excellent customer service and dedication to the AutoZone pledge.

Ok if your in a hurry or need something right now, but most parts are made in China, and counter help is counter help. They are parts pullers and not mechanics. Napa is better for advice and better quality parts.

I needed a specific part for a van and thought for sure it would need to be ordered, I was pleased to find out it was in stock and had a price lower than I thought it would.

The employees are very helpful here. They will take a look under your hood to see if you are getting the part you need, will connect to your vehicles computer to check codes for you, charge your battery for you if needed and even lend you tools when you need them. Great place. Prices are a plus also.

Well it s not a good place. I walked in around 330 to 4 in that time frame. I walk in the auto zone and theyre alot of guys standing around and I was just standing in the auto zone for about maybe 5 min. I walked slowly inside and Im 6 foot 250 pads I walked in and everyone turns upon me coming in and I just slow walked to the back of the store hoping to find s someone who could help me but as I was gonna weight for this guy I totally went against my grain. I wont go there again. Just a lil farther you get what you want.

Iv been working 12hrs since this Carona thing. I showed up 4 mins before they closed cause I just got off most places would have told me come back another day but they were super polite I grabbed what I needed and left. Thank you guys

Been going here for years and definitely the best because of the people who work there. Normally I would just be happy to quickly get the part I need and it to be in stock but once I had a prob with my Mercedes convertible and the guy at the counter was able to tell me exactly what was wrong. Today I wanted my battery checked before going camping and the guy spotted a prob with my terminals and replaced them both for me and he was very knowledgeable about power draw symptoms with my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I knew I had a power draw killing my battery and he saw the issue within seconds. See the guy with the spikey hair, he knows what he is doing, thanks!!!

Very helpful friendly service. If they are not extremely busy they will usually come out and assist you if you need it. And exchanges even if the product was from a different AutoZone are not a problem.

My nephew came in to get a fan clutch tool, I was shocked at the treatment. He walked 6 miles to be treated that way only because he had forgotten his wallet at home and just had cash. They were rude and terrible people, taunting someone who simply needed a tool and some help. The assistant manager I was told saved what could be saved in the encounter, the rest of the group should be fired and this all started because the store manager lied on the phone about a part. Own your mistake dont make your assistant manager do it and claim to be at lunch.

The younger guys that work here do a fantastic job, however there are some older staff that can be a little cranky.

They are definitely not helpful! The guy made we feel like i was inconveniencing him.. when i ask where i could find what i was looking for, he pointed and said over there... like on the wall, floor, shelves. Like i was so post to know where on there is!? How about you just show me... in a minute.... i have to finish stocking this wall......lol

Staff are amazingly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Tools can be borrowed for free and feel free to take in batteries to have them charged overnight, the staff will let you know if they are still good or need replacing.

AutoZone has problems with their employees, theyre not professional enough it seems to me. but today I had a lady that is a new employee in the Apache Junction store and she was marvelous. you know that store is just under a lot of pressure because it just seems like it doesnt have enough employees working there. but again, the lady that took care of me today was brand new employee never worked at a parts store at all in her life she said and she did great.

Ramon was who helped me. He was very nice and informative even though it was late and Im sure he wanted to go home. Dealt with me very well and Im not an easy person when it comes to auto things lol. thanks I will definitely be back.
